Allan's place was fantastic! It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was a very walkable location. I would definitely stay here again!

Michelle has a great place! The surroundings of Cortez were beautiful. She is close in to town and a nice drive to Mesa Verde NP. Our place was quiet and comfortable! Would stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Fort Austin. This was a perfect getaway for both of us and our dog. Tim was very friendly and he even made a fire for all his guests the last night that we were staying there. I can't wait to go back to Fort Austin and relax with the serene views and mountain alpenglow. This is an absolute gem and a perfect place to escape for the week or weekend. Thanks Tim!

Very clean and tidy. It was perfect for our little family vacation. It felt much like home!! The hosts were very friendly and the response time was outstanding. Communicated very well and friendly!! Would definitely come back on our next trip!!

Great place to stay for quick access to Grand Mesa

Melvin was very responsive. I will stay here every time I come to Denver! It was like home. He had extra special touches. i.e. stocked cabinets, bottled water, laundry pods, etc.

Susan and Pat are wonderful hosts! My parents thoroughly enjoyed staying and felt so much more like being at home instead of a hotel. Susan is responsive to messages and has basically thought of everything when it would come to any problem or question that you would have. ☺️ Not to mention very very pet friendly! Over'all I definitely got my money's worth and will use them again when my parents come to visit! ❤️ Thank you Susan and Pat!

From beginning to end, this trip wouldn't have been as special without staying here. Felt right at home, Andrea was an amazing host! Everything super organized and easy to navigate, they have a whole binder with recommendations and things to do. The backyard is BEAUTIFUL, the hot-tub was refreshing! I stayed in the room with the sliding door to the back and the sunrise every morning was breath-taking! When I return to Denver, I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much!

This house was such a fun place to stay!! It had everything we needed and more. Tyler was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. He gave us some great suggestions on things to do in the area!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and had every amenity we needed during our stay. The location is a 5 minute walk to downtown Idaho Springs, which has a good variety of restaurants. It's centrally located between Denver and ski resorts (about 30 minutes from each).

Great place great location. Clean and the host is very nice and responsive. And she’s an animal lover too that’s always a plus. Neighborhood is quiet and there’s a lot around. Walmart and a Starbucks right there among a lot of other things. The back yard has a good solid fence which was so NICE for our dogs. If I nitpick I will say I wish the back yard was mowed, it would have made poop detail easier but it wasn’t bad at all. And if you want caffeine in your coffee bring some it’s all decaf except what I left because we don’t have a keurig 😂 I would definitely stay here again and since my daughter lives there she might just see us again. The property and the host are fantastic. The cozy 2 Br had everything needed for us and our dog to enjoy for several weeks. The private yard and the general artsy vibes were much appreciated. The kitchen was stocked with essential supplies. The diner style table became our favorite spot to chill, eat, chat and work. It’s in a good location for proximity to stores and dining and Garden of the Gods. Sue was super nice, and even gave us some helpful local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again for the groovy ambiance.

we had an incredible stay. lindsay & dane are such lovely hosts, and benni too. they were communicative & accommodating and just all around pleasant people. any message i sent was responded to within 5 mins, even our request to play with benni one morning. the Airbnb itself was perfect for our group of 3, didn’t feel too small & was very cozy especially after heavy rains. exploring the area was fun too, the Airbnb is just down the street from an area full of restaurants & shops. all in all, our stay here was 10/10

I don’t always leave reviews, but I knew I had to make a point to give a review because this was probably my best Airbnb experience. Her place was amazing, easy to find, clear instructions and she definitely went above and beyond. She had snacks and a gallon of water, plus any toiletries we may have forgotten. Not only that but she was so accommodating with an early check in. Plus check in involved meeting her dog, Charlie, which is definitely the star of this Airbnb. Her place was so cute and charming and well decorated. If I come back to Denver I would definitely stay here again!

Camilos place is as described. Camilo was responsive when we had any questions. The place is in close proximity to many things and we were able to get around the city easily.

In town for our son’s college graduation. Needed space for family and central location. Nice off street parking. Front yard is greener than photos. Wonderful to have large table downstairs to gather with a comfy sofa and foosball. Nice living room couch for hanging out and watching a movie together. Ample hot water- always great with everyone showering at the same time. Easy to find and access with host’s clear instructions. Enjoyed our time here. Comfy beds too.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Winter Park/Fraser. Besides being in ana amazing location this condo is tucked away slightly so you can truly enjoy the peacefulness of Fraser. Highly recommend staying here on your next visit.

Great property! Thoughtfully decorated, secure, with all the basics and featuring laundry and a rooftop patio with hot tub.. Convenient location to dining and recreation. Within 1 block of Park Ave Tacos and Crazy Mountain Brewery, a few more blocks to Cheesman Park, The Wild Corgi Pub, Tasty Thai, and The Capitol. Would recommend!!

We were in town for a function at a local restaurant. Karen's place was close to the facility. It was easy to get into. It was comfortable for two couples. The beds were comfortable. Karen responded in minutes to all communications. The condo is an older property but it worked well for our needs. There were adequate plates and cooking utensils to cook and serve food at the unit.
