I had such a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb! The location was only a quick 6-minute drive to town, and great attractions nearby, like Burgess Falls. You could really see how much love and care went into keeping the place clean and tidy. I truly appreciated all the little details aimed at making our stay enjoyable. From the thoughtful amenities to the charming interior design, this Airbnb really had it all! I’ll definitely recommend this cozy spot to anyone planning a trip to Cookeville!

We had a fantastic stay at the Catty Shack. The hosts were welcoming and attentive. The property was in a peaceful location and beautifully decorated. The back yard and patio were great places to unwind. And the cat was very sweet. Overall, it was a great place for a getaway!

This is the perfect secluded, private getaway. Rich and Kelly are the great hosts. Proactive with communication providing all the details you need to find the place, check-in, and everything to do in the area. This is nestled at the edge of national forest lands and is 100% private. They have hiking on the property and plenty in the national forest as well. It is very unique and has all that you need for a great retreat.

Beautiful, quiet, peaceful, comfortable - this place was the perfect base for our week in the Chattanooga area. My husband and I and our dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable and Derek was a very helpful and responsive host. It was a great place to relax and recharge - just what we were looking for.

Wow. This place is amazing. One of my favorites from AirBnBs in lots of countries. The views, the location, the attention to detail, the pool, the hot tub, etc. We spent a week here with our three kids and fell right at home. Everything worked and we felt welcome. I especially loved how each time we looked across the ridge down over Chattanooga it always was a bit different. Adam was exceptional. He bent over backwards to accommodate us, and he was ultra responsive.

This home is a peaceful retreat Bathroom, bedrooms, kitchen were well stocked. The location is just a couple of miles from grocery stores and restaurants. If you like a quiet, nature-tyoe setting with outside decks and a surprise living area, this home is perfect. Alice is quick to respond to questions. A great host.

We had a busy weekend. Our daughter was married and I was a mess. Sami made everything easy and check-in ready. We really appreciated how clean the property was, and the little things that Sami provided. The property rules were easy to follow and very reasonable. Thanks again, Sami!!

Cute, well thought out space design on active farm. Great for what we needed. We were just there a couple of days. Only one small window, but the view upon walking out the door made up for it - great place for animal lovers - goats and horses right outside the door. Very comfortable.

We had another magical stay, this time at the Groundkeeper’s Hut! Me and my friend are huge potter heads. So when we saw this place after visiting the Burrow two years ago, we knew we had to come book a stay! Highly recommend staying here if you want an authentic magical experience!

Host was very communicative and responsive from beginning to end. They even helped me when I got my vehicle stuck in a washed out area of the road. They were kind enough to contact neighbors to come and pull me out so that I could enjoy the remainder of my stay. The cabin was beautiful and in a very peaceful and serene area. We went to do Hiking and waterfall adventures and the cabin was right in the center of each and everyone that we went to.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and our sweet host - Breanna. We cannot wait to come back to stay at their beautiful River home again soon 🫶🏼

Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Before we even arrived, we received lots of helpful information about the area and great suggestions for places to visit. The cabin itself is charming—beautifully decorated, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need, from plenty of towels and kitchen utensils to cozy blankets. The view over the lake is stunning, and we loved watching the two families of geese, as well as the many swallows and bluebirds. We also went paddleboarding on Tim Ford Lake, which was absolutely breathtaking. On our last day, we bought some of Bonnita and her husband’s grass-fed ground beef. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We were looking for a peaceful and relaxing weekend and this little cabin provided that for us!!! Would definitely recommend this piece of heaven and the hosts were very proactive and helpful in every way! Thank you again for everything!!

It was a great experience. we went kayaking, caught a lot of fish, explored, and just relaxed. Great service, location and beautiful view. loved the owners and their amazing hospitality.

The Owl's Nest was a fantastic getaway. The property was private, well-kept, extremely clean, with a ton of added amenities such as extra blankets, cooking supplies, and even a little toiletry baggie. It was the perfect stay for my husband and I. There is also tons to do in the immediate surrounding area.
