Absolutely loved my stay at Catherine's apartment. The location could not have been more perfect, very much love the Germantown area. Within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and coffee shops and a short ride or nice walk to Broadway and all the action. The apartment was beautiful and very peaceful - loved the private deck. Catherine is an excellent and very responsive host and I will definitely look to stay here again. Highly recommend as someone who comes to Nashville quite often.

Great communication throughout the stay, very clean, accurate representation, and a perfect distance from all the Nashville crazy. Awesome stay if you’re back visiting or coming for the first time.

I'm comfortable recommending this to anyone as long as you realize it's pretty far from everything. I also mentioned needing a late checkout, but that seemed to be a hard boundary. Otherwise it had everything we needed and then some. It was quiet, clean, private, and comfortable.

Of my many numerous Airbnb stays, this one with Bonnie rates among my highest. Bonnie was an absolute delight as a host and a person. She thoughtfully anticipated our needs and was highly accommodating for check in and check out. The living space exuded a magical and welcoming vibe. It was conveniently located to downtown Chattanooga via a short drive. Thank you for an amazing and rejuvenating getaway!

We loved staying at the resort, what a great place and wonderful management!! Rooms are so clean and pool is superb! Food was excellent!!!

We walked in to a clean home with cute decorations that made it feel like home. We had everything we needed and plenty of room to move around. There was lots of seating for family/friends. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. The house right next door is in need of work, but it was quiet and we never saw them. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a VERY short notice stay (1 day). Fran was very responsive, friendly and helpful. House was charming and comfy.. Nice neighborhood, easy walk to downtown Lynchburg. Hope to return next year.

Great place! Beautiful private lot in the country. Very clean! Nicely decorated and well stocked. Nice amenities such as the porches, fire pit, and lots of parking area. Felt very welcomed with her note, candy and holiday decorations. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at Damon and Lisa's place. I had a change in plans and they were nice enough to accommodate those plans. House was really clean and looked just like the photos. Like a lot of the other reviewers stated.... it did remind me of my Grandmas house!! In a good way. Had the opportunity to meet them and they were very nice and quite funny. Very friendly people. The house came with everything you need and then some. They do seem to go out of their way to make sure their guest have what they need and have a nice stay at their place...which I did. Btw, snacks and muffin... yummy. Would def recommend.

This was our 2nd time to stay at Marilyn’s home and is our go to place when we stay in the area. Location is very peaceful and relaxing.

After needing to switch AirBnBs, I found Anthony's gorgeous place in a perfect location. It was about 8:30 PM but he accommodated us immediately and was incredibly kind and helpful with check-in instructions, local recommendations, and ensuring our stay was absolutely perfect - which it was. My 3 dogs loved the fully fenced front and backyard and we felt safe at all times. We loved sitting around the fire pit in the evenings as well as with our morning coffees. Did I mention there was a bottle of wine, fresh flowers, and supplies for s'mores waiting for us on the kitchen counter? It was all such a treat, this place is a private sanctuary!! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals throughout our stay and we sunk into the comfortable sectional, enjoying the big screen TV late at night. Upstairs, the beds were heavenly and the bathrooms spacious and clean, with perfect water pressure in the shower. I could go on but needless to say, we can't wait to return!

Beautiful apartment located close to downtown in a nice area. Listing was accurate and we loved our stay. Being able to sit on the balcony watching the sunrise was a hidden treat. We would definitely return! Thank you!

The place was very clean, nice location, and not far from downtown. Host was very friendly and communicative. I would definitely recommend anyone planning on going to Nashville to stay here!

This was our second time staying here. We absolutely LOVE this location. Right on the Greenway, and we actually ventured off a little bit and ended up walking around the adorable Germantown streets. The scooters outside the complex to rent are so fun to take down to Broadway- maybe a 10-15 ride. Love being close enough to easily get down there, but far enough way to enjoy the quiet on the river.

Excellent stay. If we come back to Nashville, we will likely book this same place! Quiet location with a river view — yet close to everything, what’s not walkable is cheap few minute Uber ride away.
