Vacation rentals with a sauna in Tennessee River

I usually say there’s no such thing as a five star review but this is definitely the closest to five stars you can get! All amenities that was mentioned was provided. Perfect location from town. The location in the room was clean. The host was the best EVER!

My best friend and I had a fantastic long weekend stay here! The rooms were extremely clean, uncluttered, and had every amenity we needed. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, especially since during our stay we experienced a severe thunderstorm that ended up shorting out some of the outlets in the apartment; after reaching out to the hosts, they quickly helped us locate the unit's electrical box where we could easily flip the switches and get the outlets working again. We also appreciated their swiftness in supplying more toiletries for the bathroom when needed. The building was very easy to locate and access (with appreciated security measures), quiet, and we were only minutes away (never longer than 20 minutes) from anything we wanted to do in Nashville. Would absolutely stay here again!!!

Our stay was above and beyond what we expected! The suite was extremely clean and very inviting! Jen and her husband are very welcoming! They both took time out of their days to recommend local places to visit while we were here! Once we arrived they gave us a thorough tour and even showed us the event center that is on the property! No details have been forgot about! There is a dog park for pets, a Sauna, hot tub, game closet for rainy days (for all ages!) and a playground for the kids! We truly felt right at home and absolutely loved staying here! We would definitely recommend this location to others!!!

Our stay was absolutely great everything about it was what was described. I spoke to John and he was more than helpful and nice. They gave me a list of all the great restaurants and places I maybe interested in seeing. It was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere that is peaceful and clean. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

Sean , Sean and his family welcomed us with open arms, always attentive, beautiful place, it's worth being in the house, unfortunately we had a small problem on our part, where the hostess immediately spoke to me, always attentive at all times, we have nothing to complain about Sean and his family, we are grateful to all of them.

From the start to check out everything was perfect. We’ve stayed at numerous places over the years and this one tops our list. We loved the location. Close to town but out of the hustle and bustle. The place itself was as described and more. We could’ve moved in! lol 😆 We can’t say enough good things about this place. The view was amazing also!

Very great hosts. I stayed 2 nights and we enjoyed it. The place is not wind noise proof so there was a guzzling sound of the strong wind. Otherwise, me and my family really enjoyed our stay here and I will certainly recommend to my friends for the great view and location.

Kerri's place was a great place to stay on my friend's and my weekend adventure. The place was very easy to find and had all the amenities for a great stay. Check in was a breeze as the door had a keypad so we just let ourselves in. We loved that the water pressure was good in the unit and had both very hot and cold water. It is in a great location near all the action like the Titanic Museum, Comedy Barn and Frizzle Chicken :). We were sad Dollywood was closed for the season, but I highly recommend staying here if you want to be super close too.

We loved being right on the river with a view of the mountains. Also loved the gas fireplace since the mornings and evenings were cooler. Enjoyed not being in too busy of a place but it was so handy to whatever we wanted to do. It was easy to get to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg or the park. Great place for 3 couples to stay. We thought it would be a great place for kids, too, but we didn’t bring any :)

It always great staying at Jackie’s. I will always book with her when visiting Gatlinburg. Her home is great and the location is perfect. Jackie is a great host! 10/10 recommend!!

Eric was a great host. He was very responsive and accommodating when I reached out to request an early check in/late check out. The unit was very clean and inviting. The space was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 3 children. The unit was stocked with all of the essentials to get us through our time at the rental so there was no need for us to purchase anything additional which was very helpful.

This place is everything you need for a gate away, close proximity to everything and very private still, we love the size of the apartment our family of 5 was very comfortable and we enjoyed the views! We will back next year!

The cabin was perfect — everything was as advertised and we had a great time with the game room and hot tub included. Ramzi was responsive and left clear instructions. The road up to the resort was a little nerve-wracking for a mostly city driver.

Wonderful home in a peaceful location. We had a couple questions and the host was very quick to respond (under 10 minutes) and extremely helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay and the kids loved all there was to do! Had plenty of toys etc for kids. Fished and caught a couple myself which was nice! The pool was out but was to cold honestly but would love to come back and get in the pool next time! Would definitely come again.

We took our 4 kids (17, 14, 13, and 11) to Gatlinburg for New Years. The house is far enough out of town to be away from the crowds and nightlife, but close enough that a quick car ride gets you in the middle of things. The home is beautiful and even our kids loved the aesthetic appeal of decor and furnishings. The hot tub and sauna were a huge hit, and we thought the kids disappeared when they found the secret room!! A great combination of indoor and outdoor amenities to entertain the crew and the board games made for a very welcomed “digital detox” for us all. Great home. Great location. Great hosts and they were very helpful prior to and during our stay. I cannot thank them enough for helping us make adjustments due to a few of our crew battling the flu prior to our trip. Thanks again for an amazing stay!!!

This place is set in a very serene, still seemingly private environment. *Because it is devoid of such noises as freeways, planes and city scapes, simple things do travel like kids playing a few houses over or the dogs barking because of gunfire. HOWEVER 85% of the time it is quiet and just speechless gorgeous peace, really you can’t complain. Waking up every morning to enjoy the hot tub just off the deck and the sauna (recommend turning on before you jump in the hottub as it takes a little bit to warm up) is like being at a resort. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook and enjoy my meals, the gas fireplace was quick to warm the house well above the thermostat so you don’t need it on for long. It just added to the atmosphere and really made disconnecting from everything external a true joy. The hosts also accommodated a slightly later checkout which was amazing! Thank you so so much for having me and I hope to be back again soon!

Beautiful home in a very convenient location.

My friends and I had an amazing staycation! We had a great time kayaking, relaxing in the hot tub, and enjoying the pool. We only wish we could have stayed longer. The host’s communication was prompt and seamless. We’ll definitely be back!
