Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Chattahoochee River

This was our second stay at this home and once again, I leave here saying, "This is the cleanest Airbnb I've ever been in." The place is immaculate and cozy. Mary and Dan are exceptional hosts. I have a difficult time sleeping in strange places, but not here. The complimentary coffee and snacks are a real treat. Don't worry if you forget a toiletry item, they have you covered. My wife and I will stay here every time we visit this area. There's no need to look at any other available listings. My only regret about this visit was not hopping the fence to play a little whiffle ball with their boys one morning while the kids were in the backyard.

Me and my family stayed at this beautiful home to be closer to the hospital for my father and we enjoyed every moment . The host was very friendly and accommodating. Nice and clean home. Very spacious and peaceful. Would highly recommend !

We had a great stay! It was nice to be able to feel right at home, especially after a long drive from Florida. Sven loved the pet friendly openess of the home and being able to roam around out back in a fenced in area.

To say this spot was a gem is an understatement. I have stayed in places that have cost 3x this much in far more exotic places that didnt come close to the accomadating and kind nature of these 2 hosts. The home was beautifully clean and well kept and the garage was such a bonus for my situation of why i was there. I will make it a point to book with them whenever i am in the area even if im farther away.

Everything was great at David’s place! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was cozy and clean and felt very homey which is hard to find in a lot of bnb’s. If we’re ever in the area again we’ll definitely be booking with him again, can’t recommend this place enough!

I came home for a graduation and stayed at the lodge — it was even better than described and absolutely perfect for my family. The host was top tier! As a fellow short-term rental owner, I found this place incredibly inspiring and left with several ideas to improve my own property. I’ll definitely be staying with Larry every time I come home.

I was looking for a place to rest and rejuvenate while on a work trip. I wanted a place that was homey, had lots of natural lighting, well-decorated, and had character. Michelle's place hit all of the above, and then some! This place is incredibly cute, the bed was super comfortable (fell asleep pretty immediately), the place is tastefully & beautifully furnished. What I also loved were the thoughtful touches for guests. Clear instructions (without putting a ton of responsibility on the guest), helpful labels throughout the house, and snacks! Tiffany's communication was incredibly responsive and helpful. What I loved most about this place is how peaceful it is! The neighborhood is quiet, the apartment itself is calming. LOVED the porch & porch swing - wonderful place to just reflect and be. I can't say enough about this place. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Michelle & Tiffany!

Great location. Great AC. So much room. This place has an additional airbed and pullout couch which was great. It was very clean. I would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic stay! Logan was incredibly accommodating—responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out super easy. The place itself was spotless and clearly well taken care of, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming. The location was also perfect—close to so many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars and in a great neighborhood. This is the place to be if you want to be in a convenient location. It’s safe and you can walk to local restaurants. There is also a grocery store within a few blocks. Downtown living at its best. I also loved having parking on the premises.

I was in town for the Ironman event and this was the perfect space location for me and my family to stay for the weekend. 15 min walk from the central downtown area with lots of restaurants and things to do, as well as the transition area and athlete village for the race. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if we come back.
