House vacation rentals in El Paso County

This is an incredible property in an excellent location. As a family of 4 on a week long vacation we loved having space to spread out. We were in town to see the sites of the area and the location of the house was about a 20-30 minute drive to most spots we wanted to see this trip, which was perfect for us as we were not looking to stay in a busy area. Overall excellent spot to stay and Steve was very quick with responses to any questions. Thanks Steve!

Had the most amazing week here with my family. the house was perfect!! Lots of space, so many extras, the kitchen has everything you needed or could want. The outdoor deck is where we spent most our time if we weren't exploring. The most beautiful sunrises in the morning, the pool, slide and hottub were great for relaxing. Would definitely book again.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location made all of the local attractions such as the zoo, Pike’s Peak or Bust rodeo, Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods, and Broadmoor, easily accessible. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and beautifully landscaped yard. The home was sparkling clean and offered every imaginable amenity from games to a projection room to upgraded appliances. Expectations and instructions for everything in the home were clearly communicated which I appreciated. We would definitely like to stay here again next year during the rodeo!

We had a great stay over Thanksgiving. Michael was super responsive. The place is located minutes from Garden of the Gods, Broadmoor, and Old City Colorado Springs. The place is in an older part of town but this is why we chose it. It’s not a tract home which makes it ideal for exploring a new place. The kitchen was great and we were able to cook most meals. Loved staying here and would recommend for anyone looking for a getaway with a small family.

What can I say…. This was the best stay we have ever had. Holly was very friendly and always responded to any questions we had. The location was perfect. The surroundings were beautiful. We made such wonderful memories with family there. Highly recommend booking here you won’t be disappointed. 5 out of 5 star’s for sure.

We had a great stay! The property was as photos presented. We were able to relax and enjoy the heated pool in the evening and relax after a morning at Garden of the Gods. The host provided ample floaties and some toys for the littles. The basketball hoop, games and TV streaming options offered by the host enhanced our stay. We created happy memories here. The beds and linens are all comfortable. The space was clean and cozy. I love to stay in AirBnb properties because my Mama and Nana heart loves everyone together. This stay was memorable.

Perfect walkable area of Old Colorado City, very calm and peaceful part of town. Shelly was a great host with great recommendations. The apartment was perfect size and felt safe.

Savannah's home was a great fit for our stay and the price. She was flexible and understanding when we decided to stay another night but needed more time to move some things around to pay for the night She made sure we had everything we needed and responded back in a very timely manner.

From the moment we walked in we felt at home! The crib and toys were amazing and the oldest kid didn’t want to leave. Everything was great and just as described.

This was a great find for our family of 8 with two dogs. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was a private room right off the front entry for an office space for family that was working remote while on vacation. Can’t wait to stay again here the next time in the Springs.

Drew was very prompt in responding and making sure we had a fantastic visit. The house was clean and cozy and was even bigger in person than the pictures conveyed. The views were great and the location was very conveniently centralized to many different activities. With all the amenities and available beds (along with toys and games for children), the house is very kid friendly and we would highly recommend!

Second time staying at MountainViews, simply because the first was so enjoyable. Robin continues to be a responsive host, and provides a comfortable home that feels like home! She even asked the neighborhood deer to pay us visit. We can’t say enough about this spot, other than once you try it you’ll be back for more!

I enjoyed my stay here and it was very close to good foods and drinks. The bed was comfy and everything was nice and clean. I would stay again!

Perfectly clean, kitchen was well stocked. Fireplace in the kitchen was a nice touch. I liked that there were basic groceries and lots of spices.

We rented Brian’s place to celebrate our son’s graduation from USAFA. The location was perfect! Close to the south gate, convenient access to the local park with a playground and the many tourist attractions. The house accommodated our large family including our one year old granddaughter. Brian and Kristen thought of everything for baby supplies so that we didn’t need to haul any large baby items across the country. They even had a deluxe umbrella stroller for our use. Our Granddaughter loved the mini “roller coaster” and especially the children’s swing in the front yard. The outdoor seating area with gas fireplace and pool table were a big hit for pasta night with the Cadets. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of place settings for our large group. Convenient labels identified the light switches and location of supplies. The host was very responsive to our requests.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, easy to find, and on a quiet cul de sac. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the actual house as we had traveled to spend time with our college son. A couple of things we didn’t realize was that the only tv is in the downstairs living area (not an issue for me but my mom, stepdad, and husband all like to watch tv to go to sleep). I also didn’t realize all 3 bedrooms were upstairs so my stepdad had some difficulty getting up and down the stairs. That again was on me - I should have asked. We also are from Texas so we sleep with fans on 365 days a year but only the master bedroom has a ceiling fan. These are the three things I just wish I had realized before booking but I booked in a rush. The beds were fairly comfortable although on the firmer side. Really the house is exactly as it appears online. The host had a binder with recommendations of things to do nearby and great restaurants.

The property is located close to everything you want to do in Colorado Springs. It is a spacious home with all the things we needed for our Thanksgiving retreat. The fenced in yard was perfect for our pup Winry and the view of Pikes Peak from the kitchen and balcony were icing in the cake! The neighborhood is nice and we enjoyed morning and evening walks with our dog. The place was a peaceful, cozy abode to rest after venting out in to town! Rick was an amazing host he gave us a tour of the property to make sure we knew where everything was and how to use it. He was very reasponsive! A+++ great stay in one of our favorite places to visit!!

Wonderful home for our family trip! We had family visiting from all over to celebrate an 80th birthday. This was a great place for everyone to stay. There was more than enough room for everyone to sleep, hang out, and eat.

We really enjoyed staying at Robert's property. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was close to what we were there for and will certainly try to book with Robert again in the future. I definitely recommend.
