Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Tennessee River

Everything was great. This was the perfect place for our group that came to fish for the week. House had good parking for boats and the home is everything you see and more from the pictures.

This was a great place for a pit stop between days of driving. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing before bed!

Kim was very kind and place description was spot on. We loved the adventurous walk down to the river. Three king beds definitely came in handy as we had three couples in our party. Wouldnt hesitate to stay again!

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve stayed in with my family. The house was adorable. Lots of spaces to hang with my family. My daughters LOVED the movie room that had curtains they could close and pretend they were in a real movie theater. We also loved and utilized the hot tub every day. The backyard was a great size for the girls to run around and play. A couple yard games were provided and sports balls to play with. There was also a firepit with lots of firewood available and smore fixings as well. The neighborhood was also very quiet with friendly neighbors. A walking trail was VERY close to the house that we explored often. This house was also very easily located from the airport, downtown, shops, restaurants, etc. i would highly recommend. Lastly, the host was awesome and very kind and responsive throughout our stay.

Nicely remodeled older home. The hosts have clearly taken a lot of care in meeting guests needs. There were toys, books, and a pack n play for the kids. They left smore supplies and everything was very clean. The walls are quite thin, which could be a plus or a minus when traveling with small kids (wasn't great for us). The hot tub was lovely. The deck would have been fantastic at another time of year (but it was pretty in the snow!).

We enjoyed our second stay at this location as much as the first.

The Castle of Joy was amazing to stay at!!! The welcome book provided was super helpful in determining where to eat, shop for groceries or items, activities, etc. The bottom half of the home was really cool! it felt like the more we explored the castle the more cool things we found. Unfortunately, it rained most of the time we were there so we didnt get a chance to walk too much of the trails (consequence of booking in advance). However, I'm sure if I wanted to cancel or reschedule the booking, it would be easy to do so withing 10 days of the check in date (review cancellation policy). My booking was for just 2 people. However, this gem is definitely meant to be shared with a group booking!

Loved our stay at this wonderful home on Lookout Mountain! From the moment we walked in and throughout our stay, we really appreciated all the welcoming and thoughtful touches that were included. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and variety of games that were available. Kitchen is well stocked. Super clean, comfortable, perfect location, communicative host…couldn’t ask for a better stay. Thank you, Matt! We would come again in a heartbeat!

We secured a last minute steal for a weekend stay at this beautiful lake house and it was perfect for a quiet trip away. The house and lake views are stunning and really set us up for a relaxing few days. We will definitely be back!

This home was exceptional! The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to come back again.

The condo was amazing and was perfect for our group! The views of the track are great and the hosts were really easy to communicate with. Highly recommend for anyone trying to get a unique trackside experience at AMP!

This house was an oasis tucked in a beautifully wooded nook :) the view is just as stunning as the photos and even in the winter held so much beauty. Craig was helpful and proactive and we greatly appreciated his communication on our trip. We found the home to be warmly decorated and well stocked with everything we could need. Thanks for a great stay! We hope to be back :)

Beautiful home and surroundings. Really enjoyed our cousin trip at this location. The rooms were all very nice and spacious. Communications was great with the rental company. They specified all the details. Really had a wonderful time.

Great place to get away for a night with the wife!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful! It’s located right outside of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Cades Cove which was convenient. We picked this cabin because we wanted to be away from all the congestion in those busy towns but close enough we could visit. Very quiet area. Kids loved the game room. We definitely would book again. Justin was very attentive and helpful with anything we needed

This cabin is so special, it’s walkable to town but you feel like you’re in the woods surrounded by nature. The host makes you feel at home with great communication and friendly contact. Great place to stay, highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Beary Cozy cabin for a weekend trip and it couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience. The cabin was super charming and looked even better than the pictures. Everything inside was extremely clean and we had everything we needed to make it an amazing stay. It was fairly secluded and felt really private. The grounds themselves offered solid views from the deck and gave a great feeling of being out in the mountains/away from it all. We also enjoyed walking around the ponds and even played some mini golf. The host was very responsive and welcoming. We definitely would like to stay here again!

The most breath taking life changing environment&experience. Not only was this an extremely needed trip/ journey for us but it was destiny! I instantly felt at home! It was peaceful, it was clean it was quiet and just a joy to be apart of. We stayed Thursday-Saturday. The view? Phenomenal, at first I was terrified; being from New Orleans the thought of being on anything higher than the Greater New Orleans Bridge is an amusement park to natives lol… but driving on top of a mountain; sleeping, singing and photographing a view of this magnitude is indescribable. The lighting in the living room from the rays of the sun that cascade over the mountains you can see miles away…. The clouds meet you at the kitchen table! The jacuzzi was ready when wet got there; it was 37 degrees our first day: a retreat is my best description! Simple instructions, very informative host, good food in the area. Lyft, DoorDash, food delivery friendly. If you’re in need of a plethora of peace you’ve found it.
