Townhome vacation rentals in El Paso County

The location was just perfect for us (we wanted to be downtown), and there was plenty of space for the 2 of us. Could see how larger groups might find the place a bit small, but for the one night we needed, it sure beat any hotel options we were finding. The hosts were very responsive, and parking was easy to find (just be aware that Google maps might take you on a route that has you coming on the other side of the street and we had to pass the house and come back on the closer side for a better parking spot). The house had all the amenities we needed for our short stay, we slept just fine, and again, for walking or driving to downtown, can't beat the location!

Ryan’s apartment is great! The private entrance is really nice and easy to get to. The space is comfortable and quiet and we had a lovely, quick visit.

This was exactly what we were looking for! Very comfy and clean home close to shopping!

Very comfortable for a family of 4 (two teenagers, so they had their own rooms). The host recently installed individual air-conditioners in all the bedrooms which kept each room very comfortable to each person’s liking. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. She greeted us on arrival and provided additional instructions, when needed and answered any questions we had. The home was conveniently located near our family’s home as well as centrally to many restaurants, the interstate and Academy Drive.

My college besties and I met for our 18th annual adventure together and used Danielle’s place as our home base. We each had our own bedroom, and plenty of space to spread out. Walking to Old Colorado City center was a breeze and we found plenty to do/see/eat in town. We adventured around Colorado Springs, Pikes Peak, Manitou, Garden of the Gods and Red Rocks while in town. All were VERY easy to get to. We made coffee each morning and snuggled in the cozy downstairs furniture at night while we stayed up past our bedtime laughing all night. We had everything we needed. It was lovely.

Great location and value. The room is very nice and so is the private bathroom. Michelle is a great host.

One of the best Airbnb properties that I resided in. Absolutely loved our stay! The home was modern, clean, and comfortable for my family. I highly recommend this Airbnb for a fantastic getaway!

Had a great time, everything was really clean and beautiful. We had a great experience l, she provided clean towels, coffee, creamer, utensils and pans to cook and laundry detergent. Communication with owner was great she was always so nice! Would love to stay here again!!

Had a very nice stay! The townhouse was clean, clutter free and the beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated the garage access/entry on cold Colorado nights! My only recommendation would be to stock the kitchen with more dishes, measuring tools, and baking items. It was fine for our purposes but if someone wanted to do more intensive cooking or baking, it might be tough. Overall I would recommend!

Great spot in a quiet area. The place was big with lots of space for our stay and three year old. Convenient location, 15 mins away from everything including Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, shopping and dining. AMAZING view as well!

The house is really nice and comfortable. Very close to the Garden of the Gods. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This place was great!! Super easy to get to from the airport, super clean and very cozy!! We visited Colorado Springs for a wedding and it was great for our family to have a place where we could all meet up and have a great time.

The house was amazing and fit our needs perfectly. Everything was very clean and modern. The master bedroom/large bath is on the main floor with the kitchen and living room. The kids had their own suite downstairs ( two bedrooms,bath, living room with sliding door outside) with tons of gaming options. The town has a great variety of food options and central to a lot of great attractions. Heather was quick to respond with a few questions. Overall the best air bnb experience we’ve had. Beautiful home and neighborhood.

This place is centrally located and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and parks. The condo is beautifully furnished and decorated! This is the most well-supplied airbnb I’ve stayed in! The host was always quick to respond. To top it off, there’s a beautiful view of Pikes Peak out the window!

the frig/freezer was dirty. I did tell Zach and he was appreciative. I hire people to clean my housel sometimes and I expect them to do a good job. it is not cheep to hire people to clean, which I know Zach hires his place to be cleaned. Zach was unaware of the dirty frig and did apologize and I am sure this will not happen in the future since he is aware of it now. Zach was a very good host and his communication was great. it had a garage which was amazing to have because there was a snow storm when we were there. He had a shovel in the garage for us to use which was a lifesaver. Zach also had people come and shovel again after storm died down. overall it was a great stay. I would stay there again!

Perfect place to stay. Very clean and "at home" feeling when you walk inside. Everything you would need is a quick drive away...not far at all. It was my first trip to Colorado and will recommend Acadamy House to my friends and family...and plan to come back!

If you love Garden of the Gods, you can NOT find a better location! I hiked up to Balanced Rock in 15 minutes!! The home is beautifully decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable. We just loved opening up the garage door to create indoor - outdoor space to enjoy the mountain air! Our host was proactive with communication and made our stay fabulous.

Stephanie and Brian were incredible hosts and the house was everything and more than we had imagined! We used this house as a getting ready space for my wedding and there was plenty of room and light for our hair and makeup. The kitchen was perfect for our group, providing enough space and equipment/utensils to cook what we needed. The water in the kitchen was perfect, too! There were clear instructions on how to use the air conditioning units in each room, and the temperature in the house was perfect at all times. The house has a beautiful yard that we were able to use for pictures, too. Our hosts were flexible and friendly, always asking if we needed anything, especially on wedding day when our photog and videographers were looking for the perfect spots. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. It is a beautiful home and was the perfect spot for us for the weekend! Many thanks to Stephanie and Brian for their amazing hospitality!!

Our host was always responsive and even said we could contact him in the middle of the night if we had problems getting in. I had questions and they were answered very quickly. The place was beautiful and quiet. Just opened the windows in the evening and everything cooled off very fast. We didn’t use the kitchen, but we checked it out and it was fully stocked. If we had forgot something this place would have had it. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was clean and matched the pictures. Use of the garage was very helpful, especially when it was snowing. I highly recommend EasyBnB's home.

The place was a quint home away from home, it was very clean and had everything as listed, Julian even sent us a message when he knew we arrived! As to make sure we got in ans had access easily to our stay. I would definitely book with Julian again.

Great place, they really took their time to make sure we had any amenities we may have needed. Easy to get to as well.
