Loft vacation rentals in Tennessee River

This was a perfect day for one person or a couple staying in downtown Nashville. Only 10 to 15 minutes to everything including Broadway. It was upstairs above a detached garage, but was very private and peaceful. Excellent communication and we would definitely stay again.

I love staying with Urban Nashville! Our apartment was on the second floor and we had a great view of the gultch out of the huge windows! Beds were comfy and blankets were soft. You will need to time your showers if you have multiple guests, but that’s didn’t seem to be an issue at all for us. We were walkable distance to a lot of restaurants and places in the gultch as well many coffee shops to try. We saw a concert on music row and it was only a 6 minute drive! I would definitely stay here again next time I make a trip to Nashville!

This was probably one of the best properties that I have stayed in. Very comfortable, great location, plenty of space with the rooftop deck as a bonus. The property is located in a historic building that has been modernized. There were other neighbors, but we didn't hear them at all. The building is secure and we felt 100% safe. Our host left books in the property with suggestions for local restaurants and things to do. We highly recommend this property to anybody visiting Nashville!

Nice, peaceful and spacious room. Lots of light and a comfortable bed! Debbie was very friendly and responded quickly to our questions. Wonderful sanctuary when visiting Nashville. There was even a guitar and sound system to make a musician feel right at home. My husband was thrilled to have a guitar to play!

Perfect location in Franklin Tennessee! The place was a beautiful flat, well stocked! The host was incredibly responsive. Would highly recommend this place.

Linda and Skip's place is better than a five star hotel. It is unique because Skip designed and built it. Their focus is on every little detail to make your stay as easy and as comfortable as they can. It was in a perfect location for us to visit our son, only four blocks away, a nice stroll. We love the up and coming Germantown area. Their attention to detail and exquisite taste in decor makes this our #1 place to stay again and again. Thank you Linda for sharing your home and your warm and welcoming reception. FYI, this is the first and only Airbnb we have stayed in that does not have check out instructions because Linda feels you have already paid for that in your fees. This is very much unique and appreciated. 😊

I think this is the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had! Greg was incredibly kind and responsive. Before we even got there, I knew we were in great hands. The loft is absolutely adorable, and the perfect amount of space. We really could not have picked a better spot for our weekend in Nashville. Already thinking about our next trip back and we’d love to stay with Greg again! 🤠

So thankful to stay here on our way back home after leaving a vacation early because of a hurricane in Florida! All the hotels in the area were full but when we requested booking Oscar replied in 5 minutes and we were able to have a place to stay after a long day in the car. The separate bedrooms were great to have with our young kids and check-in easy and quick.

This property was so cute and centrally located. The hosts were quick to respond and check in instructions were easy to follow. Very clean and obviously well taken care of. We will definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Knoxville. ☺️

The loft was very cozy. Very nice and clean. Very nice location. And she was very quick to answer questions that I had. And also in my checkout, I forgot an item at the place and she was quick to message me to get an address to mail it to me. That way above and beyond of what she needed to do.
