Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Central Texas

We really enjoyed our stay here! The bungalow was very clean and this was the best stocked Airbnb I have ever stayed in! My family enjoyed just spending time together and hanging out here. The neighborhood was also very quiet and home was near the highway for easy access to area destinations.

What a great place for a family that likes fun to stay! The place was even better than the photos. There were so many games and activities. The neighborhood had a peaceful feel in an area with everything you could ask for. We felt so at home and relaxed.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for my bachelor trip in Austin! The Airbnb was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as described—if not better. The host was incredibly accommodating, making check-in and communication seamless from start to finish. The location was perfect, close to all the best bars, restaurants, and attractions, but still quiet enough to relax when needed. The space itself was stylish, comfortable, and had everything we needed to make the trip unforgettable. From the little details to the overall vibe, it exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re planning a trip to Austin, I highly recommend staying here. It truly made my bachelor trip amazing! Would absolutely book again!

This place is everything it looks like! They have thought of EVERYTHING! We celebrated our 17th Anniversary with 6 other couples for the weekend, and it did not disappoint! Literally the only negative is the neighborhood, but we didn’t have the slightest issue. Don’t hesitate with this one! It’s an amazing place for large groups!

We loved this home for our 3 night stay in San Antonio! The bedrooms were so comfortable and the floor plan was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Having the smart tvs in the bedrooms was another plus. The neighborhood is convenient to shopping and restaurants and was very quiet and safe. We saw so many of the neighbors walking the neighborhood in the mornings and evenings for exercise! We would absolutely stay in this home again if we came back in San Antonio.

From day 1 it was extremely peaceful, so quiet. It was a great place to come back home from work and chill on the back porch or the fire patio. The host was an amazing person who helped make us feel at home. I couldn’t say anything bad about the whole stay.

Our stay was amazing! Richard was super helpful & had everything we needed. anytime we had questions or wanted something he took care of it super fast. The home was clean & well taken care of, the hot tub & pool were absolutely worth it. definitely warm enough to swim even in December. 10/10 will stay again!

Great place for a couple that is close to downtown while still being in a quiet friendly neighborhood. It is a newer property that features a comfortable king sized bed with an additional tv in the bedroom, and a very large walk-in shower. The apartment had DirectTV and Netflix available to guests. Off street parking was great and Shelly was a very responsive and friendly landlord. It is a loft apartment so it does have a flight of stairs if that is a problem for you.

This hidden gem is perfect for a mini-getaway. It’s situated in a nice neighborhood just mins aways from downtown and the Pearl. We loved how its very secluded(what we wanted). We were able to relax for a minute in peace and quiet but then jump on the highway within minutes when needed. Joe was EVER so helpful and flexible with check-in! Ty Joe hope to stay again soon. ☺️

This place meet our needs for comfort we could count on each night and morning. We appreciate being able to wash and dry clothes a couple of times, too! Thanks for the good nights' sleep and a good cup of coffee in the mornings as we got ready to join our family for adventures.

Great apartment located in a fun, walkable, and easily accessible neighborhood in Austin. Close to amazing food, restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities. Our hosts had great recommendations listed, their studio was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Congress Ave is not far away and walkable. Parking is on the street but right in front of the studio so it's not an issue. Grind your own coffee beans in the morning, almost every style of brewing available in the kitchen! The bed is very comfortable. I would say the studio is perfect for 2 guests only.

Great location and lots of space. Nice and quiet but safe area. There was everything you could possibly need and more which was perfect for my young family. Really helpful host for recommendations etc. Would have loved to stay longer and would 100% recommend! Thanks!

so thankful to Carrie and Erik! after mishaps with a different booking, they were kind enough to accept a last minute booking the day before Thanksgiving. they genuinely saved our family trip and allowed for us to have a wonderful time together with our family over the holiday. the space was wonderful, comfortable, had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our Thanksgiving meal. as a wonderful bonus, we had many deer sighting. and had the weather been warmer, we could have happily enjoy the river that was right at the edge of the property. overall a great place to stay

This was a beautiful place to stay in a fantastic location. It was a short walk to the shops around the silos and the Dr Pepper museum. The place was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Different unit but we’ve stayed at the property another time and love the location. Easy walk to downtown, Landa Park and we joined the gym Das Rec for a month, great value. Fun to watch the activity on the Comal and the golf course from your balcony. The unit itself has comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, patio had lounge chairs and a dining set, all just as shown in the listing. Saundra was great throughout the process. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was great! There are a lot of thoughtful extra touches, such as light switches labeled for which they turn on, tons of towels including beach towels, a cooler available in a closet, a step stool in the kitchen for us short people, etc. Natalie was very responsive when I had a special need. We would definitely stay here again or at one of her other properties.

I’ve stayed at this complex several times. It’s the absolute perfect location for floating. The tubes rentals are literally feet away. The pool is right by the river and has a jacuzzi. What an amazing view from this place. There are picnic tables conveniently located on the berm overlooking the river. Several BBQ pits for grilling. The large trees provide shade. This is my go-to place for my weekend river floats!

We really enjoyed our stay at condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Shelton responded to any questions/comments we had very quickly and was very accommodating with check in time. Highly recommend his place!!

The perfect Airbnb stay! We loved the place very much. Everything was clean and tidy, the condo had a great homely feel and was very tastefully decorated. The kitchen equipment was complete and usable (we just missed a kettle) and also clean. Overall the place just felt like home. It looked exactly like in the pictures, including the deer! It's perfect for two people. A third and fourth guest just have two make do with the pretty narrow bunks in the hallway. They were a bit narrower and shorter than we thought, but overall still a good solution. We visited Austin, San Antonio and New Braunfels/Gruene while we stayed there, the condo being conveniently located just an hour from the big cities. Canyon Lake is very pretty and it's super peaceful and quiet at night – I highly recommend this place!
