This place is wonderful. Great location to walk to Colorado College. Plenty of street parking available. Hi speed internet works great. The photos are 100% accurate in describing the space. As others have mentioned, the floors are squeaky, both in this unit and the unit above it; to me it was very minor and not anything worse than you would find in most older apartments. I would definitely stay here again.

We walked into a beautiful place to stay that felt very welcoming. Our stay was for 30 days from late Jan. to Late Feb. We got a fantastic winter rate $$. The living room is cozy with a couch and an electric fireplace with a large tv. The kitchen is full size with assorted appliances to use. Loved the welcome basket and coffee. The booklet provided was great with all the local places to shop and eat. It also included all the instruction booklets for the appliances and heaters which came in handy. The bedroom is large and has the best most comfortable bed ever, with the best pillows and bedding. The bathroom is a game changer, with a full size walk in glass shower. The laundry room had a stackable washer and dryer, with a place to set your luggage and shelving galore. This place was well thought out. Loved the location being in a private area. We enjoyed going out each day and exploring the area. I would highly recommend staying here. This place is a lil hidden gem!

Perfect location to enjoy all the area has to offer. Everything seems to be within a 15 minute drive. Beautiful views. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. If you love Architecture and the best views of Manitou Springs, then, this is the Home to take it all in. Shaun n Laura have done an amazing job renovating their 1920’s home. Upstairs Bedroom features a balcony facing east to get your day started with a beautiful sunrise. Being able to wake up in the morning, open the doors and take in all that fresh air is bliss. Directly behind you, as you admire the creative well designed pitched ceilings, is a view of Pikes Peak. And if it couldn’t get any better, as you face North….Well, you’ll have to check it out yourself. I honestly must return to see the views in the winter. Likewise, to keep up with Shaun n Laura’s creative additions to the home. There is also a private backyard area to build a fire. Brand new appliances throughout. Quiet neighborhood. Absolutely, Marvelous!!

The home was beautiful with plenty of space and incredible with being allowed to have both my pups with us. We had a blast thanks to Chris giving us the opportunity to stay there with my 2 dogs. If I ever visit again with my dogs I hope I’m am lucky enough to come back! Couldn’t be happier with our visit!

I booked this home at the last minute and was so pleasantly surprised by how perfect everything turned out. The house was incredibly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with plenty of towels, soaps, and all the essentials. It truly felt like a home away from home. The owner Gina was fantastic—communicative, responsive, and very accommodating, which made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-cared-for place to stay!

I have stayed in Colorado Springs 15 times in the past four years and this was by far the best Airbnb to date. It was clean, fully stocked with everything you might need, and was the perfect location. I will definitely stay here again.

Erica and William’s place was great. The location was perfect and we were able to hit all the main attractions very quickly and without any traffic. Their house is lovely. Very modern feel and fully equipped. We had everything from coffee, sugar other kitchen stuff, toiletries etc. Appreciated having enough toilet paper and kitchen towels since that’s not always the case at many places. Communication was great. Erica sent us all the information on time and was very easy to work with. Thank you very much. Would definitely stay here again.

Archer’s home is a great little slice of staycation heaven! If you’re looking for some fun in the sun or a nice family bbq this place will not disappoint! Near to the wonderful Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and near to stores! Relaxing, quiet and beautiful!

My fiancé and I felt right at home. Unique little spot. It was our first time visiting Colorado. Our favorite was the view. Stunning. Our last night there was a little thunder & lightning storm. We open the curtains and sliding doors and watched from the patio. The only thing we wished there were a couple throw blankets to relax with on the couch. We enjoyed the variety selection of books. The host and her co-host (Cody) were very communicative and quick to respond.

Will definitely try to stay here again when back in the area. Very nice, comfortable, well equipped, clean condo!

The hosts were super friendly and accommodative. They even offered us a late checkout without us asking. The deck and views are spectacular! Beds are very comfortable. It was clean and had everything we needed. Great location!

This would be my # 1 Airbnb in col springs to stay at for short or longer term stays. Such a cool place in nice neighborhood in the mountains. Close to Cheyenne state park and other trails. As for place itself, great kitchen area to cook/do remote work, stone shower that is very relaxing, bed was super comfy with nice pillows and I’m picky sleeper. Nice patio area, saw several deer during my stay and nice view of stars/moon/mountain. billiard table and nice home entertainment system with nice furniture. Jennifer was very friendly host with great local recommendations. Always responsive if I had any questions. Great quality and Value Airbnb!

We were in town to celebrate my brother’s birthday. We were comfortable with only my husband and myself. We used the kitchen for making breakfast, which was plenty of space. Coffee maker, and toaster worked very well. I especially loved the heater in the bathroom 😊. We would stay there again when in Colorado Springs!!

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and view from the back deck. Was comfortable for a few nights and in a convenient location for day trips as well as going into downtown to eat.
