This place has it all: access to the Banana River, a private pool, and Cocoa Beach just a couple of blocks away. Plus the backyard is beautiful and the home charming! It was a great place to relax and we appreciated how easy it was to communicate with Jennifer.

We stayed here for a long weekend while we packed up my house for a move. The cottage was perfect for us. It was surprisingly private for being in the heart of town and had a true old Florida feel. The beds were comfy, everything was spotless, and it was stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were accommodating and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed at Tara's place with our two dogs for a few weeks and had a great time. The location was very walkable and the yard was perfect. Plenty of parking and the use of the garage was a nice bonus. The bedding in the house was very comfortable and the kitchen was well setup for cooking. The bar across the street was a bit loud on Halloween, but that seemed out of the norm. A good place to stay!

Went with a couple of friends and everyone loved it. There is plenty of stuff to do at the house but when we wanted to go out, it was only a short drive. Overall our stay was excellent and I recommend staying here if you are thinking about it.

This was our second stay at Randy and Sherry’s and once again, we loved it. It’s so peaceful and well equipped. And the hosts are very responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Cute little bungalow with everything you need close to the beach. Julia provided beach towels, chairs and even a little wagon and boogie boards! The home is close to many really good restaurants (Whisk & Grind was to die for) and cute little shops but also far enough away to have privacy. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a fantastic weekend getaway with my son and some friends at a wonderful location! The place was perfect, equipped with everything we could possibly need and even more. From cozy accommodations to fun activities, it truly exceeded our expectations!

Very nice stay for our family of four. We came to FL for a youth baseball tournament, and this house truly helped us feel like we were on vacation as well. The pool was very nice and large with 7ft deep end. The four bikes available was a nice bonus and made trips to the beach more manageable than walking. All management communication was clear and crisp. Would stay their again for sure.

We arrived a few minutes early and Sondra was quick to respond and let us check in a little early. The home is in a great location. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. It has plenty of towels, dishes, and any other amenities you need. It was very clean and the backyard was amazing. A nice place to relax by the pool reading a book which the home also provided. I definitely would come back. And Sondra is a fantastic host. Also, loved the fact it had a gate around the pool. So, if you have kids or pets this home is it! Thanks, Sondra for everything!

Wonderful location less than two minute walk to beach. Morning sunrises. Walk to town from beach is not far. Lots of good food. Prices great . Beds super comfy. Kitchen say to use. Shower water is hot. Pool is clean. Perfect for two couples. Stuart is great.

Beautiful yard with pool and oversized grill. Would have preferred if the pool was heated. Very close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Would stay there again in the summer time.

Nice condo in a convenient location to the beach and local restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels/linens. Kitchen has all of the necessities. I really appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Loved having a washer and dryer so we could pack lightly for our flight. I’d stay here again!

The experience was quite nice and easy. A nice place the pool was pleasant as well especially from coming up north. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone going to the space coast.

I had an amazing time at this cozy cabin in Titusville. The cabin looks exactly as shown in the pictures and feels even more welcoming in person. It was the perfect spot for a quiet, private retreat, surrounded by nature. I especially enjoyed hearing the owls at night—it added a peaceful touch to the stay. The space is incredibly comfortable, and I loved the thoughtful decor, including beautiful oil paintings that enhanced the ambiance. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, from a Keurig coffee machine (with plenty of coffee pods, sugar, and creamer) to handy essentials like mayonnaise and salad dressing in the fridge. The host clearly put effort into making sure guests have everything they need. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and serene getaway. Thank you for a great stay!

Our family stayed in this beautiful home for our daughter’s soccer tournament in Melbourne. The beds were comfy, the fire pit a hit, and the sunsets were absolutely stunning! We loved the home so much that we chose to stay in and relax during the little bit of free time we had versus going out and sightseeing! We got lucky on our last day and saw a pod of dolphins from the dock jumping around too! Eric, the host, was extremely accommodating and very responsive whenever we had any questions or needed anything. We will definitely rebook the next time we are in the area! Marlene’s place is very clean and welcoming. She has sweet treats and candies.She has everything you need for a short stay including bathroom essentials, kitchen supplies/spices/jams. It is fully renovated, with brand new appliences. 5 mins walk from beach, 5 mins drive from bars and restaurants. Highly recommend Marlene’s place

Sheltered here from Hurricane Milton since we were at the west coast. Super cozy spot, power went out during the hurricane and they were quick to put on a generator for us. No complaints

Thanks so much Kay & Wendell for a peaceful stay in cocoa! They were proactive through messaging to ensure we had a nice stay. We enjoyed visiting Orlando Wetlands Park & Merritt island NWR as they were within an easy drive from their tiny home. It was fun to experience tiny living in a peaceful spot. I would hang on that hammock everyday if I could.

Small space, but very cute. We used the bicycles to go to the Publix about 5 miles away. Loved the thoughtful holiday decor, snacks, treats and coffee/tea. The patio furniture could be improved, more comfortable as that is the only space to relax. I'd highly recommend it and I'd stay here again.

Clean and safe. Lili was an amazing host who was extremely responsive, sweet and attentive to everything. The little home was perfect and had all the amenities needed. 100/10 would come back ☺️

This AirBnB was amazing! May have been the best one I’ve ever stayed at. As soon as we came in, the home smelt amazing and clean. The carpet was very clean and they even placed water bottles in the fridge for us. Great stay, and we’d love to stay with them again!
