We were looking for a place during a cross-country road trip and this fit the bill perfectly. A couple miles off the highway in a quiet neighborhood. The home I was surprisingly large, clean, good space, fast internet. Shopping and restaurants are about a 5 minute drive away. The only issue I would make folks aware of is that if you are traveling with dogs and go walking around the neighborhood, this being a rural area, there are some folks with free roaming dogs nearby and they’re territorial. And there’s a road a block away with no sidewalk and people flying by at high speeds. The yard is decent size, so use that. Alternately, there is a river trail and dog park in town. Kitchen is well stocked with basics, you’ve covered for coffee and basic cooking spices. So overall a great value.

Definitely enjoyed staying here and would do it again. Was the perfect size for just my boyfriend and I. Very grateful to have been able to stay here

We had a great stay at Leland's apartment. It was clean, bright, comfie and extremely convenient. We ate at the pizza place in the front yard (very tasty), saw a concert a block away and walked to get coffee in the morning. Wish we would have had time to visit the pinball place! I would definitely stay here again with 2-3 people.

When I was looking at reviews trying to find a place, I found that Tyson and this place had such high praises. I thought, this is too good to be true. Well, after renting this because of the reviews (and great price), I found it all to be true! Tyson was awesome! He communicated promptly and efficiently. Worked with us regarding a late checkout and gave recommendations of where we could store our luggage for a late flight. All in all, the place was exactly what I expected from the photos and description. We had a more than positive experience and will definitely recommend to all our friends and family. Thank you Tyson and thank you to the great cleaning staff and people working at the front desk of the place. We had a wonderful time!!

First lengthy stay near downtown Nashville but despite the proximity to the city, the house, yard and space felt extremely relaxed, comfortable and safe! Can’t imagine a more relaxed end to our days in and around Nashville! Outdoor sitting space felt extremely private as well and Dan & Britt truly leave the entire gated/fenced backyard to you as your own quiet, private space. Neighbors are very close in proximity but weren’t friendly and respectful as well. Very unique historic neighborhood with MANY impressive house and yard renovations! Walked all over the immediate neighborhood with zero issues. Sky Blue Cafe was a highlight and literally 4 minute walk. Also found a ton of cool foodie options in Fatherland District/Shops area about a mile away! The house was perfect for a couple and was stocked with about anything you could need for an entire week! Impressed from the beginning to the end and will not hesitate to visit again! Dan checked in and was super responsive always!!

This cozy retreat was a God-send to us! We stayed for 6 weeks while house hunting. The neighborhood is super cute and it is close to shopping and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. The retro decor was cute and perfect for the house. Our dogs enjoyed the large backyard. The beds were comfortable! We enjoyed our stay!

Our family had a wonderful few days here! We loved the location and walked to the North Chattanooga shops and along the river as well as across the river to Bluff View and downtown. Having grown up on nearby Signal Mountain, it was a great way to have our family together here in Chattanooga again! Hosts were personable and professional.

Zach's place was perfect for our weekend get-away to Nashville. The place was very comfortable and cozy. The neighbourhood is beautiful and very conveniently located to all the music venues we attended. And the host was amazing, lots of helpful suggestions, even before we arrived! Great experience :-)

Great, I had another home I had rented and needed something for that night. Truly great experience! Derek had everything you could need. It was chilly at night, had the blankets. Did have to worry about getting out your phone charger. They were there where you needed them. Had streaming services you could actually use.

Good location if you’re wanting to spend time in Pigeon Forge and good home for a fairly large group. Nice place and friendly hosts - we’d return if ever in the area, so we recommend it to others.

My Wife and I spent 4 nights here! Impeccable location, clean and excellent attention to detail. I didn’t order a single Uber the entire trip, everything you want is walkable. I am a light sleeper and we didn’t hear a peep all night. This beats a Hotel any day! Cindy is extremely responsive, clear and communicative. I highly recommend staying here when you are in town!

Melissa and her team are wonderful hosts. They respond right away to any questions and the place was only a 15 minute walk away from Broadway st. It was perfect :)

This was the perfect condo for a 50th birthday celebration. Allie's condo is precious. It is exactly as described plus more. We really appreciated the games and the blankets in the living area. All three rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable. The hosts thought of every detail. The condo is walkable to many places, however, we did not feel safe walking at night. It is a quick 5 minute Uber to most of the restaurants and bars and 25 minute ride to the Grand Ole Opry. 10/10 star condo for me!

Initial trip was for our daughter’s cheer competition and the location was more than perfect! Nick was very responsive and instructions were clear. Check-in was so easy! Super easy to find & get in/out. Condo was clean with accurate representation of the listing. Matched perfectly & looked just like the photos. Plenty of sleep options inside the condo. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, etc. Same for the bathroom—just as Nick mentioned in his messages. Nick was super helpful & responsive. Location was perfect! We loved that it was walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. (a BIG plus that it was so close to the Convention Center for comp too). It was a breeze walking to explore the area with our kiddos because of the great location—age range 3-14. Kiddos loved the heated indoor pool too! Perfect for this time of year to keep em occupied. We would definitely visit again! Thoroughly enjoyed it!!!

Room was immaculate. We loved the boho vibe and the tall ceilings. Everything in the space was very well thought-through. The Burnham is a pretty cool building that's easily walkable to the Broadway strip. The Latch keyless system for the building and room is pretty painless once you get used to it.
