Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Central Texas

Rhonda is a great host. Always responsive and ready to accommodate. Appreciated. Wish Kitchen would have been on 1st floor but worth staying as overall property is nice, quiet place and fun with family . Watching those Deer coming to eat corns were awesome and give feeling of adventure as well

The place was great for our group. Very clean, free of clutter, kitchen fully stocked. We had a minor plumbing issue that was taken care of promptly. David was super helpful and responsive. Would stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was both spacious and cozy, providing the perfect blend of comfort and room to relax. Every corner of the house was thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a true home away from home. I especially appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. Whether lounging in the inviting living area or enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, this place exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming retreat!

A lovely home in an excellent location. Renovated with all the upgrades in a location you can't beat. Easy walking to the Pearl, CIA & the Riverwalk. This home is spacious, loads of amenities and some extra touches to make it special. Plenty of plugs with both standard and USB outlets. Easily understood labels on switch plates, appliances and the fabulous master shower. Literally steps from the Riverwalk and the Pearl, and yet SO quiet. Felt completely safe and enjoyed it immensely.

The best way to describe this place is wow! The pictures did not do this home justice. We had everything we needed and the master bedroom suite was phenomenal. This is hands down the best place to stay is Fredericksburg! We have been to Fredericksburg many times and stayed many places but don’t think twice about staying in this gem. We WILL stay here again!

Our high expectations were exceeded! The house is centrally located to so many places such as Seaworld, restaurants, and shops. Most importantly to us this home was in the 1604 Loop as we came for a BMT graduation at Lackland AFB. This is our first time using an Airbnb and we were very happy with our stay. The home was comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet. The host provided all needed linens. Besides your personal belongings, this house has everything to make your stay comfortable. Should we ever come back to San Antonio, we will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to our friends or anyone coming to this area.

A great stay overall. Our crew was a family with adult children, and this was a perfect space for that. We greatly enjoyed the hot tub and multiple decks were nice (they could use refinishing though). Great views of the hill country and good proximity to town. Even with steep hills, the neighborhood was nice for walking. The rooms and space were as described. Overall clean but we did have an issue with some bedsheets. However, the response was immediate, apologetic, and was resolved. We used the grill while we were there and it worked just fine. One thing to note is the sound of the floors. If you're in one of the downstairs rooms and there is activity in the kitchen and living room above, you will hear it. Not much can be done about that, just a note for light sleepers. Should I be in the Canyon Lake area with a group, I would stay again.

The wildlife (mainly deer, but also a fox) were everywhere and very inquisitive! The yard is beautiful and well lit for hanging in the hot tub. We had everything we needed and more! Would stay again.

I have never been able to stay at such a beautiful, enchanting accommodation at such a great price point! The entire property is like stepping into a dream and the villa itself is unreal. The pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and greenery are incredible! Check in and out are easy and their welcome binder makes every villa process easy to figure out. Barbara is such a kind, phenomenal host who I cannot say enough good things about! The property manager is wonderful as well. They are absolutely the heart of this place! It is so clear that this is a labor of love and I am so grateful for having the chance to have spent just over a week here. There is even a book with local recommendations for guests! I highly recommend this villa for any person or group and am already looking at return possibilities to see how soon my best friend and I are able to come back. We had the best trip of our lives!

Had a wonderful stay. The house is very nice and comfortable. Beautiful interior and with all the comforts of home. Calm area and green. Can definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our staycation here. It’s only a 40 min from our house in Austin but it was a great getaway. We were very comfortable. The design of the villas is really nice (friends came over for a swim and they complimented the space) and we enjoyed the views of Hill Country and the pool from the balconies. The stars were more visible than what we’re used to. We brought our 4 mo old puppy and was easily able to entertain him. There’s lots of open grass and a dog potty area. We really wanted a place where we could teach our dog to swim. But no pets are allowed in the pool. Also the listing says a 9 min walk to the lake, but when asked, the property owners said it’s not walkable and that it is a feature Airbnb automatically puts on the listing. So just be aware if that’s of interest. I was told by someone that you can drive to a beach and swim with your dog close by. The Internet isn’t great. TV shows buffered. But we were able to check email, do a video call n watch streaming movies.

This was the perfect house for a relaxing weekend for my sister’s bachelorette getaway.

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

If you are looking for a space to gather 10+ people and have a retreat, this is your spot. We hosted a bachelorette with 16 girls, with the hope of having a space where we could all relax, have quality time, and also have access to a night out in Austin. Everyone had a bed was comfortable. We LOVED the lakefront access and that we could open up the huge screen doors. While there we hosted a dinner with a private chef (could fit everyone at the table) and brought in a private workout class. Kim is THE BEST. She texted me often to make sure that we had everything we need and called me two days before to confirm how many beds we'd need and if she could stock the house ahead of time (too kind!). Kim and her space let me throw the bachelorette that my best friend envisioned seamlessly and for that I will always be grateful. Maybe I'll even come back for my own!

We hat the most amazing stay! We loved everything about the house and the animals!

We came to Villa Blanco to celebrate my son’s birthday and for a long weekend getaway. This was such a lovely home and location. We were able to cook, enjoy the pool, host-provided games and walks/hikes near the property. We loved visiting the local horses and bringing them apples. We had a fun dance party with the Bluetooth speakers. And truly just enjoyed family and togetherness. This is a perfect property with all kinds of amenities. I 100% recommend. If you’re assessing properties, look no further. This is it.

My husband and I stayed at La Luna for an anniversary getaway and it was perfect. The cabin was in a private area with beautiful views but close enough to Wimberley Square for shopping and dining. They provide all amenities you could possibly need. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't working during our stay but we were still able to enjoy the swing and fire pit. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

100% would recommend staying here. It’s really clean and super quiet, definitely a great spot if you just want to relax and enjoy the stay. It’s great that it’s so close to the grocery store and the city isn’t super far either but far enough to where it feels peaceful. Loved it!

The love shack was perfect for a weekend away! We grilled, enjoyed the hot tub, relaxed by the fire ring and on the back porch with gorgeous views. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed, from fire wood for the fire ring to k cups for the coffee pot, and lots of clean towels. We came down for a motorcycle rally, and scenic rides, but this was such a perfect little cabin, that we will absolutely be back. The host was thorough with the instructions, and super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We were secluded but not too far from grocery stores or restaurants, they were just a little drive away. The bed was SO comfortable too, we both slept great! We had a wonderful time here at the love shack, and can’t wait to come back.

My husband stayed at the bird point cabin for 3 full days to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my husband’s birthday. We loved the privacy we had at the cabin and how close it was to Main Street. The cabin was very cute and perfect for this trip. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would stay at the bird point cabin again if we find ourselves back in Fredericksburg.

This is THE best getaway! It is so beautiful…. All the beauty you are surrounded with. So clean.. feels like a home I would love to ensure you daughter can learn to appreciate the REAL beauty of life. Coming back for my birthday and anniversary! This was such an amazing gift to experience. If you ever need to push the “reset “ button, I HIGHLY recommend coming here…

Lovely cabin in a perfect location! My husband and I loved how cozy this cabin was for our weekend getaway. The hot tub and the shower were the perfect touch. The host provided clear instructions, was quick to respond, and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!
