Nature eco lodge vacation rentals in Northeastern United States

Joe and Natasha are great hosts! Our stay was fun and relaxing. Having just purchased the lodge, they had it together. This is a perfect location to get away.

Nadene and Darren's place is absolutely amazing. Away from everything in the woods surrounded by nature, this place is bliss. The property has 12 individual rooms, 2 large shared kitchens and bathrooms, an amazing spacious seating area overlooking the forest, and a balcony. There are many books available and some board games, so there's something for everyone. You can stay here with a large group but we were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves. The place is close to the lake where you can go canoeing or kayaking, and all the gear is provided. There is also a nice seating area outside for campfires, and / or you can just go for a little hike. Nadene prepares a great breakfast with homemade muffins 😋. Both her and Darren are lovely people, very caring, beautiful souls. I would highly recommend staying here.

Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay in the snowy cabin, located 20 minutes from Blue Mountain. No rush to check in or out, and the space was very clean and tidy. Esther and Mamo were very friendly and helpful, and their dog Bella was cute and friendly. The space is decorated beautifully and has a very welcoming vibe. Would reccomend!!!

Manon is a very kind host. There was bread, jam and butter as well as orange juice and eggs provided for us.

The room was simple and clean with a good shower and a comfortable bed. Just what I needed to break up a long drive from NW Ontario. Thanks Jay.

I cannot write a glowing enough review for our stay chez Nathalie!!! beyond cozy and just absolutely ethereal space, and Nathalie herself was the kindest woman we have met in our travels yet. From the ambiance in the mornings (homemade family recipe from Nathalie, set on a bistro set on a flagstone patio) to the glow of the evenings (soft fairy lights adorning a charming garden, with pleasant piano tracks playing over the speaker outdoors), the stay surpassed our expectations in every way. We hope to come back every year, and felt at home away from home every second we were après du cloche. ❤️❤️❤️

Terry was helpful. She showed up right away when we arrived to help us check in. The space was very clean and worked perfectly for our 3 (partial) families. We did have blizzard-like conditions while there so it was perfect to have a cozy place to relax during the wild weather. We did use the whole house and each space was well-appointed and very clean. Thanks, Terry!

Large studio in a hotel with one large bed, nice kitchen, and great hot tub. Hotel is walking distance to Blue Mountain village.

From US, did not know it was Thanksgiving holiday. Algonquin sold out. Very gracious hosts. Lovely town and close enough to Algonquin. Accommodations were extremely comfortable and very clean. Hosts were very helpful with advice for local opportunities for adventure.

Great stay. Everything we needed and the community room was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

What can I say.? I think I speak for both Alice my girlfriend and I when I say this was one of the most pleasant stays I’ve ever had, and the most pleasant stay in a shared space ever. Ragu is amazing, he’s warm, friendly, caring. He went more than above and beyond on a very icy and snowy weekend to make sure we got to the place safely, he even let us borrow his 4WD to get groceries as our little Hyundai was struggling in the snow. The hot tub and sauna are perfect and his kitchen is well stocked. My only regret is not using the music equipment and missing out on going to Chet’s Place due to inclement weather. I want to go back here asap with an even bigger group. If you are coming to this area, stay here.

Mary Ann’s place was a peaceful spot to stay while visiting my niece at college. We enjoyed the large deck and the beautiful grounds. Having use of the kitchen was a plus and we found everything we needed there. I would stay there again if I am in the area.

Great location right on the river! The hot tub and amenities were great! Cabin suite was clean and extremely comfortable! Will definitely be back in the future!!

The room was just as described and pictured. Although small, it was very neat and clean with a serviceable kitchen having all the amenities you would need to do some light cooking. Van was kind enough to leave a packet of ground coffee and filters. We also made juice of the very comfortable common area building, including couches and chairs and several games to play. Others have mentioned thin walls and, while we could hear our neighbors, everyone seemed to be respectful and quiet during sleeping hours. And Van also supplied a white noise generator that came in the room. The costs, while not inexpensive, seemed to be in line with booking a place last minute in the heart of ski season near Sugarloaf.

We stayed 3 nights over the 4th of July weekend in the Tamarind Room with our dog. The room was exactly as described and very peaceful. Nice pool table and shuffleboard table on the lower level. William recommended some local restaurants such as the Wellsboro House and Becks Bistro. We were not disappointed! Short drive to the PA Grand Canyon and the Rail Trail. Highly recommend!
