This location was not far from Disney World. It was my first time in Florida. It was a clean environment, full kitchen and tvs. This was well worth my money and I’m so glad I chose to stay off site.

This is a perfectly outfitted home. They have thought of every detail and had everything you could ever need during your stay. We traveled with a toddler and we had everything we could need to care for him during our stay without having to bring it on our flight to Florida. 💯 would and hope to stay in this beautiful home again. Charlie and his wife were amazing to work with.

Pam’s place was lovely and a perfect place for our vacation. The heated pool was very appreciated, and there were plenty of towels, blankets, soap, dishes, blankets etc. The house was exactly as pictured and very spacious. Pam was very helpful with instructions and checked in regularly. We had no issues during our stay but we felt if anything did occur Pam would have been responsive which was nice to know. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again if we came back to Orlando.

Me and my group loved the stay. We didn’t have to contact the host patty the entire trip with questions because all directions were clear and everything we needed was in place already. She was also very responsive and flexible throughout the booking process.

Katie's tiny homes are wonderfully well kept. They are nice and cozy and clean and reasonably priced. Always a preferred place for me to stay in the area.

This house was so stunning and amazing! Xiao has been an amazing host & very quick with his response. The house looks exactly How the picture looked & it’s so close to a lot of food places in the area, very close to Walmart & Sam’s club as well. So if you need a quick grocery pick up, there you go. Will definitely come back soon. Thank you .

This home was perfect for our stay. We were able to walk to the beach, it was a 15 minute drive to St. Augustine, and there were 2 parks South on route A1A that we were able to visit. The house was very comfortable and spacious enough for 4 people. We ate lunches at the table on the side deck. I would recommend taking wash clothes if you use them and chairs for the back yard. We really enjoyed watching the birds at low tide in the canal out back. Overall, a great stay!

We enjoyed everything about the little house! It was a great location,quiet, and spacious! Very homey, we loved it! Michelle was so nice and helpful! We will definitely be staying again! 🫶❤️

Gretchen is a great host, and her house is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at, and it felt like home. Gretchen put so much heart and thought into the home's decor, which has a very cute beachy feel. Gretchen House also has all the amenities you need for the ultimate beach day to the most peaceful beach day. The AC runs cold, which is nice. The internet is fast, 500 megabits. Telecommuting was effortless and comfortable. The beach is a 7-minute walk from the house. We found ourselves walking back and forth frequently throughout the days. Restaurants are close and within walking distance. Amazon deliveries and grocery deliveries via Walmart + were available, and Uber Eats delivers for a small fee to none. Over all we were able to relax and enjoy our time without having to drive places. Gretchen! Everything went smoothly. Wish there was more pots and pans but everything was great. Close to the beach, pool was wonderful. People were great!

Such a wonderful place to stay! The only downside (which Wendy can't control) is that the beach access right in front of the condo was closed due to erosion.

We had a great stay at Kurt and Courtney’s place. The location was wonderful, with the beautiful ocean beach and tennis courts, just steps from the condo. The space was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Kurt and Courtney were extremely helpful and responsive. We had a small problem with a smoke detector and they had it taken care of immediately. We recommend Kurt and Courtney’s place for any one who plans on staying in St. Augustine Beach!

We definitely enjoyed our 2 week stay here. It was comfortable and met our needs for the entire time. The view was great, neighborhood was safe and quiet, and it was convenient to all the places we wanted to go up and down the coast. You can expect it to be exactly as represented. Patricia was very responsive and informative, too!

Beautiful Home with Stunning Ocean Views! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The ocean view was breathtaking, and the house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Rachel was an amazing host—she was attentive, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. My family had a fantastic vacation, and we would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family. We hope to visit again in the future!

The place was clean and well decorated. It was very to check in. It has exactly what needed for my stay. Many pros staying so close to downtown with many restaurants around the area. The beach view was breathtaking and we went for a long walk every morning. The only complain is if you like to watch tv, the place only has one tv with only 8 local channels. Tv isn’t a smart tv so we couldn’t stream. My husband loves sport so he couldn’t watch all the college games. Either way, we had a good time. I would stay there again.

Very neat unique place. Very comfortable place, thoughtfully supplied with kitchen, bedroom, living room stuff. Well thought out for host's guests. Books, CD's, games, tv and movies, etc... Rented while it was cold out but place would be even better in the warmer weather to enjoy the decks more. Very good host and responsive. Really enjoyed the stay.

Our stay was very relaxing. We had guest for a couple of days. Lots of room to share. Loved staying on the lake, the view was beautiful. It was a little cold to enjoy the paddle boats, but they were available. Lawn games and games for inside were available as well. We would totally recommend Charity's place. Thank you for always answering and responding quickly.

Great spot for a small fishing trip with the guys. James was a great host. Will 100% be back next year.

Absolutely beautiful location, nice and quiet. Really cozy space and it was nice to have somewhere to cook. It was a bit difficult to find on maps but the host does a wonderful job telling you how to get there. Absolutely amazing stay especially for the price. Thank you again for the lovely weekend~

Debbie and Ken’s place is amazing - more like staying at your favorite aunt/uncles house than a rental. Everything was perfect and so well thought out - if you are on the fence just book it already; you won’t find a nicer cabin by the river or a nicer couple of hosts. I’ll be back!!

We loved our stay at Marni's. The house was immaculately clean and had the best equipped kitchen. Every utensil you could need and plenty of pots and pans. The location was perfect for exploring the rivers and creek system. It was quiet, with friendly neighbours. Would definitely recommend.

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the charm and peaceful atmosphere. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. The private dock leading to the river—such a serene spot, it was truly an unmatched view. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, Matt's attention to detail and hospitality truly made the experience even better.
