Guesthouse vacation rentals in Tennessee River

Great location! Small cozy guest house. Parking spot was tight for our large 2500 but we made it work. Recommendations were great.

Esther and Tamara’s place was beautiful! We also enjoyed our homemade Valentine’s Day dinner in the Trattoria. Such lovely ladies and such a beautiful place! Also worth mentioning: they were very forthcoming about their dogs being territorial so I was able to bring my dog inside safely and there was a private grassy area for him to potty throughout our stay.

From the moment I started to plan my trip to Nashville I knew I wanted somewhere safe, felt cozy, and fairly close to the Gulch area. Katie answered all my questions and made me feel confident during my booking! The guesthouse was perfect for my trip. The kitchen had everything you would need whether you plan to cook or want to order in. The space was extra cozy and the bathroom was spacious! If you want somewhere private and safe and quiet then this is the perfect place! Victoria and Katie were the sweetest hosts!

This was the perfect place for my visit to Nashville. Easy access and walkable neighborhood with my dogs. Excellent location to good coffee shops and restaurants. This will be a go to stay for me when I want to be in East Nashville.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Joy's home. The grounds were so relaxing with the rolling hills and beautiful horses. Joy was a pleasure. She reached out occasionally to see if all was well, but she respected our privacy. The guest house was wonderful. The additional bedroom space upstairs gave us the perfect space to do some office work or have some quiet time reading & relaxing. Great escape.

We had a great girls weekend at Luke and Mackenzie’s guest house. The location is quiet and residential, and within a 25-35 minute walk of a number of spots like the Fatherland District, and great breweries and restaurants. We used Uber more than we had planned, however the location still worked well for us, and you could easily rent and park a car at the house. The house itself was great! Very clean and had all the amenities listed. We loved the hot tub, which looked new and well cared for. The house is studio style with 1 bed in the main space (tucked behind the living area without a door) and the loft. The loft is steep to get up to, but manageable. A great spot for friends who don’t mind sharing or a couple. Luke and Mackenzie were great hosts and always super responsive. Thanks for having us!

We stayed at Matt and Joni’s place for Christmas in order to be near family members’ home for the holiday. It was a reasonable price for the time of year and the convenience factor was terrific.

Margaret's place is in a very walkable neighborhood with many places within walking distance. We've stayed here several times and always enjoy coming back. We really appreciate the private parking and the washer/dryer.

Verron’s place was absolutely beautiful and cozy. It’s very quiet with a beautiful view. My favorite part of the place was the sun hitting the windows and all the plants. I highly recommend staying here and the next time I’m visiting Dahlonega, I’d love to stay here.

Wanda’s place was great for a quick night in Knoxville - had all the amenities we needed to shower up and wash clothes in between camping trips, and the walking proximity to restaurants and breweries in south Knoxville was a huge plus. Would totally stay here again!

Elizabeth’s place was perfect for us. We were surprising our daughter and her family for a visit with our grandchildren . We knew we would be arriving after midnight and didn’t want to disturb them. Elizabeth’s place was just a few minutes down the road. It was so cozy, clean and exactly what we needed . We will definitely stay again next time we are in town.

We absolutely loved Rebekah’s place! The cabin had everything we needed and the location is gorgeous and so peaceful. We loved visiting with the goat neighbors.

We had a relaxing stay at Ponderosa! The area is so quiet and the lake is beautiful. Spring was so helpful with the check-in and check-out process and local recommendations! The cabin is spacious and homey, it was exactly what we were looking for.

Tamara has thought of everything to make a great space, perfect for a couple visiting town short-term. One thing to keep in mind is that there is not a space to prepare food other than a microwave, which was fine for us, but may be a deal breaker if you are not planning to exclusively eat out. We would absolutely stay here again.

Stephanie's place is beautiful, clean, cozy and in a beautiful, walkable historic area. We choose the location because of the close proximity to our planned weekend activities. Stephanie provided very detailed information about the area. She is an excellent host.

Jon’s place was super clean and an excellent location to all things fun in Nashville!

Tonys place is currently going through some renovations (deck and pool) which took longer than expected to be completed therefore we were not able to use those amenities but Tony immediately messaged me in enough time to cancel and rebook somewhere else. Tony worked with us and we decided to stay at his place. The place was very clean, my kids loved the foosball table, and all the movie selections available. I appreciated Tonys quick responses anytime we had a question. The kitchen was well stocked with enough pots and pans and bathroom had enough towels for everyone to use. The downstairs bathroom had a really nice shower head. I'm pretty sure once the renovations are completed and the weather is warmer the deck and pool will look amazing. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to use the outdoor screen but it looked really cool.

This is a perfect place if you are in need of some quiet and seclusion. Very cozy, super clean and the bed is fabulous.

We had such a lovely stay at Teresa and Michael’s home. The home is out in the country and it felt like it with the sounds of the roosters and the sweet greeting from their dog upon our arrival. :) the home was in great condition and the beds were very comfortable. I really appreciated that the couch had a couch cover as I am a bit of a germaphob and it made me feel better knowing those probably get cleaned occasionally vs a couch never having the ability to truly be cleaned. Teresa was always very easy to contact and send us kind communication throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place smell really good pleasant sounds upon entering, love the note to us from the host. Very beautiful place. Definitely on the return list…just enough space and the decor was top tier.

We enjoyed a peaceful night at the cottage! We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Cute space and nice amenities! Hosts were kind and responded quickly, also left a few welcome snacks which was great. Comfortable bed and would recommend or stay again!
