Tina's place has become our go-to place anytime we are visiting the springs! It has everything you could want-- great location, clean, private, comfortable. I love that it is owned by a family and not some investor trying to renovate all the character out and drive all the prices up which is sadly what I've seen at some other places in the springs. This place feels like home and has all the charm of staying in an older home but still has all the modern amenities you could want! Private parking is a plus and Tina was very responsive, making sure we got in okay and didn't need anything. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting downtown Colorado springs!

what an amazing place! we stayed with our 5 month old and this felt like home away from home! not only is the home beautiful but the surrounding area was gorgeous and offered much reprieve from the city hustle!

Great stay in a great neighborhood! I stayed here while attending a conference at the Broadmoor and it was very convenient. I even felt safe enough to walk to the venue most days. I would definitely stay here again. It is a family's home, so if the sound of kids being kids would bother you, you might do better elsewhere. Otherwise, perfect location and beautiful, relaxing space.

It is a very nice, cozy place. Everything was very clean and well organized. It was exactly the place I needed for me and my son to give him the opportunity to rest for a few days. Communication was great and bunny very friendly ;-) We will be back! Thank you for everything!

We loved staying here. The home was so homey and had lots of amenities . Jacquie was very communicative during the whole process and gave great recommendations. We traveled with babies and felt right at home.

Excellent air b&b. The location is fantastic. Close to shopping, hiking and downtown night life. The place felt just like home and I was able to relax and catch a snooze on the couch in between all my adventures. The two bedrooms with queen beds was a plus as I was traveling with my sister, we both had our own space with full length mirrors, extra towels and comfy beds. The water pressure on the shower is what you can expect for an older home. I was not able to locate a thermostat for the upstairs unit so I believe the heat was controlled by the guest downstairs. There were times when it was chilly but the air b&b provided a desktop space heater to help warm up the place so it was not a deal breaker for me! I will be a returning guest to this cute Victorian air b&b. Thank you!

This space was the perfect landing spot for my husband and son on their weekend getaway. We love Colorado Springs and they took in some games at the AF academy this time. They loved having a comfortable space to come back to at night. Clean, quiet, and relaxing.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location near the Air Force Academy was perfect—just a short drive away, which made it very convenient for visiting the campus and attending events. The neighborhood was peaceful and had great views of the mountains, which added to the experience. We also enjoyed hiking the many trails across the street. The property itself was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in, which made everything smooth from start to finish. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like local recommendations and a welcome basket. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area—would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here along with 3 guests and we all absolutely loved the place. The location was beautiful and the space we were in was well kept, and overall felt very homey. There were 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch which was perfect for the amount of people we had in our group. The amenities all worked perfect and our favorite was the hot tub! Everything was super easy for us to use and if there was anything we were iffy on, we were able to look at Vicky’s instructions to figure it out. The rules were clearly stated and felt reasonable given it is someone’s home and they want to keep the space/supplies nice for everyone else. They also had a lot of great recommendations for things to do in the area so that was super helpful when we were wanting to go out! I will definitely book here again in the future!! Thank you!

The suite was very cute - tons of space. Very clean and comfortable. The Neighbourhood was cute too and easy to get around. Great coffee shop nearby. Very quiet - even with a little one upstairs. Would stay again for sure.

We had the most amazing stay at Green Mountain! The property was beautiful inside and out. We loved all the natural light the space had to offer, not to mention the gorgeous view out each window. The property was perfect to celebrate our anniversary in. Not to mention, the hosts are absolutely amazing, very responsive with instructions or special requests. Huge shoutout to Jeff, when our vehicle got stuck in the snow, he did not hesitate to head out into the weather to help us. 100% would recommend spending your time here when you travel to Colorado Springs. We enjoyed every moment here down to the unexpected snow storm.

Perfect, easy place to crash. Close to everything Manitou Springs & Colorado Springs has to offer. Bethany is beyond lovely and it was a treat to meet her & her sweet pups. Such a great small space for relaxing and the bed is super comfy!

This rental was exactly as described. It is in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. The rental was clean and exactly as described and pictured in the listing. David and Heather even had bowls set out for our dog. We had a great experience with David and Heather.

We felt really comfortable and welcome. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy God’s creation in the beautiful surroundings. The view of Pikes Peak is fantastic and it’s great to see deer everywhere as you walk down the street

Julie and Brian‘s place was the perfect spot for our Colorado getaway. The living quarters was nice and cozy, genuinely felt like home. She provides just about everything you might need and more :) The patio area has a relaxing, private vibe after a long day of exploring the city. Parking is private and tucked away behind the patio. We were due to leave during a winter storm and Julie was so thoughtful to reach out to let us know we could stay another day, if needed, and also provided information to help us get back home. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks Julie and Brian!

My husband and I stayed here for five nights and found everything was as described. We had zero issues and would totally stay here again if we were in the area. Ronit was very responsive and informative. The place was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Big five stars!
