Vacation rentals with breakfast in Central Texas

The house and the yard was fantastic. It has a large kitchen, and living area . The sofa was so comfortable, nice and had plenty seating. I now want to go buy one just like it. The kids room was great. They had a tent with toys in which my 2 year old niece. The outdoor deck and fenced in yard was my favorite. My little corgi dog was so exited to run around and go stare at the cows and neighbors dog. There is a play scape/funhouse, tree swing , and a zip line. We got to see the cows in the back twice and they are beautiful . Amber left snacks for the kiddos by and keurig coffee supplies and tea. The beds were comfy and had soft quilts instead of thick comforters. Everything was very nice and clean and kid and dog friendly .

This is a cute house in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to the HEB for groceries. It is not too far from the major highways and is also convenient for usinging side road to get to the River Walk and other attractions. The place is extremely well cleaned when we arrived. It has a nice backyard for grilling, and they even supply the charcoal! We really enjoyed our stay there.

We've been dancing the Airbnb/VRBO way for nearly a decade now, and have booked 20 trips...some good, great, fair, poor. This may be the *very* best experience we have ever had. This property is fantastic, is exactly as described, and extremely comfortable. Walkable to antique shops and goings on. Rhondy was great, too. A native of Comfort, I'm proud of her contribution to the town's continuing comeback. This was an excellent experience.

If you're looking for a home away from home this is the place for you. All the essentials to make you feel like it's your own personal home. Will look to stay here again when in town.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. For her 21st birthday, my daughter wanted to go horseback riding in Bandera. We stayed at Celia's for our time in Bandera. She went above and beyond with decorating her home with Happy Birthday decorations, a huge balloon, even got my daughter a delicious birthday cake! Celia is the host other hosts should strive to be. Amazing stay in a very welcoming home, quiet location. Her home is very comfortable and spotless. Loved our stay here!

Jannine's place was so nice. Our family and friends had a great stay. Everything was really clean and it smelled so clean and fresh. Jannine provided all the extras we could need. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. The bed is comfortable and we loved having the extra fold out bed from the couch in the living room. It's a really peaceful setting but also very easy to get to, off of 281. It's only about 5 minutes off the main road. It made it very convenient to get to San Antonio. Jannine was very proactive about communicating with us, and checked in to make sure our stay was going well.

My wife and I enjoyed our two-night stay. The home is a duplex, but I would have never known because it was so quiet the whole time. It was a clean home with plenty of space. 3 bedrooms was nice and beds were perfect. I slept very well. Linens and bathrooms/shower/bath were all clean and as advertised. The surrounding area is somewhat rural and it was nice to be close to Waco, but away from the hustle and bustle. Nice parking in the driveway, too. Great value.

As always, this was the perfect place to stay. My wife and I used to just for sleeping, as we were visiting family in the neighborhood. The location's great and it's delightfully decorated. My 1st choice whenever I visit Austin.

Susanne is an amazing host. Incredibly accommodating and welcoming. The house is very comfortable for spending time and sleeping, I left well rested! The neighborhood is also fantastic.

My wife and I were very satisfied with Juan's quaint location. We had an amazing time, very comfortable. We slept great on the memory foam king size mattres, and enjoyed the living room.

I spend a couple of nights in a local hotel or Airbnb each month. I am a caregiver and those few nights are part of my recharging. The B&W is in a neighborhood where I used to live and across the street from a very popular collection of local restaurants and shops. The place has character and charm with wood floors, french doors, and little nooks everywhere. It was exactly what I needed to rest and recharge. With restaurants, music venues, and places to grab a cocktail all within walking distance, this is a great location for visitors and locals alike. Thanks so much for your hospitality and responsiveness. I will definitely be back!

Great location in the middle of downtown. Jennifer was very responsive and had great suggestions for where to eat and what to do while in town. If I ever had questions, she was always willing to help.

This is a very nice, clean and private spot. Matches the description. It is a bit further to downtown than I hoped and there wasn’t much to do walking distance from it. However with just a short 10 minute drive you started seeing a lot of restaurants and shops, and with a 15-20 minute drive you’re in the heart of downtown. If you rent a car, this spot is a nice and private break from the downtown scene, but if you aren’t renting a car, just be ready to take lots of Ubers/lyfts.

What a beautiful secluded oasis. It was even better than described. Our dogs played and enjoyed the safe confines of the property and we enjoyed time by the pool and time unplugged as a family. Will come again ASAP

Really enjoyed our stay in the B&B! Host was very friendly and we found the space clean and peaceful. We stayed a Saturday night and used the gift certificate to the cafe - great food and atmosphere there.

Annie Laurie and Jim were great host! Made us feel welcomed and at home. When we needed something, they were there to accommodate. When we had a question, they were there to answer. The extra touches were much appreciated! We couldn't have asked for anything else. So sweet and thoughtful couple. We will definitely booking again when in Marlin! I highly recommend 10/10.

This was a great bungalo. Just as descried, cozy with antique decor. The hot tub was a big hit for us. We ran the spartan race and it i=was just what we needed after a long day of exercise.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Rebecca was so kind and communicative. She has such a beautiful property filled with sweet animals. We had such a fun family getaway!

Christina was a lovely host with a beautiful house! She was very quick to respond and worked with me for an early check in which was SO appreciated. Next time I make a trip out here, I’ll definitely reach out to her first 🙂

Very much enjoyed staying at Veronique’s place, she was a very hospitable host and the home was exactly as advertised (actually maybe more well-stocked than I anticipated, the kitchen/bathroom had above and beyond the basics). Not too much within walking distance from the home but still easy enough to drive to Barton Creek, out to Jester King, or into Austin, and this place provides a nice peaceful retreat.

This was our second time staying at The Vine at Middle Creek and it was as wonderful as the first time. We love the peacefulness and laid back atmosphere. Craig, Roger and crew go out of their way to make you feel welcome and serve a fantastic breakfast to start the day! We brought our friends this time and they loved it as much as we did. We will be back!
