Condo vacation rentals in El Paso County

A good place to stay and close to restaurants. Very clean and homey feeling. Nice size kitchen. Comfy beds.

The condo was a great place to stay for my family of five. It was clean and had lots of nice extras included. There is AC in both bedrooms and the living room which helped to keep the place cool in a week of 90+ heat. We would definitely stay again.

We came from Ohio and this condo was centrally located to all the activities we had planned! We went to the Cheyanne Mountain Zoo, Air Force Academy football game, Mining Museum and hiked Garden of the Gods! My son loved the popcorn and spaghetti welcome food!

Perfect location with beautiful views! This apartment is close to Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs, and we even saw about 10 deer on our street one day. Tracy was an amazing host. She gave us great recommendations for places to eat and visit. During a snowstorm, she provided helpful info on checking traffic in Colorado. She was always attentive and quick to respond to my questions. ☃️ The apartment was cozy and the perfect size for me and my two sons. Tracy offered a variety of pillows, from super soft to firm, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The UGG blankets were an extra cozy touch! The kitchen had everything we needed—seasonings, pots, pans, a Crock-Pot, blender, you name it! Tracy even provided 🍝 spaghetti and sauce for one night’s dinner, so all I had to do was order the protein from Instacart. For the affordable price, this stay was exactly what we needed and more. I would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful space with a very comfortable bed and patio areas. Kitchen and dining areas are lovely and well equipped, if you wanted to cook. Back patio is spacious and quiet.

Cozy and warm beautiful remodel old house. The location was perfect for being in the old town of the city. Even though it’s right by the college it didn’t feel like a bunch of 20 year olds partying. I would a hundred percent recommend this to couples who want a romantic vacation away.

This would be my # 1 Airbnb in col springs to stay at for short or longer term stays. Such a cool place in nice neighborhood in the mountains. Close to Cheyenne state park and other trails. As for place itself, great kitchen area to cook/do remote work, stone shower that is very relaxing, bed was super comfy with nice pillows and I’m picky sleeper. Nice patio area, saw several deer during my stay and nice view of stars/moon/mountain. billiard table and nice home entertainment system with nice furniture. Jennifer was very friendly host with great local recommendations. Always responsive if I had any questions. Great quality and Value Airbnb!

Nice place to stay in Rockrimmon! Close to the highway and restaurants.

Tracy’s place is exactly as advertised. Very easy and functional 2-bedroom ground level condo that suited our needs perfectly for the week. Enjoyed easy access back to the highway, to neighborhood eateries, and the grocery store. Plus, the area neighborhood is great for walking (lots of hills) and you get to meet plenty of mule deer neighbors especially at sunset.

Place was nice for what little we were there. The bed wasn’t the comfiest, especially the pillows. Neighborhood was okay. Air unit in the bedroom kept it cool enough at night without using the window unit in the main living areas, even though it doesn’t seem like it at first. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided as well as extra linens if needed. Kitchen has everything you need if you do plan to cook
