Kristen was a great host and was very responsive before, during, and after our visit. The booklet she prepared was so helpful and gave recommendations for places to eat. The apartment exactly as the pictures showed, clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances/tools/dishes/etc as well as fans, pillows,etc. Close to restaurants and things to do. Easy check-in and check-out. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. We enjoyed just relaxing in between visits with our son and felt right at home and slept well at night. I cooked in the kitchen and had everything I needed to prepare and store food. Overall was very pleased with our stay and would stay here again.

The house was exactly what was shown as listed. Very flexible and understanding hosts of my extended stay. Always responded as quick and tried to have solutions to anything that came up.

Every nice place! She was very respectful and nice! She has a good line of communication! Only thing I would complain about but not a complaint is her driveway is hard to find at night speacially in fog

The place was exactly what we were looking for. It’s accessible and yet has a secluded vibe to it. The property is very inline with the listing description and images that are posted (none of the ambience or amenities are inflated via pictures). Brenda has been a wonderful host. She was very responsive and quick to come down whenever we needed anything. We brought our baby dog with us, and Brenda even doggy-sat our dog while we went out for a non-pet-friendly hike. We were surprised at how much Brenda & Jonas care for their tenants. They put tiny little things that we most possibly be forgetting (may it be dental kits, sanitary napkins, extra battery cells etc). Place is very neat and tidy. The nature walk behind the property is absolutely gorgeous. Hot tub has a clear and wonderful view of pikes peak (we’r fortunate enough to see the first snow on pikes peak, and from the hot tub, we could see the snow capped pikes peak which is absolutely gorgeous). Overall it’s a 100/100 stay!!

Kristen was very friend, helpful, and proactive. She welcomed me with warm hospitality and went all the way to make us feel at home. The house is beautifully decorated and has amenity listed, which made our stay so much easier and comfortable. Kristen even sent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The property is conveniently located near the COS airport and the heart of Colorado Springs. Highly recommended!

A nice stay in a big community apartment. A superb patio area and a cozy interior definitely satisfied our expectations. Make sure you enter via the main entrance and not the side one which was closed.

This is our second time staying at Jacqueline's place. She is always so responsive to any questions that we have, and she would always let us know ahead of time that she had someone coming to take care of the weekly jobs (putting garbage out, taking care of the yard, shoveling snow if needed and taking care of the hot tub) this way we did not need to worry when someone showed up on the property. We definitely will stay at this place again in the future when coming to visit our daughter. Theresa Morrow

Rita's place was just what we were looking for. Everything was as described. It was very cozy and we really loved the back patio. The neighborhood is very cozy and peaceful. We would love to stay here again when we come back to visit Colorado Springs.

Kyla's place was great! It was better than described online and exceeded expectations. Great location, however, if you are going during the winter months make sure to have 4-wheel drive to get up some of the steep roads that can get icy. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a calm get-a-way.

Klayton's place was beautiful, sparkling clean, and very comfortable for my family. The only thing that took us by surprise is that the owner lives downstairs in the basement apartment, which is not explicitly mentioned in the description. However, he's so quiet that we weren't even sure if he was there until our last day when we saw him leaving for work. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the stay and had the amenities needed. Location was close to downtown and having an enclosed yard was great for the dogs. Parking on street was easy although we also used the private parking. The stay was comfortable and the house was clean.

Santiago's accommodation was tidy and provided good value for the price,i will book again.

We had a great stay - the property is very peaceful and the nearby trails are lovely. Ron was very communicative and there if we needed anything. The spa/hot tub was very unique. Our dog loved the snow!
