We are Denver local hiking enthusiasts who love to take guests of all levels of experience to low traffic trails with breathtaking views all year round! We are the original Denver guided hiking tour. We start our adventure at one of Denver's best coffee shops, in the Highlands neighborhood, minutes from downtown. We will customize the hike based on the preferences of the group and the current trail conditions. We'll connect with nature, soak in the sunshine, see jaw dropping mountain views, maybe see some wildlife, take snack and water breaks, learn about the wildflowers and trees, make new friends, get some exercise and breathe in the fresh mountain air! We will take amazing photos (check out our insta @hikingintherockies) and send them to you at the end of the hike for memories that will last a lifetime. Our hope is that you'll feel healthier and happier after spending time hiking with us and connecting with the beauty of Colorado. There will be an optional group lunch after the hike or you can buy lunch at the coffee shop and eat at a picturesque spot on the trail. The guided hike's elevation will be somewhere between 6,000 and 12,000 ft. A car is not required for this experience, but we encourage guests to provide their own transportation. If that is not possible, we are happy to drive you in our car and we will return to the meeting spot at the end of the tour.

Experience Colorado Astrophotography by taking breathtaking photos of the stars against the Rocky Mountains. The night photography tours are usually about 3 hours and begin within an hour of sunset. We have access to Colorado's greatest parks and know all the hidden back roads that have some of the most stunning views. Please look up moon phase and rise/set times. We can still go when the moon is out, it just dilutes the amount of stars captured, but we can get stars in any condition other than rain or snow. I have a Toyota 4 runner that fits 6 guests and we go to Guanella pass. You can bring your own DSLR camera or we will provide one for you. If you bring your own, please email us so we can make sure you have the right type of lens you need for optimal use. We have been recognized as one of Thrillist's top 50 experiences in the world as well as recognition from Matador magazine, and Voyage magazine. We drive about 30-40 min into the darkness, then spend another 30min getting cameras on their best settings. Then we take amazing photos and ask any questions about the camera or astronomy that may come up. We stay close to the car, and I teach you how to take optimal photos. We return home with amazing photos. Other things to note If mountain driving scares you, just let me know and we can keep it to paved roads.

I will take you out into the mountains to experience and connect with Colorado on a gorgeous hiking trail! We will usually hike a moderate trail located within 1 hour of our morning meeting spot. This adventure is for all level hikers. Most hikes are a bit challenging, but we will go slow and the views make the adventure well worth it! Our focus will be on immersing ourselves in the vibrancy of nature, so we will take our time and admire the beauty around us! We will walk the trail and experience trees, rocks, snow, and mountain vistas from a new perspective! We can take breaks to admire wildlife and the large and small interconnected communities all around us! In the winter, we will traverse a beautiful snow covered trail up to a scenic view. Microspikes are available if there is any concern about walking in snow or ice. At the top of our trail we will take a relaxing lunch break where you can reflect, hang out, and explore! I will take tons of high quality pictures throughout the experience and send them to you in a google drive folder after your hike. Because of the varying terrain and high altitude in Colorado, the hike may be more challenging depending on your fitness level. This tour uses ELECTRIC bicycles with pedal assist and throttle features which make going up hills and cruising the city a breeze. Because we travel by e-bike, we are able to cover a lot of ground with little effort! We include historic neighborhoods, landmarks, parks, art and theater districts, world famous graffiti alleyways, haunted houses, suffragette monuments, microbreweries and craft coffee shops, all while feeding you fun facts and historical tidbits about Denver's dark beginnings, heroines, body snatchers, underground passages and significant street names and the criminals they were named after. Plan on visiting the Denver Botanic Gardens while in town? We provide each guest one complimentary admissions ticket to the gardens for use before or after your tour! We offer expertly-led whitewater rafting trips on Clear Creek in Colorado. Our guests will experience numerous class III and IV intermediate level rapids and beautiful scenery. Clear Creek is very active and contains more rapids per mile than any other commercially available whitewater run in the nation. This trip is rated intermediate in difficulty and is good for both first timers and experienced rafters over the age of 13. We provide transportation from our shop, to the river, and back again. Before leaving our shop, guests will receive a safety orientation from a highly experienced guide, as well as the necessary gear for their adventure. Each boat will be assigned a highly experienced guide. On the river's bank, your guide will teach the commands they will use as well as proper paddling technique. After completing this lesson, your guide will embark with you on a whitewater adventure, sharing local tips and history while expertly maneuvering through the rapids. Guests will work together as a team to challenge the river and themselves. At the end of your ride, you will be provided with transportation back to our shop. Most of our trips are about 3 hours for the total excursion and can cover between 5 and 9 miles. Guests will gain a feeling of exhilaration and accomplishment, along with lasting memories after completing one of our adventures.

About 20 minutes east of Dillon, CO is the beautiful Loveland Pass and the Continental Divide, where I'll take you up past 11,000 ft. elevation to get some of the most breath-taking views that one can simply drive to. Wild flowers grow abundantly in the summer, changing leaves are visible in the fall, and the views on a clear winter day are unbeatable. Please join me as we tour the grounds and photograph your experience any time of year! Designed for adventurous couples or groups, or a single person looking to document their time in this spectacular landscape! Be prepared to be active & in front of the camera as we capture precious moments touring around the mountain pass! Please feel free to request a different time for the shoot than what is available. Things to note: - This will be up near 12,000 ft elevation with a moderate to low difficulty level. - Transportation is not included in this experience. Please be prepared to use your own vehicle to get to our destination. - It is outside, & being this high in elevation, weather can be unpredictable. You may wish to bring a backpack, wear comfortable shoes, and dress in layers! - The road (Highway 6) up to our location contains steep switchbacks with no guard rails at some spots. - There is 2 person allotment. Your adventure begins at a cafe conveniently located in central Denver. After a short introduction we will head to the hills and carpool to the hiking trail. On your hike you will learn about nature, get to know new friends, take water and snack breaks, and take heaps of pictures of the breathtaking views. The hike is about 3 miles depending on the ability of the hikers and length of the trail. After the hike we will return to the cafe. All of our hiking experiences are personalized based on the size of the group and ability of the hikers. We offer both group and private hikes, corporate events, large parties welcome! We cannot wait to show you the beauty in Denver’s back yard! Discover the wonders of the night sky just outside of Boulder with our all-ages tour! Accessible by car, Taxi, Lyft & Uber, the tour starts at sunset and lasts for 2 hours. A professional astronomer will guide you through the cosmos with several large telescopes and a laser pointer. We will explore the wonders of our universe including planets, constellations, star navigation, satellites, nebula, clusters, galaxies, and even shooting stars (if lucky). You'll be able to take in the breathtaking beauty of these celestial objects through our telescopes with your own eyes. The tour takes place at an easy-to-find trailhead, and there's no hiking required. You'll have the chance to see phenomenal sunsets and wildlife in the area. We provide our guests with a red flashlight, comfy camp seating, bug spray, and bottled water (upon request). We encourage our guests to bring questions, a sense of wonder, and warm clothing (as it can get cool after sunset). We can accommodate most requests for availability to fit your travel plans (the sooner the request, the better - we prefer to have at least 1 week's notice). Private group rates are flexible, so please contact us for details. Please keep in mind that the tour is subject to cancellation if the weather is too cloudy to see any stars.

You'll meet other 'crawlers' at our starting bar, where you'll jump right into the activities for the night. With over 600+ bars and breweries, Denver is a major hub for all things craft and creative alcohol. Beat the concert crowds with our expert guides as they lead you on a beautiful, quiet, educational hike on a trail at Red Rocks. What to Expect: After intros, we'll scamper down the trail + set off on a 1.5-mile adventure, with the smallest of elevation gains (~350 ft). Throughout the ~70-min. hike, we'll meet plenty of animal friends (including photo bombing mule deer!), snap stunning pictures of you, + share stories of the park's history: from her prehistoric inhabitants (dinosaurs) to modern development by the Civilian Corps, + legendary tales of the artists (U2, The Beatles, + more!) who have played the amphitheater. Hikes will depart rain or shine : ) Best to schedule the night before if possible for & Uber & Lyft, parking is free. I will give you specific directions for our meeting place & from there we'll hit the trail at an easy pace. I'll give you some of the history of the area & show you amazing views for photos. This is one of Colorado's most beautiful hikes. If you are looking for an easy hike that is jam packed with gorgeous views, this hike is definitely for you! It's well worth rising early to take this hike, when the sun first hits the rocks - the views will take your breath away. We'll take plenty of time for picture taking & rest stops. It's a 1.5 mile hike. There is a slight elevation rise on the last 1/2 of the walk that is very doable for even novice hikers. We stop often so there is plenty of time to take in the view, take amazing photos & catch your breath. The time of the hike varies between 70 and 90 minutes depending on the size of the group. You will leave with incredible photos that your friends will envy. Along the way, if we are lucky, we will see some of the wildlife that call the park home. We'll end the hike back where we started & you can visit the amphitheater on your own while enjoying snacks & a Cold Frappuccino I provide. This is an easy to lightly moderate hike good for most skill levels. There is a gradual incline of 325 feet.

Experience the excitement of making your own piece of jewelry! This is a three hour hands-on workshop, in which you will learn the silversmithing fabrication techniques to make a sterling silver band ring. All materials and tools will be provided for the workshop. Just come, have fun and learn! During the workshop you will be lead step-by-step through the processes. It is a very safe environment, however each participate will be asked to sign a liability waiver and safety will be discussed. The process begins by measuring and cutting a piece a sterling silver the desired width of your ring. Next the metal is annealed with a torch. Annealing is the process of heating metal with a flame to make it malleable. After each time the metal is heated, it is cleaned in a solution to remove the oxidation that is created on the surface. Once the metal is prepared, you will have choices of hammers and metal stamps to texture a pattern onto the sterling silver, creating your personal design. Then the metal is cut to the length required for your ring size, formed into shape and soldered together. The final steps are refining, buffing and polishing your creation to have a beautiful shine! Rest assured that your safety is our priority. Regarding COVID-19, we have a cleaning protocol in place. Disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer are available for your use.

We kick things off at the Mile High Steps of the Colorado State Capitol & hit the streets for our walking cultural & history adventure of Denver. We'll explore Denver's Civic Center & hip LoDo (Lower Downtown) areas together, including 11 of our favorite sights while also digging into the great culture & history that make our Mile High City so unique. If you're the type that likes a little bit of everything: history, culture, art, & architecture; this tour's for you. This experience also takes you to the old Carnegie Library, the famous Art Museum complex, the gorgeous Civic Center Park, & our U.S. Mint, where you'll hear some epic heist stories. We'll then walk a few blocks to LoDo to visit the famous Big Blue Bear, two must-sees: Larimer Square and Union Station, & more. We give great recommendations and, along the way, you'll have plenty of opportunities to take pics, ask Qs, & learn more in 2-2.5 hours than you thought possible! *After your experience wraps up at Union Station, you decide how much the experience was worth to you (pay-what-you-wish) via a tip to your guide.

To ensure a safe experience, the first thing we will go over is your safety equipment and how to light your torch. Then together, we will go through the steps to create either a pipe, pendant, marble, or shot glass. After the demonstration you will have a chance to make your own creation. I will be right there with you, so you will have all the assistance to make sure your treasure comes out perfect. A two person class will last around 2 hours (each additional person adds another 30 minutes or so). You can pick up your project the next day or it will be shipped to you after it's annealing cycle in the kiln. If any time remains in your session you are welcome to use that to make more treasures. Everything will be provided for you including glass materials, safety equipment, light snacks, and drinks.
