Our stay at Kelly's home couldn't have been better. The house was exactly as described and super clean! She answered amy question within minutes and was a wonderful host. We only stayed one night, I was in town for business, but we would definitely stay longer if the opportunity arises in the future!

Wonderful stay at Pisgah House! Check-in was a breeze, and the home's interior felt warm and inviting. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches—coffee, powdered creamer, and sugar meant we didn’t have to run to the store right away. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and we’ll definitely stay here again when we're in the area. Activities we enjoyed: Caesar’s Head State Park (SC), Pretty Place (SC), and hiking the Pink Beds Trail in Pisgah National Forest. Favorite restaurants and breweries: The Square Root, Rocky’s Soda Shop, Brevard Diner, Big Mike’s Pizza, Oskar Blues Brewery, Ecusta Brewery/Gordingo’s, and Brevard Brewery. We had one small hiccup—I accidentally locked my phone inside, which had the door code. Todd was incredibly responsive, and we truly appreciated how quickly he helped resolve the issue. Overall, this was a fantastic getaway! The house is conveniently located near great activities, and Brevard is a wonderful town to explore. Highly recommend

The house is great. There was a hiccup on arrival but Laura offered several solutions and was very responsive. The issue was resolved and we are very happy. You can really tell the grade a host is when there is an issue, as it is easy to be good when everything goes well but when things go bad you find out just how good a host is and Laura is A++. We loved that there's a beautiful lake just a couple of blocks down that has a wonderful walking path around it. Our dog Mollie enjoyed walks there each evening. The backyard was also great for her to explore. We do recommend and will be back if we visit this area again. Thanks to people like Laura, who open their homes to pets, we can confidentiality travel with our dog. Thanks again for a great stay.

The house was a perfect spot for getting away. The location is convenient to major streets, but tucked into a quiet neighborhood. l loved the hardwood flooring throughout, all the windows, and the wood furniture. l prepared Sunday lunch for my family and comfortably seated everyone. In warmer weather, the trail and park just up the street will be great. I will say this about my host: lf/when l return, l will invite her over for tea. That is the impression she left me with! Lynn could not have been kinder, more responsive, accommodating, and compassionate.

We really enjoyed the house and it fit all our needs! We visited family and enjoyed time together at the house. The play area across the street was a highlight for our grandchildren. We enjoyed having a campfire out in the back yard. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was great, close to the places we needed to go. Laura was responsive as soon l called her about the heater acting up. she was on point and got us going. Great place to stay in a peaceful neighborhood and close to major highways and some shops. Will rent again if opportunity comes up.

We loved our stay here! My husband, my two young kids, myself and our two dogs stayed here for 6 weeks while our house a few miles away was being renovated. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed! The layout is great for multiple guests, with two primary suites, one downstairs and one upstairs as well as an additional full bathroom. The house was comfortable and the systems worked very well. It had everything we needed, including some toiletries. The backyard was perfect for our two dogs who don’t do well on leashes and needed a secure, fenced-in yard. We also loved that it had a spacious two-car garage since that’s how we’re used to parking at home. The neighborhood is safe, friendly and very well maintained. I really can’t say enough good things about this home! Gabriela was an incredible and attentive host. Thanks for having us!

Great location! Small cozy guest house. Parking spot was tight for our large 2500 but we made it work. Recommendations were great.

Great place to stay in Augusta. Extremely close to tons of restaurants and a very easy ride to downtown and the Riverwalk. Very private backyard and beautiful pool. The office accommodations were the best we’ve seen. Perfect setup for remote work and kids in virtual school. Kitchen was well stocked and the overall layout of the house was perfect to accommodate working and lounging simultaneously. Next time we’re in Augusta, this will be our go to spot!

Dave and Pat’s place was absolutely great for us! It was incredibly helpful to be able to dock our boat in their boat house. Dave personally helped us check in and show us everything we needed. They provided a golf cart to get us to and from the boathouse. It was a beautiful view from their patio. It’s not far from the Smith Lake Marina to launch your boat and drive over. At the house, they provided everything we needed. Dave was a fabulous host to us! We will absolutely be staying again!

I would stay there again! Very nice - especially with dogs. They can run in the big back yard while you sit on the patio!

We loved our family vacation here! The home was decorated beautifully for Christmas, and though it is very spacious, it felt cozy. The spacious kitchen was fully furnished with all the dishes, flatware, cookware, utensils, etc that could possibly be needed for prepping and hosting. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and walks out to the most gorgeous deck overlooking the pool and the mountains! This home has 2 fireplaces and is furnished with a pool table, foosball table, ping pong table, treadmill & elliptical. The outdoor area includes grills, a fire pit, patio, hot tub, and swimming pool. The home was immaculate! Arriving and leaving instructions were easy and clear. There were no disappointments with this AirBnB !!

Peter's place was hands down the most accommoted place I've ever stayed at. He provided plenty of toiletries and extra towels, garbage bags, etc so that I didn't need to go purchase any of the sort. There was a plethora of entertainment equipment for all streaming platforms, all of which had detailed instructions on how to access them. Peter was a very responsive host and seemed dedicated to making sure our stay was above and beyond. I truly felt like I was a guest of Peter and not just an Airbnb customer.

Once again Toccoa House Properties provided an excellent stay for my husband and I. The location is gorgeous and has open access to the river, which is great for trout fishing. I spent my time in the outdoor area reading and napping when the weather was nice. The host was quick to provide assistance when the power went out during a horrible storm and was aware of the outage before I even woke up! Staying at this cabin was an absolute dream and I am already planning my next stay with Toccoa House Properties.

It was exactly as advertised! The house was perfectly located for our needs. Close to everything but still very private. Beautiful setting, lots a birds (I even seen a bluejay), and very quiet. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

She was super sweet very accommodating even came and helped us with the tv when my fiance couldn’t figure out how to work it. We enjoyed our stay very much and would book again. Place was very clean and everything.

Our family stay for Christmas was perfect. It is close to any shopping you may need. The hosts are always quick to respond. The plus for Christmas is the neighborhood is completely decorated. I would definitely stay here again .

Chasing Shade was exactly as described. We’ve been going to Reed Creek for over 30 years, so it was fun to stay near the SC part of the lake. The house is close to everything. Even though it’s on a busy road, it’s set far enough back and has a huge yard. We loved that it was dog friendly, so that we could travel with our labradoodle. The decks and dock have great views of the lake. Swimming and fishing right off the dock was perfect. We even caught some fish! The kitchen and house were well stocked with necessities and more. It was nice to have inflatables and beach towels. The beds were very comfortable. Overall - a solid 5 star property!

Julie and her husband are real great hosts! They give lots of recommendations for fun stuff to do round the lake, great to talk to, too! The tiny home is great, very charming, and the surrounding area is beautiful. Check in and check out were as easy as 1-2-3. Everything is as described in the listing. HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for an affordable, peaceful spot at the lake, and want to enjoy your time in nature.
