Vacation rentals with a home theater in Chattahoochee River

Had an absolutely wonderful time there. And the hosts were more then gracious to make sure everything was perfect. Make sure to be careful going up the driveway by the way.

Cute little apartment with amazing views! We stayed with our 4 kids (newborn included) it wasn’t the safest location, although we arrived at night in the dark. And we understand big cities just have that to it. Just be aware of your surroundings and prepare for a small ally walk with the kids. Have the key ready and know where you’re going! The apartment was exactly as described. Perfect for a night or two and very spacious!!!!

Mike and Karen were wonderful hosts! They greeted us upon arrival! Made us feel right at home. Even though they live above the apartment they were never intrusive and gave us our space and our privacy. They even gave us fresh eggs as we were leaving. Love the frog garden!

Very historic building. Loved it. Emmanuel did a job communicating. The unit was everything listed. Easy driving distance to my event was icing on the cake.

I'm kind of in between with booking again and not. Only for the simple fact of the location, and how far everything was. Other than that, the place was nice, very quiet, very ducked off in nature. If you need anything, the Host be on it.

Our stay was great. The part that was very unprofessional, was the communication. Before I even booked at Roberta location, I reached out to her and explained my situation. We would be moving, we have not received a move in date. I asked Roberta if she was ok with us extending our stay. She had no problems until we arrived and I extended. She says the cleaner was coming and she didn’t want to pay to reschedule. Then the final day, I sent her 2 messages and she never responded. When you are running a business, be transparent. It’s a simple no Roberta you have children so you should understand why I reached out to you and kept constant communication. If you have to extend your trip and are staying here, be careful

This place was a great place to stay if you have a large family. Very spacious property. Laura has everything you might need on vacation in the kitchen when trying to cook. We enjoyed this property and we give this place a thumbs up 👍. It is a must stay rental property.

We had a lovely weekend at this lake house! Plenty of space, very peaceful, and the theater room was awesome!

Don’t be fooled by the exterior pictures. The inside was very nice. The place was very clean. We had an issue with one of the TV’s and the maintenance guy showed up very quickly and resolved the issue.

We had an amazing stay at Christian’s place. The home was in pristine condition and decorated nicely. Conveniently located to Carl House wedding venue.

We had a great experience. We met with two of the Porters Brothers and they were easy to work with. They accommodated each of us with early check in and late check out. Perfect location to shopping, dining and entertainment. We will recommend this property. Perfect spacious private property. Thanks Porter Brothers for hosting us.

We gathered at this beautiful property to honor my late father-in-law on what would’ve been his 80th birthday. It was the perfect location for us all to get together and spend time talking about old memories and making new memories after 8 months without him. So much space! So much to do! The kids kept themselves busy every day between the theater, game room, and outdoor area. TVs everywhere which was perfect for game day! The hosts checked in on us via messaging and were quick to respond when we reached out to them with questions. This was a great home and experience... We will be back!

Peter's place was hands down the most accommoted place I've ever stayed at. He provided plenty of toiletries and extra towels, garbage bags, etc so that I didn't need to go purchase any of the sort. There was a plethora of entertainment equipment for all streaming platforms, all of which had detailed instructions on how to access them. Peter was a very responsive host and seemed dedicated to making sure our stay was above and beyond. I truly felt like I was a guest of Peter and not just an Airbnb customer.

Our Family stayed at the Hacienda Roja for a Christmas Vacation and we loved the place. We had a wonderful time there. There were plenty of things to keep everyone entertained (including teens) and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We didn't even leave the house once we arrived. The house was clean and beautiful. It has an amazing view from the deck. We would definitely stay there again.

Estelle was a fantastic host! She was very communicative and incredibly helpful with directions and recommendations around town. The room was as described and perfect for me to be able to stay in comfortably. Would highly recommend!!

I travel to Midtown ATL frequently for business and thought I’d try an Airbnb apartment instead of a hotel. Meagan’s high rise apartment fit the bill perfectly. An almost new, super clean, nicely furnished one-bedroom unit, it was cozy, comfortable, convenient, and had everything I needed. It’s located in a great spot, close to some excellent restaurants (especially Ecco!), and within walking distance of most of the key businesses in Midtown. And I really appreciated Meagan’s very prompt responses and assistance upon my arrival. A highly recommended property, and one to which I will very likely return.
