Wonderful place! Seeing the belted galway cows was really fun. Plenty of space for the 5 adults and 1 child. The kitchen had everything we needed. Ruth welcomed us with Southern charm and some fresh baked bread. Reading the farm's history was so interesting. We would stay here again when in the area. Highly recommend!!!

It was a beautiful place to stay and perfect for a weekend getaway to unplug and recharge! The hosts were welcoming and friendly from the reservation to checkout. I will be staying here again!

This little spot was a perfect stay! With all the amenities and some more! It wasn’t in a huge bloom but the spot was still beautiful! We didn’t spend much time in the cabin but it was a cozy little retreat when we finished a day of adventuring!

Very magical place! Lots of thoughtful details. Moss-lined paths! Tiny fairy doors covering the outlets! My kiddos loved getting eggs from the chickens and hanging out with their dogs and running free.

I absolutely adored this farm house. I enjoyed learning the history. It's feels isolated and peaceful, but is only a 10 minute drive from the main road. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Joy's home. The grounds were so relaxing with the rolling hills and beautiful horses. Joy was a pleasure. She reached out occasionally to see if all was well, but she respected our privacy. The guest house was wonderful. The additional bedroom space upstairs gave us the perfect space to do some office work or have some quiet time reading & relaxing. Great escape.

It was the perfect location for privacy and conveniently located for going out on the town. Excellent hosts, excellent place. 5 stars from us!

We had the best time on our long weekend getaway as a family of 5! The kids are already planning our next visit and they sure didn’t want to leave. We wanted something different than the normal hustle and bustle of vacation and this was it! A relaxing stay on the farm spending our days touring the farm and helping take care of the animals, horse back riding, and playing on the playground, and spending our evenings playing board games together as a family. Becky was the best host and met us as we checked in to walk us through everything and make sure we felt right at home. She gave us a tour of the farm and let us feed the animals and hold them, and my kids were in heaven! The fresh eggs for breakfast were amazing and my kids loved the snacks she had stocked in the house too. Couldn’t have asked for a better time! 100% recommend and our kids can’t wait to come back!

We travel atleast once a month for fishing tournaments and this is our favorite place to stay. The owners are always responsive and we wish all rentals were this nice.

If you're looking for a peaceful spot to relax, while still being in driving distance to a small and large town, this is it! Great setting, cozy and unique home with amenities for a longer stay. Logan County is rife with historical stops and not far from Bowling Green. We enjoyed the fire pit, walking trail, and porch most of all, while our kids loved the swings, chickens and woods. Great value for a great space!

We loved how relaxing and peaceful the farmhouse was—and especially enjoyed the goats and puppy dog! We were close to Chattanooga and exciting activities, but also able to play outside/board games and relax at the house. The best of both worlds!

Let me just say this was just the cutest place!! We just needed an overnight on our way down to my sisters wedding, and I couldn't have picked a better place to unwind. My kids loved Snowflake visiting and loved it just as much as me. Easy to find, directly on my route, and it has everything one would need! I look forward to visiting again. 🙂

It was close to the venue for a family members wedding. It is as described and very clean. The host was polite and responsive. A note: it is not in any way handicapped accessible. There was no claim that it was. Just a note if you are older or use mobility aids.

What a perfect way to start our vacation. The accommodations are gorgeous; stylish and functional. This little slice of hevan is the perfect place to relax and recenter. We were looking for a place to rest before the next leg of our trip, but were presently surprised by how convenient it was to visit the unique little town of Helen. We met our hostess, Amy. She is a gem. Truly a pleasure to stay here. We are. already planning our next trip and hoping to spend more time in this beautiful spot.

Arlene stayed in communication fr9m the start, very friendly, helpful and understanding of our situation, we closed on the house early and so did our container so we stayed 2 weeks shorter that expected, Arlene had agreed to refund us us for the final week. Which we didnt expect but were truly grateful for.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin. It was the perfect way to ring in the New Year as a family. We loved watching the sunrise over the mountains on the front porch rockers. We loved watching the cows graze and meeting Jack the Donkey. The hosts were so friendly and even gave us a tour around the farm. The cabin is beautiful and spotless. Such a perfect spot to relax with family and loved ones. We hope to be back someday!

Kathryn and Russell have a great place to stay. It was very easy to get to. The cabin was very spacious and clean. We were met by some very friendly and large dogs that they told us about before our arrival. We were welcomed to explore the farm and visit their soap shop. You also get to pick a soap and a lip balm free for staying here. The goats really enjoyed the animal crackers left in the cabin for you to feed them. If your looking for a quite place within driving distance to town this is the place.

Loved all the amenities. Beautiful house in a beautiful setting. Perfect for our hiking trip. We would def come back if we hiked in the area again.

Mike and Stephanie were great hosts! We had a fantastic time. Our boys loved feeding the animals on the farm. We learned that one boy loved the chickens the most and the other boy loves goats more! The log cabin was beautiful and gave us ideas for our own build. The cabin was already stocked with fixins to make Smores over the fire pit outside! The cabin is already heated but if you want to start the wood burning stove inside you'll have more than enough heat! Mike and Stephanie were always around to answer any questions that we could think of. Overall FANTASIC experience for the whole family!

This home was exactly as described online. Clean, homey and plenty of space for my family of 3 and my sister and her husband. We liked it was close to my Nephew in Knoxville and an easy commute for holiday gatherings. The rural area was nice and we enjoyed seeing the horses in the backyard. We would stay here again. We enjoy Grandfather's Farmhouse so much this is our second trip in a year. The location is beautiful, situated in a peaceful, quiet valley just past Lake Chatuge. The house is so very comfortable with all the amenities necessary to make our stay perfect.
