Villa vacation rentals in Northeastern United States

This place is lovely! The host is responsive and helpful. The hot tub is a real plus - with the outdoor heater on, we enjoyed using it even though it was sleeting outside (too stormy to try the beautiful fire pit). The house and location are beautiful and spotless. The furnishings are luxe and comfortable. Awkward eating space options - no dining table or large kitchen table. It was unexpected that some of the listed beds are sofas and sofa beds in common rooms, including some of the only beds available when you have booked it for fewer guests. (The larger of two bedrooms and second bathroom are a second locked space that I was glad to access.) It may fit as many people as they listed if everyone shares beds, but not all privately or in actual bedrooms. If I'd had all eight single adult guests, like I paid for, the sleeping and dinner arrangements would have been more problematic. As it happened, overall a great, cozy experience despite unexpected bad weather.

The house was lovely and very clean and Piotr was an excellent host and even met us at check in to show us around. There are 4 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom which was very convenient for us. The kitchen was well stocked and It was very comfortable stay for my family of 7 adults and two babies and two dogs. One bedroom is on the main floor and two bedrooms are on the walkout lower level and one bedroom is on the upper floor. To get to the upper floor there is a steep winding staircase that wasn’t an issue for us, but I would not recommended it for small children or toddlers. The outdoor hot tub was a nice addition.

This house is simply awesome. From the moment you get in you feel how cozy and wam this place is. The spaces are beautiful and had everything we needed for a weekend with friends. The bedrooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. A short walk will take you to a park near by with amazing views of the lake. A must! Downtown and main restaurants/shops area is 5 minutes away by car. Grace and Travis were amazing hosts. They were kind and attentive, and took care of all our needs. Definitely a place to come back!

We got married at a venue about 15 minutes away so we stayed here with our bridal party and the size was perfect. Everyone slept comfortably, we still had plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is still close enough for us to enjoy exploring Sturbridge. Michael was responsive and honest with any question I asked!

Amazing hosts, great communication and 10/10 hospitality. Welcomed us with a few snacks and everything was prestine! Thanks again Nick and JF would love to visit again.

Great place to stay, we had a soccer tournament with the kids and it was the perfect place for us. Frejus is very responsive. The neighbors are very nice .

We booked Gary's place as a group of 11 and had a great time. Gary was extremely responsive and answered my messages within an hour of them being sent if not sooner. On our final evening, there was a big snow dump and Gary arranged to have the driveway cleared so that we were easily able to get out. Very very minimal spaces for improvement: The games room is in the garage so it is very cold. Perhaps not the best place to hang out in the dead of winter but I imagine on warmer days it's awesome. Also there were a couple of cobwebs around the house (in one of the kitchen light fixtures and another in the basement office area) however nothing that we couldn't grab a paper towel and clean away ourselves. I recommend this spot and would love to return in the summer so that we can enjoy the pool and games room. Thanks for a great stay Gary! We'll be back!

He checks up on you to make sure to follow the rules since it is a calm and peaceful neighbourhood. Great place to stay for our first ski trip to blue mountain.1

Natalie is a TEN STAR HOST! Her communication throughout the entire process was second to none. We went to her villa to celebrate my 60th birthday and it had to be one of the best vacations I've ever had. The photos on the website did not do the place justice. When we arrived we were blown away by the scenery and the house was beyond emaculate. The living room with the fireplace was so cozy. I would go back to Natalie's place in a heartbeat! We had such a wonderful stay at this breathtakingly beautiful home. The space is large and open, yet still very homey. The Host was clear, helpful, and extremely quick to respond. She was very kind and accommodating. We’d love to book again in the warmer months in the future!

The villa is exactly as promised. It’s on a hill overlooking the Hudson with great views and outdoor space. It’s dog friendly with a fenced in yard, a wonderful feature for dogs and people. We were there for a family wedding so did not make full use of the outdoor spaces, but the pool and fire pit are very inviting. The bedrooms were comfortable and we enjoyed lounging in the living room with tv football games. The location is a short walk from downtown Coxsackie for coffee and treats. You should know that access to front door is up about 12 or so steps but there was a railing if anyone has mobility issues. We would return if we were to come back to the area. Lakpa is super responsive.

Stayed here for a long weekend for a cheerleading competition at Kalahari Resort. Great location! It was a quiet street, but still only 15mins from the convention center. The family loved the activities in the house. Everything was well stocked and SUPER clean. Jenny was super responsive to all questions. Thanks for a great weekend!

The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything was ready for us on such short notice. The place is comfortable, and has plenty of room for everyone. The area is quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for families with kids. The location is super convenient, with grocery stores and restaurants just a 5-minute drive away.
