My evening experience is at the Brooklyn Bridge when the light is low & we can get great pictures of you with the sunset in the background. At Wayward Ranch Animal Sanctuary our herd of rescued pot bellies are some of our most loveable, exciting and memorable residents! This experience gives you the opportunity for a 15 minute tour of the beautiful 60 acre sanctuary to meet our horses, goats, sheep and cats. Then onto 45 minutes of dedicated time with our herd of pigs! Pigs are often misunderstood, labeled as loud, dirty and not social. This couldn't be further from the truth! Pigs are in fact highly intelligent, emotional and sensitive creatures that thrive with enrichment and human interaction. During your time with the pigs, you will learn the unique stories of each pig and have the chance to groom, feed, cuddle and participate in the various fun enrichment games! If you don't see a date and time that works for you, please reach out to us directly to schedule! Other things to note Whenever you are interacting with animals, it is important to keep in mind that animals can be unpredictable. They may accidentally scratch you or even grab a finger when they mean to grab a treat from your hand. Our pigs are not aggressive generally, but it is always best to be cautious around all animals! It's also important that you do NOT bring along your own pet to this experience because they will not be allowed on the experience and cannot be left alone in a car!

Before you come: We will try and contact you to size you for a wetsuit/board to help speed up the pre-lesson portion, and also give you an update on the conditions for your lesson. 20 minutes before the lesson: We will have you sign a waiver and get into your wetsuit. First 45min- hour of lesson: We will be on land and cover all of the basics, technique, and safety. The following 30-40 minutes: we'll be in the water together. I'll help you get into waves and give you instruction in the water to help you surf your first wave(s) The remaining time: you'll show what you've learned, We'll be a little more hands-off and either join you in the water or watch from the beach. At the end of the lesson: we'll head back dry off and change out of the wetsuits. --------- A couple of other notes : - If you'd like a private lesson feel free to message me - We will treat you like a person, not a number: We keep smaller classes (7 people or less unless specially requested otherwise) for a more individualized experience. Your guide will get you prepared for this amazing day ahead in your kayak. We start paddling upstream all the way to the historical Gauging Station 2 1/2 miles into the Black Canyon. You will have a chance to see all the desert wildlife: Big Horn Sheep, Coyote, Bald Eagle, Golden Eagle... Your guide will tell you all about the mighty Colorado River and interesting history, facts of the Hoover Dam! On the way back we will visit Emerald Cave and stop at a historical site where we provide healthy snacks, fruit and water. We will teach you how to milk a cow. *At the beginning we allow you time to spend with the animals. Petting, brushing, or just hanging out with them. *Next we take you through what we feed our animals and how we care for them. We can talk about what goes into the cleanliness of the process and getting everything ready. *We will then go through the experience of milking the cow (whether by hand or with the machine, you decide). Allowing you to do as much of the work as you feel comfortable with. *Afterwards we will strain the milk and get it cooled and clean up. *Before you leave we will give you the opportunity to taste any of the products from our farm with the option to purchase milk at a 50% discount. *Congrats! You will have milked a cow!

Join us on a horseback trail ride down the scenic WAG Trail and learn about the horses in our herd and how they have been rescued from auctions and kill pens. Meandering along the beautiful Genesee River, our guests will experience a four-mile trail ride with the possibility of viewing all different wildlife. After your ride you will be provided treats to give to the horses and thank them for a wonderful adventure. Last but not least we want you to have a fun and enjoyable time , this adventure is for most anyone to enjoy even beginner riders.

PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION before booking to make sure this is the experience for you and you are prepared. When you get here we will immediately go into the goat, mini horse, mini donkey, mini cow and pig pasture and love on them. We can also feed the Alpacas and Chickens. Sometimes they do get full in the afternoon so feeding may not happen. While visiting I will be actively working in the fields, but am always ready to answer question you may have. Because I am an animal sanctuary I take in all animals. Most are super loving, but some require special instruction to interact with. Parents please help kids follow the rules so everyone remains safe. Please wear clothes and shoes you don’t mind a dirty on, especially in the rainy season. Tall waterproof Boot are VERY recommended. Even if it isn’t raining there is thick mud to walk through in the wet month. This is a true animal farm. Poop, mud, and dirt are apart of it. Don’t stick your fingers in the cage, they will bite.* In general-We will learn about all the farm animals here, ducks, geese, chickens, bunnies and goats. But this will depend on the age of the guests. Fresh vegetables and whole wheat bread, eggs shells and egg cartons are much appreciated! This is a unique experience with lots of holding and petting. Walk carefully with proper shoes and clothing, be prepared to get dirty! So many fun stories and love therapy, it’s fun just looking at these cute fur balls hopping around! * * * Come and hold the babies or simply spend time with them you will feel so loved. This is a great experience for adults and kids alike! **We got a huge green house that keeps you out of rain and cold. Rabbits do kick and scratch because they are prey animals, and get scared easily, please do not chase them. Let them come to you! Baby bunnies are fragile, parents with young children are responsible for watching them when handling.

At Bluebird Farm we offer an intimate family-friendly experience for all ages. When you arrive we will say hello, go over the farm rules, give a quick tour of the property and amenities then the fun begins. There's no strict timeline, you can enjoy the 3 hours at your own pace. You can meet all the animals like our alpaca, Scottish Highland cows and calf, horses, goats, mini horses and mini donkeys. We have a small critter corner where you can hang with a bunny, ducks, a tortoise, guinea pigs and chickens. Mini horse rides are available for kids (75lb weight limit) and a hayride is available for everyone! ***mini horse rides and hay ride NOT included on discounted weekday tours*** Kids can roam and use their imagination at the outdoor play area. There's a mini farmers market, play house, flower shop, garage with power wheels, mini garden, mud kitchen, sandbox and swings. Make sure to bring your own lunch and snacks. Between the activities you can sit down at the picnic tables and enjoy your lunch under the oak trees. There's an outdoor hand washing station and bathroom available. We ask you please wash your hands before and after petting and feeding the animals.

To many, the Hasidic world is shrouded in mystery and secrecy—well, not anymore. On this experience you get to see first hand the daily lives, rituals and customs of the Hasidic community, guided by a member of the community. Being able to access places seemingly closed off and hidden to the outsider. An opportunity to be able to ask any and all questions about the Jewish faith, culture and philosophy. We kick off the experience inside a Hasidic home, and learning about what it takes to keep a Kosher home. Then its off to the streets of Crown Heights, starting with exploring the world famous “770” Synagogue, getting a glimpse into the hustle and bustle of daily prayer services. Next stop is a Jewish scribe, seeing up close the intricate details involved in producing the Torah Scrolls. Followed by a walk down the avenue, visiting the local shops, and seeing the traditions dating back to the early 1800’s. A Ten Apple Farm goat hike is a two hour recreational and educational goat experience. You'll meet your hosts (and our herd of Alpine dairy goats), and hear about their 16 years of experience with goats and living on a small family farm. Once we've met the goats and the many other animals residents of the farm, we’ll set off on a hike through the Ten Apple Farm woods with the goats and Philip our sheep! The hike consists of an approximately one and a half mile loop trail through our woods on lightly groomed trails. Along the way we’ll talk about goats as pack animals, what they eat, and you’ll learn a thing or two about raising and caring for goats. There's lots of time for interacting with the goats, asking questions, or just soaking in the Maine woods and these adorable, fun animals. We end the experience with fresh goat milk and homemade cookies! Please note: Children must be at least 5 years old and accompanied by an adult. 5 and 6 year olds should plan to hold a parent's hand during the hike. (Children under 4 must be carried). Other things to note: The hike is not strenuous, but there is a little bit of steep terrain in 2 spots. We have rope railings on the trail to assist with getting up and down in those spots, but guests who have bad knees, hips, or other difficulties with uneven or steep terrain should be aware.

Tap into your wild side as you spend time with wolfdogs and learn the powerful lessons they have to teach in this intimate group experience! Beginning with a visit to our wolfdog compound, you'll meet the 30-plus rescues, hear their backstories, and meet some of the pack to interact one-on-one. You might even get a kiss (or two or three)! Safety first: We will go over rules of engagement and safely learn to co-exist with these fuzzy pollinators by respectfully entering their hive in order to observe the inner workings of the colony. We will move slowly and do a brief breathing exercise to quiet our minds. You’ll learn about their life cycle, different roles in the hive, their fascinating social structure and ways of communicating through dance, sound and pheromones. We will start by meeting at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino, where we will capture the perfect photo of the iconic Bellagio fountains (with the Eiffel Tower in the background). We will then cross Las Vegas Blvd and get a wide angle shot of the Eiffel Tower. Our tour will continue to the Flamingo Habitat for a must-have shot with the High Roller in the background. We will then make our way towards Caesar's Palace, where we will get photos with the Trevi Fountain. We will finish off with some shots in front of the Venetian Hotel and the famous gondolas. This tour will be conducted by walking (approximately a mile and a half from start to finish). I am happy to take photos with my own iPhone 13 (complete with wide lens) or with your personal device or your professional camera (on private tours). At River Ridge Farm we LOVE our pigs! There are three resident pigs we are keeping as pets. Harold, Mama and Wilbur are sweet medium sized pigs whose breeds are known for being very social and friendly. Guests will enjoy watching their keen senses and rooting skills go to work, then we will be free to enter the pen and give back scratches and belly rubs as well as learn about upkeep of the pigs and their fellow farm friends. This event takes up to 30 minutes and is located close to wonderful restaurants or hiking spots for an easy way to “make a day of it!” :) If farm hopping is your goal, there is also a llama farm that offers hiking with llama companions in addition to a horse farm that gives tourism trail rides on their big draft horses. Ask Diana to help with any arrangements or recommendations to fully enjoy this gorgeous part of the Green Mountains!

Must love goats is our motto here at Hidden Brook Acres! Come explore the daily happenings on a dairy goat farm nestled in the forests of Rhode Island. Immerse yourself in the presence of our nigerian dwarf goats, the miniature breed of dairy goat. Goat snuggling is always a big hit with adults and children alike! Come spend some time sitting in the pasture with our herd. Depending on the season we could be on dry lot (dirt paddock) or green grass. This experience guarantees time relaxing in a field of goats, observing herd dynamics, an educational Q&A with a knowledgeable goat farmer. Relax with the herd in the barn or bring a blanket along and sit with goats in the pasture. Our goats really enjoy the company and might even rest on the ground with you. This is an outdoor experience and weather might impact your visit; we do not operate during inclement weather. We love pets but for everyone’s safety we cannot allow visiting pets to the farm. Please feel free to b.y.o.b. just note our herd is underage. We also have a farm stand that is open for purchasing hand crafted goat milk soaps and other goods sourced right here on the farm! We will tour my small farm, called Border Collie Farm. First we will greet the chickens. We give them snacks and check for eggs. The eggs are green and tan. I have 11 of varying breeds. Then we will move to the ducks. There are seven Black Swedish ducks who are laying every day. Duck eggs are huge! We next see the stars, Stella, Bella and Eddie. A brief talk about goat breeds and what people use goats for will be followed by the goats eating from our hands. Everyone will have treats to offer the goats. You may even try to milk a goat. If milking is not available, then we will brush them. They enjoy being petted on the sides. We will walk the farm with them wandering besides us. They never let me get too far away. Then using Bella's milk we will make soap. At the end I will introduce you to Dylan, the Border Collie. He is very friendly and loves people. There will be ample opportunity for picture taking and a demonstration of how goat milk soap is made. Everybody leaves with a sample of soap. Other things to note The experience is held rain or shine so come with an umbrella. Wear comfortable walking shoes and clothes that can get dirty. Please leave your pets at home.

Start off with a warm welcome from the resident farm pup, Izzy, before meeting the herd of twelve adult goats and going over best animal handling practices. Next, play with the baby goats in a grassy meadow pen. Expect lots of goofy goat antics and selfie opportunities! Post-playtime, you'll have the option to tour the farm and meet its resident horses -- maybe even give a treat to one of our foals! Learn how we take care of the animals and land as you tour our five acres. This is a wonderful way to learn more about sustainable small-scale agriculture and spend time with these adorable creatures. Nigerian Dwarf goats may be small but they make up for it with their big personalities. They're incredibly curious, lovable, and intelligent, and as a bonus, their babies are the size of small cats! There's never a dull moment with these playful goats and this experience is a great way to unwind, relax, and feel a little more refreshed. For safety reasons, we ask that you do not bring other animals with you to this experience.

Guests will enjoy the most exclusive comedy show in NYC. No where else in the city can you find the community of diverse comics and connection that we provide every Monday night. You'll start by entering the club where I'll greet you at the host stand. Upon check in, grab your free drink at the bar and take in the history around you. From there I'll lead you into the showroom or you can hang in the bar area hoping to see a famous comic before the show begins. By the end of our show, the entire audience feels like a unified community with the inside jokes and personalized story telling from our seasoned team of comedians. You can't get this experience anywhere else in NYC!

Before you come: We will try and contact you to size you for a wetsuit/board to help speed up the pre-lesson portion, and also give you an update on the conditions for your lesson. 20 minutes before the lesson: We will have you sign a waiver and get into your wetsuit. First 45min- hour of lesson: We will be on land and cover all of the basics, technique, and safety. The following 30-40 minutes: we'll be in the water together. I'll help you get into waves and give you instruction in the water to help you surf your first wave(s) The remaining time: you'll show what you've learned, We'll be a little more hands-off and either join you in the water or watch from the beach. At the end of the lesson: we'll head back dry off and change out of the wetsuits. --------- A couple of other notes : - If you'd like a private lesson feel free to message me - We will treat you like a person, not a number: We keep smaller classes (7 people or less unless specially requested otherwise) for a more individualized experience. We won't 'stack' our classes back to back and leave time between classes. This means you have time to change before and after class without cutting into your lesson time, you actually get a full class. - We include free photos and mean it, no deceptive pricing tiers. Visit our peaceful, natural, and unique farm setting! Spend time meeting our menagerie of critters as you make your way through the farm to our baby goats! Put life on pause as you enjoy an hour and a half of tranquility in a secluded area on our farm while cuddling cute baby goats! After some initial cuddle time, we’ll introduce you to the rest of the herd. You can even take the goats on a forage in the woods while walking a peaceful nature trail, if you’d like!
