Villa vacation rentals in Chattahoochee River

This is wonderful villa with a walk out deck to the lake with an included boat dock. It has great views for watching the sunset from the deck. The property is older but has a comfortable vibe of feeling home amongst the woods and lake.

This Was One Of The Most Amazing AirBnb Experiences Ive Ever Had. Our Host Extremely Understanding And Hospitable. The Place Was Completely Amazing From The Drive through The Gates Up To The Point Where You Lay Your Head Is Almost Nostalgic. The Bed Was Comfortable, the Place Was Extremely Sleek In Design and Very Clean. Did I Mention The Community Was Very Nice! We had to cancel our other Airbnb due to safety reasons and false advertisement. We were left stranded! We Explained To Our Host about our Situation and She accommodated us. Ms. April was A Blessing And Made My Surprise Birthday Catering event. Even That More Special With Her Great Attitude. This Air Bnb Was A Deal For Such Low Price But To Be Honest VERY Underated! This Needs To Be Corrected And Given ALOT more Value Based On The Quality Of This Host Property. I would Definitely Book Here Again And This Was A Moment In Our Lives We Will Cherish Forever! Thank You!

Sara communicated perfectly. It was a lovely home in a lovely area. Home is at a busy intersection. But private because of the landscaping. We enjoyed the back deck in the evenings.

I would love to stay at the property again. The stand in host was helpful, pleasant and quick responses. The place made you feel right at home. No need to bring essential items, all provided. You only need your hygiene and bathing needs. Extra towels for the beach if you go. Kitchen fully stocked with plates, glassware, pots, pans, bowels, coffee maker (ground coffee). Washer abs dryer works. There is liberty pool about 5 min away $5 park $7 per person $3 kids. It was clean and awesome.! My family truly enjoyed.

Beautiful lake house with great outdoor space and great amount of indoor space as well! We loved enjoying the pool as we were unable to get in the lake due to the shallow water (accurately listed in listing). Our dog enjoyed the back yard area as well and we appreciated it being fully fenced in.

This was a perfect stay for our team as they traveled back and forth from Augusta assisting after Hurricane Helene. There was plenty of space with a beautiful backyard view and Debbie was very quick at responding.

Our stay was great and very fun! The property is very large and private. It was very comfortable for a large group and there were lots of water activates as well as lots to do inside. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we had a wonderful weekend.

He and his employee Daniel provided exceptional service and care that exceeded every expectation. We held our wedding ceremony at Jorge's adjacent property, which he helped us coordinate. The setting was breathtaking—a picturesque lake view that made our special day even more magical. Jorge, Natacha and I cannot thank you enough for making our wedding so memorable. If we could give 100+ stars, we absolutely would. The home is perfect for large groups—it comfortably accommodated our party of 16+ and offered a layout that provided everyone with both space and privacy. It was ideal for our gathering of family and friends who enjoyed the pool and hot tub immensely, and we would return in a heartbeat. Matter of fact we will be back! ;)

This Airbnb is stunning! Beautiful views, clean, and contemporary. We found enough comfy space in the living room with individual seating as well as three couches which is a rare find. The game room is large and a hit with young adults. The kitchen island is huge and there are many dining tables. The outdoor views are calming. Alina is very attentive with messaging to check in. The thermostat is a modern turning dial but I never needed to change it. Beautiful large stone showers and the master en suite is fit for a bride and groom. We were happy to learn of an additional studio nearby if ever needed for guests. Honestly the best place we have stayed in Georgia!. We saw deer multiple times on the driveway to the house. Worth the commute drive if you are going anywhere but once you are there you will not want to leave! If you have any hesitation take a tour of the house first and you will see it is just as pictured.

Time at Debbie’s felt like more time was needed. Sunset and the Lake was all I NEEDED!!!!

This would be a great place for several couples to have separate rooms but want to have space together. We only booked 1 (apartment) since that was all that was available when we first booked. Didn’t spend much time since we were visiting for a wedding.

Really enjoyed my stay here. House was very clean and spacious . Everything worked perfectly. They provided everything we needed from kitchen supplies , bedding , and Toweling. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This villa had everything we needed. Sara was very responsive with any questions I had. The pool was perfect and I would definitely recommend heating if you travel during cool months. The home is spacious & very accommodating for a family gathering!

LaTanga was great, very responsive and friendly. Place was very clean and representative of the pictures. Just a beautiful place and location. Lots do go - there is golf, the lake (boat or swim) a restaurant, two pools and tennis/pickle ball. If you are traveling far - bring golf clubs, they do not rent!

We had a wonderful stay at Esther and Jimmy’s beautiful mansion in Camilla, GA. The home was peaceful, spotless, and spacious — with all the essentials thoughtfully provided, including toiletries. Breakfast was set out every morning, which was a fantastic touch. They were incredibly welcoming, especially to our furbabies, and the surrounding wildlife (flying squirrels, woodpeckers, armadillos, and even a couple feral cats) made the experience even more special. Everything about it was fantastic and it's located right across the street from the park which for my son and my grandkids made it all the more better. We had remote control cars and remote control planes and we had all the room to do everything we wanted to do.
