I loved Emily‘s place. It has everything you could possibly need during a stay. The loft is really fun especially If you have kids with you. The house overall is extremely cozy and relaxing. The beds were really comfortable! Emily is so hospitable and kind. Thank you so much Emily!

The Magnolia House was a convenient location for visiting our family in Florence. The Third bedroom was good for our Grandchild to sleep. The mattress in the master bedroom was a great sleep for us. We would love to stay here again.

Stephanie was an absolutely fantastic host. Very responsive, polite, and excellent and responsive communication. I was dealing with some health issues throughout my stay, and Stephanie was very understanding and helpful. The house made me feel right at home and was cozy and had everything me and my family needed. 5 stars all the way across the board!

We loved the Man Cave! It was a cozy little spot for our dog and cats, and the fenced yard was amazing! From the sitting area, there’s a nice little vote off the Smoky Mountains. Sam and James were very kind, responsive, and even lent us some tools when needed. We highly recommend! I wish TN had more sidewalks, but that is nothing to do with this place. There’s nice walking with it being close to the schools, so you can catch a sidewalk and take it all the way to the parks on Broadway.

Beautiful and spacious place! We had four adults and four kids and never once felt we needed more space. Conveniently located, easily accessible, plenty of kitchen items and gadgets. Would stay here again and would recommend.

Everything was so amazing. Our host was so nice and super helpful when we had an issue. Even provided some extra snacks and hot chocolate to help with our stay. Can’t express how much Judy helped make our stay so much easier and stress free 10/10. Cannot recommend this place enough to everyone. It’s near enough to everything to be a quick trip most places but also far enough off the main strip that you have the peace and quiet.

Me and my friends spent a week at this place. Even though it's a shared space, it's very private. The surroundings are beautiful and it's a great place to unwind and relax, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was very clean, easy to find and the host was very responsive to any questions or needs. It was a beautiful location and our dogs also enjoyed the quiet, expansive yard and long walks in the Kentucky countryside. We enjoyed being away from a busy city and just enjoying nature, mammoth caves, cooking and our special time with family. Great stay! Thank you again.

I took my family to stay in the farmhouse the week of Christmas. The house was very clean and matched the description given. The heater in the pool was out but the hot tub worked. When I had an issue and reached out, it was resolved quickly. It is within walking distance of many things to do. We enjoyed the breakfast vouchers and drinks in the lobby. We also joined in the sing along and s’mores and loved it!

Just finished our 3 night stay. Absolutely loved the place! All around beautiful. Based off other reviews: we didn’t have any issues with the bed being uncomfortable, there were plenty of towels/dish soap/etc., also didn’t have an issue with thin walls. Only thing I would note that we haven’t seen in the reviews is the drive. If you’re not familiar with mountain type roads it can be intimidating/uncomfortable, but nothing to serious. Just take the roads slow and make sure you have it plugged in maps because you may miss a turn or two in the dark (guilty😅). It was about a 20 min drive to downtown Gatlinburg and about a 25 min drive to Smokey’s depending on Gatlinburg traffic and hike location. Which we appreciated. Thank you Kyle!

We had a great stay at Ron & Susan’s. It was about a 20 minute walk to attractions downtown. The area was very quiet and safe and a comfortable place to lay our heads after busy days of exploring. Thank you!

This place is near everything in Pigeon Forge but you can't hear the road at all!! There's a nice stream behind it too. Very clean condo and well-equipped. Vacasa manages and appoints the condos like hotels - mini toiletries! We originally booked a different unit by there was a problem with it the day before our reservation. I received a prompt phone call and messages offering us a new unit or a full refund which we gladly accepted. Definitely recommend staying here when you're in town!

We couldn’t have loved this place anymore. It was very comfortable, a great location (especially if you’re like us and like to be close to town but have easy access to backroads to get around), and everything provided in the kitchen was wonderful. From day 1, we decided we would be back. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Great location, clean as can be, exactly as described and easy access to downtown. Quite neighborhood. Plenty of parking if youre going in a group. Will stay with them again!

I cannot say enough good things about Cindy and Dean‘s condo in Nashville! They go over and above to make sure their guests feel at home. From having water in the fridge, snacks in the cupboard, light up, make up mirror, excellent and simple instructions, and a lot more personal touches that make this one of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed in! I’ve enjoyed staying with them so much that this is our second time back, the condo is still as pristine and clean as it was the first time!! Thank you Cindy and Dean!
