Vacation rentals with a patio in Tennessee River

Robbie was an excellent host! he even helped with changing out my headlight in my car, which means a lot because i got a ticket for it being out. the place was very comfortable, peaceful as well, had everything my children and i needed for our stay. we really enjoyed our stay, also check in is very flexible, Robbie accepted our short notice request stay with no problems and it was around 11pm when we arrived from traveling all day. i would definitely stay again if we pass by the area again.

We were in town visiting family in Cookeville and Jon's location was perfect for the two of us. Truly like staying in an upscale resort suite with all of the amenities, and thoughtful extra touches like the coffee, sodas and snacks - without the mini-frig upcharge! The pictures do not do it justice. We did not have an opportunity to check out the local coffee shop and diner, but look forward to exploring next time. We will definitely stay here again. This is a great escape from town to feel like you are in nature but much nicer amenities than glamping! Watching the gliders and tandems take off and land was amazing. Saw a lot of wildlife driving in and out on the mornings like deer, turkey and rabbits, but surprisingly not really any bugs- yeah! . Great bird watching! Easy to find, park, and get in. Bedroom is up stairs but Very comfy bed and cool decor. Would book again! Bet it’s beautiful in the fall!

Our location was easy to find and exactly like described. Brooke was flexible with check in and all around easy to communicate with about anything we needed. Spaces were clean and we had what we needed for our quick stay. Check in and out and instructions were clear and helpful.

I was very happy with my stay here. The building was great and in a great location in reference to my work stay for the convention center. Renee’s apartment was one of the more well equipped Airbnb’s that I have ever stayed at and everything was clean and in great condition. I enjoyed having the balcony to sit out on and relax and it was quiet in after hours times. I would highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Nashville!

Place was very clean, updated, well stocked with EVERYTHING (coffee, ice, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, extra pillows and blankets, toilet paper). AC worked great. Within walking distance to a coffee shop and only a 7 min Lyft ($15) to Broadway! Perfect for our girls weekend.

Great place to stay nice quiet clean had a problem with the shower and they had someone there to fix it in no time after I text them. I will definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay and the location was perfect. It was extremely clean and uncluttered which made it easy for us with our two dogs.

Our family had a wonderful stay at The Villa. Carolyn is a great host and responded quickly when we had questions. The home is very comfortable, clean, and stocked with your needed essentials. We enjoyed the few days we had there and felt right at home.

Over the years our son has been at FHU, we have found Melanie's rental a reliable "home away from home". We appreciate the fact that we can always depend on a convenient, clean and safe place to stay when we visit.

Penny was very accommodating to my husband and I as we passed through Nashville during a storm and wanted a place to stay. The photos are accurate- her place is a converted garage/basement however it’s very well done and has thoughtful touches throughout. The best part is the beautiful back porch she has to enjoy coffee and the birds in the morning, with sweet neighborhood cats. Great neighborhood- some hidden gems are a 3 minute drive away. Would stay here again, thanks for accommodating Penny!

We loved our stay. Such a cute place, very spacious. Loved the additional kitchen/living area upstairs so no one ever felt crowded. Neighbors were very friendly. Lots of dining options within walking distance. Would 100% stay here again!

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

Overall, our stay was good! The airbnb is in a great location and only a 10minute walk to Broadway. I loved how there was an easy to use and convenient lockbox inside the building to store the room key in. The apartment is a nice layout with a beautiful view. Kitchen was clean and had nice cooking utensils. The pool was really nice to lounge at, too! The only major negative was that when we got there the spare bedding was not clean, so we had to wash it before we went to bed. The sheets on the bed also did not look clean, so we washed those as well.

Rented this place for a bachelor party. Absolutely perfect location. Many of the attractions are within walking distance. Really pretty area. The apartment had enough room for all of the guys to hang out and chill in. Would recommend to anybody coming down to Nashville!

Great place to stay! Cute, clean, great location. The building is a bit rowdy, but it’s Nashville so not surprising.

The condo was exactly how it was described, comfortable, well maintained, clean and tidy. Perfect for our week long stay in Cookeville. Highly recommended.

The views were BEAUTIFUL!! Everything was clean and where it needed to be. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for an awesome/beautiful place to spend their vacation. Host was very sweet and understanding, i can definitely say that she deserves 5 stars!

This is the place to stay when visiting Paducah, KY! Condo is located in the middle of their downtown district. Walkable to numerous restaurants and the riverfront. Condo itself was spotless and you can tell the host took the time to think of all possible luxurious amenities for the place. Felt safe and easy to check in.
