Campsite vacation rentals in Tennessee River

This was a great place to stay for our short trip to Nashville! The place is a little small (perfect size for a couple), but cute and located in a very quiet neighborhood. A quick walk away from the Gulch, or a 20-30 min walk from Broadway which was easy enough, although I'd recommend an Uber if the weather isn't great. Loved the free and plentiful street parking! We would definitely stay here again!

We had the absolute best fall weekend at "the Kayaker." We are already planning next fall. The tent had every amenity you could want and was so cozy (I brought a stack of blankets and never needed them)! The bed was so very comfortable. The lodge was much nicer than we anticipated and I don't think I've ever seen a campground bathhouse SO nice! We loved how private our glamping tent was but how easy it was to walk everywhere else. One night it drizzled and it was just so cozy inside our tent to play a game by lamplight with the little propane heater on. The fall colors were spot on and we were nice and close to hiking and mountain biking as well as an apple orchard, Wineries, breweries and shops! Can't ask for anything more!

This place was absolutely amazing! My best friend and I wanted to stay closer to a festival this year and I am so happy we chose to stay here! It was very nice, and comfortable for us two! Most places now have very strict rules, but these rules were very reasonable and respectful. It was location in a very safe area with a beautiful view of the lake. The only thing that was not the best was the pull out couch(mainly because we are pretty tall women) but what pull out couch is 5 stars any way!🤣 We both said we would 100 % stay here again no doubt! Very nice get away, easy to find and the owners were extremely helpful and friendly ! Very quiet and secluded, perfect for a weekend getaway!

Gena was a great host! My toddler loved the little snacks she left for us to enjoy and she took extra care in letting us know we were safe when a severe storm rolled through during our stay! I will definitely be booking with her in the future!

I discovered that iphone has satellite functionality if you text from outdoors! So cool. The lack of wi-fi/cell enabled me to unplug and relax - but I found I had a cell signal whenever I hiked the hill behind the property, so was able to coordinate with my travel companions staying elsewhere! Spectacular walking trail up hillside behind property.

Great little camper airbnb. Had everything I needed and most importantly it was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on. As it’s getting chilly, it’s nice that the owner had provided multiple blankets and the camper had a ceiling heater 🙂 Would recommend to others. 👍

I cannot say enough good things about this place and the owners! Not only were they kind and very helpful… We got in later than expected and they were very understanding.. the camper is gorgeous and had everything we needed. It was so clean and the entire stay was just awesome. Thank you so much for accommodating our last minute plans for the weekend! We can’t wait to come back! ❤️

Our boys had a tournament in the area so we booked Eric’s place. They were very pleased with everything. They really enjoyed visiting with him. Very friendly and made sure they had everything they needed. If they ever have another tournament in the area hopefully we can book Eric’s place. Also, if we are in the area needing a place to stay hopefully it is available. Thank you so much for the hospitality that was shown to our crew.

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious camper! Everything was ready and anything you could possibly need is provided. My family really hopes to make a trip back to Walling and stay again. Dorilyn was an amazing host😁

NOT a review for the Cozy RV, but a review for the Cozy Cabin. We originally booked the Cozy RV, however it was having some issues so Heather upgraded us to the Cozy Cabin! The Cozy Cabin had an issue with heating. Heather remedied the situation very quickly! The cabin is just that, very cozy! We enjoyed having coffee on the porch and watching nature. Heather and Brian are very good hosts, have great communication skills as well as problem solving skills.
