Wonderful stay, exactly what I was looking for- a home away from home to recharge! Loved the smell of freshly baked bread when I walked in the door! Thank you, will def look to stay here again!

Lovely place surrounded by forest! We loved the rustic feel of the bunk house and the location was super convenient. Would highly recommend this place and plan to return for our yearly trip to visit family in Black Forest.

Excellent stay! We come to Manitou Springs several times a year to do the incline and have stayed at many places in the area, but this was one of our favorites. Ingrid met us at the property and gave us a quick tour, everything was spotless and she had breakfast items provided for us, which was wonderful as I forgot ours at home. She made my daughter & I feel right at home. It's a short and lovely drive into Manitou Springs. We enjoyed the hot tub both nights, much appreciated after an active day! We can't wait to come back again! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

This was our second time staying in this cute cottage. The neighborhood is quaint and close to greenway trails and Colorado College. We appreciated being able to bring our dog and enjoyed sitting in the porch.

We loved staying at Deane and Debbie’s! There is so much to do in the area and their place was the perfect spot to come back and relax at - especially with the hot tub! They had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we will definitely come back if we are ever in the area.

Had an amazing time at the cottage. Had great amenities and was very cozy! Located in a great place with an awesome little town and was close enough to other attractions that we were never bored. Would certainly stay here again!

I appreciated the stainless steel pots and the ceramic pan and the sharp knives. The place did have all the amenities including washer and dryer that comes in handy. 15-20 minutes drive to hiking in the mountains. Neighborhood is pretty quiet except for the trains. It is near train tracks that are used, hence the name. No train horns so manageable with ear plugs but may not be everyone's cup of tea.

Nice and quiet place and so close to garden of the gods and many other attractions in the area. Had everything we needed for our stay in Colorado Springs. Would easily stay here again.

Scott and Dylan’s s place was fantastic! The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were exactly like the pictures. The front deck outdoor seating area was even better than described. Additionally there is a great local coffee shop just two blocks away. Looking forward to staying here again!

We loved our the stay. The kiddos loved the heated pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. The beds are extremely comfortable with top quality linens which happens to be on our top list of priorities. 🤩 The hosts are very thoughtful by providing robes in our room and towels in the pool area. The coffee and snacks were a nice addition as we forgot to bring our own coffee and kids always love chips. If you want a comfortable stay, excellent WiFi and outdoor amenities like swimming, swings and a fire pit you definitely don’t want to miss out on this hidden Gem in Colorado Springs.

Beautiful setting but not a lot of restaurants or things to do nearby. Place was great. Hosts were very responsive.

We loved our stay and the private Hottub was the best. Appreciated the full kitchen and access to local destinations. Everything was a close drive.

Sydney’s guest cottage was really comfortable and private. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed to cook meals. We enjoyed eating outside on the patio as well. The beds and linens were very comfortable. Sydney communicated with us and promptly resolved any issues and questions we had. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Colorado Springs area.

I had the pleasure of staying at Austin’s listing while in town for my daughter’s high school graduation. The place was gorgeous, clean, and in a great location. Austin was great at communicating instructions for both check in and check out. I loved the sun room! I spent most of my stay out there reading when we weren’t out. Lots of cabinet/drawers to store your stuff. Light switches and all things clearly labeled which was helpful in easing our way into the property . Loved staying here, would recommend and consider next time I’m in town!

A comfortable house in a good location, near downtown. Great amenities, including hot tub, fire pit, barbecue, washer/dryer. Jordan was very responsive to our questions. We definitely would recommend this space to anyone visiting Colorado Springs.

Our stay at Cheyenne Casita was wonderful! The space was beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. We enjoyed the abundant natural light. Melissa was a wonderful host - a proactive communicator, providing detailed instructions and available for questions when we needed her. Would love to stay again when we travel back to Colorado Springs!

Cory was great, very hospitable. Cozy house, everything you need—all the amenities of home, including extra linens and washer/dryer. This guest house is behind the main house, with an alley parking/entrance. Great location too —just minutes to Garden of the Gods and Pike’s Peak. Perfectly located between old Colorado City, downtown Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs.

Our stay at the Carriage House was nothing short of delightful! Nestled above a detached garage, this charming little apartment offers the perfect blend of privacy and convenience. With a prime location just a short walk from downtown Colorado Springs, it serves as an ideal base for exploring both Denver and Pueblo, especially when the unpredictable Colorado weather decides to surprise us. The host's communication was exceptional from start to finish, ensuring that our stay was smooth and stress-free. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, making us feel right at home. Whether it was the cozy interior or the welcoming atmosphere, everything was perfectly curated for a relaxing getaway. In short, the Saint Vrain Carriage House exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait for our next visit. If you’re looking for a home away from home in Colorado Springs, look no further. Jodi was an excellent host. She gave us our space but was also attentive and friendly. Her home was the perfect for a couple. The environment inside was clean light and cozy.

Grace saved our Thanksgiving! We had to look for a place last minute as our original place was inaccessible the night before Thanksgiving. Grace responded quickly to our last minute booking and made sure we were able to get in. She was very responsive to any inquiries and even sent us local recommendations. The place was clean, cozy, with beautiful views and everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to cook our Thanksgiving meal and enjoy our time in Colorado Springs! Would definitely stay again!

The location was great just outside of USAFA! Very peaceful and clean! The water waiting for us in the refrigerator was very well received when our flight was delayed. The view of the mountains was magnificent.
