Our family had a wonderful time at Larissa’s farm. Our three kids loved working on the farm - learning, contributing, and being outside - and Larissa is just such a kind person who was super patient with the kids. The apartment was great, everything you need for a short stay, and was just what we were looking for, clean and well-kept. Larissa provides a ton of info about stores and restaurants and activities nearby, and we just had such a fantastic and relaxing time. Highly recommend!

You know it’s a lovely space when we come multiple years to stay! Amy is the nicest- a fantastic host with great recommendations for the area. The apartment is clean and spacious and full of rustic charm. Our kids adored the ducks they have on the property and the yard is wonderfully inviting! Can’t wait to come back next year 😃

This was our first time at the Barn. There were 8 of us. We had plenty of room. Plenty of parking. MaryBeth and Doug are extremely friendly. We enjoyed hearing about the history of the Barn. Will definitely book there again next year.

I stayed at Katherine's during renovations on my house in a nearby town. I appreciated her flexibility and the fact that she also accommodated my dogs as the experience has been challenging for all of us. The location of Katherine's property is easy to find and very close to Brattleboro for most things you would need during your stay.

A true farm getaway. Having the sheep and horses right outside our door was so special. The barn itself is small but cozy - wood burning stove was lit upon arrival- and had everything we needed. The Jungle room was another unique feature that added to the experience. Just a really peaceful and satisfying stay.

We enjoyed our stay at your house so very much! Such wonderful memories made. Everything was perfect! Our girls and I were able to spend lots of beautiful time together there while my husband and our son were at too many games for our youngest ones to sit through. We loved your place so much,and appreciated every detail,from the decor to the games and dressup...very cozy and restful,and we also enjoyed the home theater,fireplaces and gym. Thankyou again for such a lovely experience,and if we are ever in the area again,we would definitely choose your barn if available. We loved it!

Our stay at Linnea and Kevin’s barn was wonderful! They were very responsive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable two-night stay. The barn was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials.

Seriously one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. Everything was clean and exactly as described. The views are incredible and don’t get me started on the patio and cows! We loved seeing the longhorns outside everyday; definitely the highlight. I will say since it was the start of spring and a bit warmer our first and second night, we battled a little bit with the AC/heat to get it to the right temp, but we also like sleeping in a very cool room at night. Although it does work perfectly! We felt totally safe staying there and we cannot wait to be back! Feels just like a second home!

This place was a perfect weekend get away for myself and husband. Plenty of space for the two of us. The place was nicely, decorated and fully furnished with accessories if you wish to cook. I enjoyed the spaces between the outside patio as well as the hot tub. Bill was great with giving suggestions of local places, even though I was a local myself.. if you’re looking for a quiet getaway this is your place.

Patty and Brian’s place were great! Extremely communicative, extremely clean, seamless from check-in to check out. Will Definitely book again if needing to stay in the area again. Thank you again Patty and Brian for your hospitality. Throughly enjoyed my time here.

Went with my friend and we found the place very comfortable. The kitchen is very nicely stocked! We brought food so that we could prepare most meals and the kitchen had more than we could ever need by way of kitchen gear! There was also a full stash of coffee, cream, honey and sugar! The location is great. We went to the White's Ferry Brewery that was just down the street and thoroughly enjoyed it! I would strongly recommend a visit. We also walked around the neighborhood to include down to the Potomac! Very nice! We took a day trip to Harper's Ferry (45-min drive) and of course to the little downtown area of Leesburg (7-min drive)! Rita was super responsive and brough us batteries quickly when requested for the remote and a container of eggs from the chickens! The beds are comfortable. I did sleep on the sleeper sofa and while it isn't a typical bed, it was fairly comfortable. Having the animals just below us was really sweet! Loved them all! Enjoyed our visit very much!

Everything was as described. They had a few nice touches that show they care about the people that stay there. A small example is a guest book that you can sign and leave your thoughts for them to read. A nice little collection as the guests pile up. Everything was tidy and there was more than enough to do to stay busy there. We were only there for one night, but easily could have stayed more. They also go out of their way to list places to check out if you are the on the go type of person. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the area, I would definitely give this place a look!

We travelled “back home” for a funeral with a group of 9 from toddlers to seniors. It met the needs of all ages. There was plenty of space for family to gather around the fantastic kitchen island and fireplace areas while providing private spaces for all to retreat as needed. My boyfriend and I went on a road trip to Niagara Falls, and this was our favorite stay along the way! The airbnb was warm, cozy and just as pictured, while the instructions to get in from Barb were also clear. We were able to cook and comfortably watch TV from bed. We were encouraged to come visit the goats in the morning before leaving, and it was truly the cherry on top to see them and pet the barn cats before making our way on the road. We felt very welcomed here, and would definitely come again!

Simply a wonderful experience... private setting, everything you could ask for when. seeking a tranquil getaway. firewood on premise was very nice, hot tub was beautiful and we were privy to two evenings watching a wonderful mumur of birds transcending each evening... great size for two.

Excellent spot to stay in for any type of visit to Acadia. My friends and I stayed here to bike around the carriage roads. Jane and Paul provided maps, bikes, and plenty of recommendations for trails and food. The home itself is gorgeous and inviting. We can't wait to come back!

If I can only use a few words then “above and beyond” would be most fitting. Amanda made this such an amazing experience. Everything was so easy to plan. She was on top of EVERYTHING. Starting right with booking and planning. Answering all my questions extremely quickly. All the extra services she offers are just amazing. Breakfast delivered outside the door in the morning, my girlfriends favorite fresh flowers there when we arrived. I highly suggest having the chef come in to make you dinner. You will be very happily surprised. The space is just beautiful and so extremely comfortable. The blankets, sheets, pillows, mattress are like heaven. Nothing was skimped on. Getting to pet the animals is just another extra bonus. Everything has been thought of for you. This is definitely an experience we will be suggesting to others and will never forget. What a wonderful retreat! I can't think of a better place to stay where you're surrounded by books, art and the countryside.

Words simply cannot describe how magical this Airbnb experience was. a group of friends and I passed the hours marveling at the gorgeous art and curated knick-knacks - the home itself an endless source of fun. - like an interactive museum! Thats without even mentioning the property, the pond, the waterfall, the chickens, tire swings and HOT TUB! Truly a miraculous experience, would highly recommend and we will absolutely be returning.
