This home is gorgeous with the mountains as a backdrop. So peaceful with an outstanding view. Fire pit was great! Sally had all we needed to have a fire in the fire pit. The lower level, where we stayed is lovely! Very clean and decorated beautifully. We only stayed one night. Would love to go back.

Beautiful place to stay! I stayed with friends for JMU's Homecoming weekend and it was only about 10 minutes to the campus. We saw Pete outside a few times and he was very friendly! The house seems to be hard to find upon arrival but directions from Pete and Kyle made it very clear and easy to find. The massage chair was a nice surprise and we loved using it :)

My sisters and I had a great time staying at Rivers Edge. Worth it just to have coffee on the patio by the river views. It was the perfect home away from home as we were looking for a little getaway where we could cook and play games together, and just spend quality time outside of our normal routines. convenient location to explore the local wineries and some historical attractions if that's your thing. Sally and Sam were very kind and quick to respond as well.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend to others- they had everything we could need and went the extra mile in making us feel welcomed. Great communication and clear instructions.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Mountaintime Magic, and really enjoy coming back to visit. The location is a lovely and peaceful slice of the valley just south of Charlottesville, and truly is a magic location. Rich is extremely welcoming and friendly, check-in is always easy and the area is cozy and comfortable. There are some wonderful amenities that go with the rental and a beautiful outdoor area to relax in. The highlight is for sure the location and the host, five stars all around.

I spent a few days in Charlottesville for a work training. Jennifer was a great host, the accommodations were perfect, and the area was lovely. Jennifer goes above and beyond providing coffee, tea, snacks, sparkling water. Providing bathroom essentials was also awesome. Loved it and would definitely recommend.

I was only passing through but had a great stay here! Kelsey was quick to respond and was very accommodating of my last minute plans. She also has many beautiful houseplants which makes the space cozy!

Matt is a wonderful host. Always available and super helpful. Beautiful space inside and out. Walkable to lots of great locations as well as the recommendations Matt provided. Would most definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Very accommodating hosts. Such a cozy and peaceful cabin with a nice fenced in yard which was great for our pups that were traveling with us. Super easy check in and check out procedures. Highly recommend

The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything I needed for my extended stay. The location was beautiful as well.

Justin’s place was perfect for my husband and our dog. The bed was great, the HVAC unit heated quickly, the bathroom was really nice (huge shower!), loved the private parking, and the fact that there was a separate den/tv room w/ pocket doors. The house is in a cute, safe, neighborhood - which was close to all we needed to do. It had a stocked Keurig machine, a nice fridge/wetbar and extra blankets. Easy entry and easy to lock the unit. We did get to meet Justin at one point and he was very nice, but entry is contactless. Pretty perfect as far as Airbnb’s go! We visit Charlottesville often and would definitely stay here again.

Mariah thought of everything. There were dozens of small thoughtful touches that made the stay special. From treats for our dog, to an extra toothbrush if one was forgotten to milk and numerous creamer choices for the coffee. The location was quiet and convenient. Great stay

Have stayed here several times now for the JMU football games. 2-3 miles from the stadium. Great location! Upscale neighborhood.

very nice stay for my husband and I and our dog. the mountain view was beautiful to wake up to, we enjoyed the studio space. the bathroom shower is tight but the hot tub was a bonus. definitely worth it, especially if staying here after a day of hiking in shenandoah national park.

This property was great - very clean. The living space was huge with 3 private rooms which was perfect for us. The house had everything we needed and the host was responsive with any questions. We used this as home base as we visited for a JMU football game. It was 10 minutes from campus - I would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here - very clean, spacious, and well-furnished with everything we needed. I love how everything was labeled, and all instructions were very clear. Location is convenient to Shenandoah National Park, where we did 3 incredible hikes. Between hiking, we enjoyed relaxing outside by the pool and viewing the night sky from the hot tub. Gigi was very prompt, friendly and responsive with all our communication. Lots of great restaurants in the area, and she had some suggestions and menus available. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Keswick is a beautiful spot a few miles from Charlottesville. The place is an historic colonial era tavern, nicely refinished with modern conveniences. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very nice and we would stay again.

We had an amazing stay with Jennifer. Her attention to detail is fabulous and we had everything we possibly needed. I appreciated the open communication we had together, she was very responsive! I travelled with my 2 kids and we all felt right at home. Everyone had plenty of space, the beds were so comfy, and it was such a beautiful location. We will definitely come stay with Jennifer again!

A basement level set of guest rooms that doesn’t feel like a basement bc of how it’s built into the hill— well finished, well maintained and lots of light. In a residential neighborhood that is very walkable to the pedestrian mall.

We loved staying here! It is a beautiful place in a beautiful area. The owners are wonderful and made us feel right at home. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

great place to stay for the weekend. no complaints, easy to get to, within walking distance of downtown. couldn't ask for more!

This air b&b was very spacious. me and four other guests stayed there for two nights and we all had the space we needed and more. The hosts were also very attentive and made sure we were informed of everything we needed to know about the air b&b and also they provided us with extra activities to do around the area to make our stay enjoyable!

This was one of the best Air bnb’s I’ve used. The place was immaculate, and upscale. Felt very private. All furnishings were very comfortable. Kitchen stocked with snacks, drinks, kcups, to go coffee cups, packs of sugar…very nice touch. A wicker trunk with extra blankets and children’s books and toys were appreciated for my 2 YO. For us the location was perfect bc it was close to Crozet. Really loved it.

Smooth and easy stay! Parking right in front. Fenced in front yard, and was perfect for our needs. Very close to everything in Charlottesville. 10/10 would def recommend.
