Vacation rentals with breakfast in Tennessee River

This home was exactly as described online. Clean, homey and plenty of space for my family of 3 and my sister and her husband. We liked it was close to my Nephew in Knoxville and an easy commute for holiday gatherings. The rural area was nice and we enjoyed seeing the horses in the backyard. We would stay here again. Kim was very kind and place description was spot on. We loved the adventurous walk down to the river. Three king beds definitely came in handy as we had three couples in our party. Wouldnt hesitate to stay again!

This home was very nice inside. It looked just like the photos and beautifully furnished. What I noticed the most was how Jake & Allison went above and beyond to offer anything you might need during your visit…from extra toiletries to a port a crib!!! Too many incidentals to list. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This was a fantastic stay! The home was exceptionally clean, and had a warm, welcoming feel. The vintage decor added so much charm, and the comfortable bed made for a great night’s sleep. Beverly was an outstanding host—responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Beautiful home, plenty of space, and we had everything we needed. It was a great place to stay while exploring Nashville with a group of friends.

The Kippling's residence was clean, comfortable, and very safe! We brought our bicycles and didn't worry at all about leaving them outside and unlocked. We especially liked how we could park right by the door and that we could bring our small dog.

Cute, clean place! Perfect spot for 4 adults as we were visiting for a wedding in the area. Great hosts that were very responsive and accommodating. Would Definitely recommend this stay!

I have stayed at Arlene’s Hilltop Hideaway several times. Arlene always makes my stay warm and cozy. She makes the Hilltop my home away from home. I would not stay anywhere else in London when I visit family.

This was my third stay with Barbara and Anthony and it will remain my go to destination in Knoxville. They go well beyond the "call of duty." When they heard my loud coughing, they showed up with tea, meds and soup! Talk about caring hosts!

Of my many numerous Airbnb stays, this one with Bonnie rates among my highest. Bonnie was an absolute delight as a host and a person. She thoughtfully anticipated our needs and was highly accommodating for check in and check out. The living space exuded a magical and welcoming vibe. It was conveniently located to downtown Chattanooga via a short drive. Thank you for an amazing and rejuvenating getaway!

We stayed here for a short weekend away. The apartment was bigger than I expected, which was a nice surprise, and was very clean! The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The whole apartment was nicely decorated and thoughtfully laid out. We appreciated the sound machine in the bedroom, which drowned out any outside noise at night. Brad responded to messages all most immediately, and was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

Carmen’s Tomlinson house apartment was so cozy and well appointed. Her attention to detail made it feel like home away from home, right down to the fresh eggs and breakfast casserole in the fridge. We especially enjoyed the location as it was so convenient to fantastic food, bakery and coffee. We are already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend Carmen’s place and the sweet little town of Demorest, Ga.

I've stayed at few different AirBnbs around Buford and Flowery Branch but this is absolutely my favorite. The host is kind and thoughtful and made sure my father and I felt welcome.

My husband and I visited to celebrate Valentine’s Day and it was absolutely perfect. We loved the beautiful serene setting and the comfortable and quaint cabin. Highly recommend 🙏🏻

We had the pleasure to stay one night at Cedar Point farmhouse, and that is our only regret — we wish we could have stayed for more, and can’t wait to come back and visit. No detail is missed in this lovely BnB. From the decor, the comfiness, the unparalleled view, to the joy with which Kimberly hosts, this is truly a memorable place. The beds/linens are luxurious and there are little details (coffee bar, beer/wine options for sale, snacks, included muffins/fruit for breakfast) that truly make this more of a bed and breakfast experience. And don’t forget to step outside at night for a completely unpolluted look at a sky full of stars. Thank you Kimberly and Wade for a lovely experience!

We felt right at home. We felt very welcome. Lori had taught in Marietta . I grew up in Inglewood. She has a lovely home. Slept well and woke refreshed. What more could you ask!

Our hosts were so welcoming and gracious! The apartment was filled with the touches of home—warm and inviting. Don't miss a walk around the property! Also, Reina and John serve a beautiful breakfast. Be sure to add that to your visit. So thankful for this time away.

Miss Maggie was very friendly and she made the best breakfast trays each morning, delivered right to our door! The place is fairly new and everything is clean and uncluttered. The kitchen area had everything we needed. The spacious property would be a great to have family come and visit. My husband even saw deer out in the yard early in the morning while we were there. This place is very peaceful and secluded so if you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place.

We loved Nana’s place. It was exactly what we needed for our 1 night in Lenoir City. Exactly as described and she thought of every little detail you could imagine. Forgot your toothbrush? No problem she has those. Forgot your creamer for coffee? She has that too! You name it, Nana has it. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Amanda's place!! The space is beautiful, with so many personal touches. Everything was laid out in a very accessible way. The kitchen was well stocked, and we were so happy to have a kettle for tea. The bathroom was immaculate, and the shower felt like a luxury hotel. To top it all off, the bed was super cozy and comfortable. Amanda was quick to respond to any questions we had. She was a very friendly host. We would happily book this space again.
