Vacation rentals with a patio in Chattahoochee River

It was a cozy little spot, perfect for a couple or traveling solo. Happy to see that the smoking area out back was private, which made it easy to enjoy the nice weather in the evenings. It wasn’t too far from grocery stores, or restaurants you may want to try out. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would book it again!

I have stayed in over 100 Air BnBs over the last few years for work, this is hands down the best place I have ever stayed. Beautiful place, breath taking views, and Mr. Don is one of the nicest, most interesting men I've ever had the privilege to meet. 11/10 recommend

This place was remarkable, comfortable, peaceful, safe and all around amazing!! I enjoyed being able to commute to everywhere I wanted to go within a 10-15 min timeframe! I was able to enjoy my family and friends. The place was super easy to find and the driveway was easy to navigate just takes time and patience. The balconies were so peaceful and the beds were extremely comfortable also don't get me started on those relaxing showers! I will be staying here again & don't hesitate to book!!

The apartment was conveniently located to where we wanted to go and easy to find. It was very clean and well stocked with kitchen ware and had shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The rainfall and sprayer hose shower heads were really nice. The hosts were responsive and had good instructions through Airbnb. We would definitely stay here again.

great place to stay for kami-con! host was very responsive. affordable for a few guests who are looking for a place to stay during the con. it is not a bad walk to the bjcc.

Great location. Harry is a responsive, congenial host. Apartment is very convenient to medical facilities in the area, Northside, Eggleston, and Emory St. Joseph's. Good spot for checking out Atlanta attractions. Easy access on and off of major highways. Easy access to Marta (Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority). Good shopping areas are convenient and close. Ample parking. Cozy, attractive apartment with good heating system. Bed is comfortable. Great internet and Apple tv. Not suitable for guests with mobility issues. Apartment is on the 4th floor of the building. Stairs are concrete, and there is no elevator. Host quick to respond to maintenance problems in unit related to smoke detector, ice maker, and linens. Guests will need to bring all toiletries, hair dryer, extra paper products, and coffee supplies/maker.

Ana place was beautiful & peaceful felt just like at home. The home was gorgeous & the area was quiet & peaceful. We had no issues with anything & Anna was very good host & her instructions was very clear. It was 10/10 I would recommend this to anyone

Mark was very friendly and I loved the privacy and comfort of the room. I was chasing a rare species of bird in the Talladega National Forest, and this was a convenient staging point in my quest. Mark has put a lot of thought into organizing the space, especially making the Wi-Fi password easily available and providing soaps, towels and everything I needed.

Had a few days of work in Troy only 8 minutes up the road, nice area great house. Beds were very comfortable and clean. I will definitely stay here again when I come back in a month!! 100 stars if I could, I definitely recommend to anyone.

This location was perfect for my family and I. It was close to many of the attractions that Atlanta has to offer. There was plenty of dinning options around us as well. Diego was a more than reasonable host who didn't hesitate to accommodate us. I would highly recommend stay here for future trips.

We interacted with Cheryl (The co-host) the whole time of our stay and she was simply wonderful! Genuine and pleasant. The rental was clean and perfect for our stay. Cheryl does the housekeeping and it shows in how well cleaned and how well kept the unit was. We anticipate staying here again!

This place is adorable! Just as described, but even better than the pics. Comfortable furniture and cozy bedrooms. Very, very clean. Had everything we needed. Jenny was very responsive, helpful and accommodating every time I reached out with a question. Location is great to everything you need in the. B’Ham area. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family stay was wonderful, nice townhouse, felt comfortable, and felt like home away from home. Quiet neighborhood, safe, and family/dog friendly. I highly recommend and I will stay again. Communication and response time was amazing!

Corey was very responsive and helpful. When we asked a question he responded quickly. The house was great for us to use while working in the area. The location is exactly what we needed (close to the interstate) We stayed around 3 months and had no issues.

This place was ideal for our visit to see our daughter, as her student housing was conveniently close by. The stay was peaceful and comfortable, and Diane was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout. The location was also great—not far from downtown, Mid-City, and Providence—making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and well-located stay.
