Guesthouse vacation rentals in Chattahoochee River

One of our best Airbnb experiences. Even better than advertised; clean, well stocked (bfast bars too), new (not slightly used or worse) utensils-pans-coffee maker-etc., comfy beds, pretty furniture, lots of new towels, and last but not least...a boat dock w/ a canoe AND rocking chairs (thx Tom). Well maintained property in a wonderful n'hood. Quiet-peaceful lake living!!! We'll be back!

Beautiful and relaxing . Love this place

This was my second stay at this lovely cottage, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The space is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully set up with all the amenities you need to feel right at home. Fresh linens and towels were provided, and the separate bedroom from the main living area gave it a nice sense of space and privacy. The kitchenette and dining table made it easy to enjoy meals in, and everything was well maintained and spotless. The location is ideal—central and just a short distance from the UGA campus. The owner greeted me upon arrival, which added a personal and welcoming touch. I’d definitely stay here again!

Had a very relaxed stay at Janice’s guest house. I was in town for a wedding and felt free to come and go as needed and was very comfortable in the space. If I find myself in the Blairsville area again I would stay here again in the future!

This was our second time staying here. Just as great as the first time. House looks exactly like pictured, very clean, comfy beds, conveniently located for the event we were in town for, & hosts were great. Highly recommend staying here!

It was a great place to stay while visiting family

Bob and Ruth always make us feel right at home. We have stayed at both of their rental properties several times. They are super friendly and go out of their way to make sure the stay is perfect. My family loves visiting, and our son loves the pool and the UTV rides on the trails around the property. This is by far the best Airbnb we stay at and will be staying again in the future.

Great quiet place to stay. Jonathan was a great host. Only thing missing is a TV, if you want it.

We had a great stay. David's place was perfect. It was the perfect size for the two of us. It was cute, clean and had everything we needed and more. They were very thoughtful in everything that was in the Airbnb (coffee, creamers, robes, slippers, shampoo, soap, everything needed to do laundry, an outdoor blanket, etc.). The location was excellent. It was very quiet and peaceful, right on the lake and even included kayaks and paddle boards. It was an easy, short drive to downtown Hartwell. We really enjoyed out stay and will definitely stay again.

Place was as advertised. It was very quiet inside and outside. Kitchen was well stocked. I'd stay there again. I was there on a cycling rip and the access to cycling routes north of Traverllers Rest and back into Greenville on swamp rabbit trail was very good.

We enjoyed our one night stay at the cottage! It was so cute and clean and nicely decorated. The bed was also comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting on the screened-in porch. Elizabeth also had a few snacks and water, which was a nice touch. The location is great and is just a short drive from shopping and restaurants.

I’ve stayed in gobs of AirBnb rentals, but this cottage may be the cutest! The owner has created a perfect little space for a couples’ getaway - the decor is so tasteful, the bathroom is clean and modern, and the bed is very comfortable. We appreciated all the extras, as well; she provided a snack basket, coffee and a water filter. The hot tub was nice and private, and the location was great for walking around town. Our stay was perfect!

Had a great stay here! The space we thoughtfully designed and we felt right home here. Very quaint and perfect for a little getaway. Host was very responsive and checked in on us through out our stay. Would definitely recommend this hidden jem!

Our stay was so relaxing and the property exceeded our expectations. The best part was when we first drove into the property. We stayed 4 days and it was very peaceful. Exactly what we needed! Our 8-year-old loved the loft space and surrounding nature. Amy was always very responsive and Grant kindly invited us to visit their coffee shop, Tallulah 1882. Delicious coffee and sandwiches. We hope to visit again!

Troy’s cozy cottage was perfect for our needs! It was only 7 minutes from Due West where we had a tournament which was a huge bonus. It was clean, comfortable, and private. Troy was an excellent host and always extremely responsive and helpful. If we find ourselves in the area again we would absolutely stay here!

Perfectly located for anyone visiting the Blue Ridge area. It’s close to downtown, but it’s also out of the way and quiet. Nice relaxing space, it has everything you need, and it’s a fantastic value. 10/10 would stay here again!

Kathleen's place is the perfect location. We were in town for a wedding, but were honestly shocked at how close it was to Athens and the University. It's about a 10-15 minute drive to Athens, which is amazing. The area felt safe, and our stay was very peaceful. Kathleen was a great communicator. We had a little issue with the shower, and she came over immediately. The place was spotless, and well stocked with everything you could need. We would definitely stay here again.

The cozy cottage was a perfect choice for myself. It was peaceful and quiet, and comfortable. Melanie put a lot of thought into the cottage.

Art and Laura’s place is a wonderful place if you want to relax in peace. It is right by the lake, and has a fantastic boat dock that doubles up as an over the water lounger. The interiors are nicely done and the upstairs bathroom is the cutest with linen matching the colors of the bathroom wall. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. The outdoor deck is a great place to chill. Overall a great experience spending a weekend at Art and Laura’s. Highly recommend! Cheers!

We had an amazing experience. Claire greeted us, which was very nice. We had our privacy but she was there if we needed her. The rental was perfect in every way. The king size bed was comfortable. It was decorated so cute. Very clean. The neighborhood is quiet, enjoyable to walk in and the yards in all the homes reminded me of a botanical garden. I have no improvement suggestions because it was perfect for us in every way. We will rent again if we are ever in the area.
