Great location, very clean and close to the beach. Super responsive and great to work with.

This is my first visit to Kelly’s place but 4th to the condo development, the unit is very nice, the view of the ocean from this unit is refreshing! The unit had all the essentials, no need to bring beach items, or towels, for my five day stay I had all I needed. Washer/dryers are at the complex, and for a few bucks work well. Love this location, safe, central to stores, restaurants, or is peaceful and the beach is beautiful. Caught a launch, what a bonus! The host Kelly is a top notch professional, I will be back… Thank you

The pictures don’t do it justice. It was absolutely beautiful and my girlfriends and I loved the place! We will definitely rent from them again when we are in the area!

What can I say! Steps from the beach! Beautiful view. The condo was clean and tidy. Restaurants was close by. The only downfall was There was only one beach chair! Great place to stay and we would stay again!

Great family place to stay, very affordable for the price. The ocean access is fantastic (we hunted for seashells multiple times) and the location is great for being a staging area to do other activities while vacationing in Florida. We were able to watch a SpaceX launch from the beach across the street which was a highlight of our stay. Only thing to be aware of, is that the parking for the condo is limited and the street leading to the condo is narrow when vehicles are parked in the street. Overall, we would highly recommend!

We booked Alexander’s house last-minute and were very impressed when we arrived. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and the beds were huge. Also the fold-out couch with memory foam was great for one of our guests. It was super comfortable for us to play board games and just chill after a long day of sightseeing. Thank you. We will be back!

Chris and Gibbs provided a peaceful and cozy place to stay. The nearby beach was beautiful and had tons of beautiful shells. Villon's coffee shop has great iced coffee. When we had a question about something both Chris and Gibbs were quick to respond.

The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and welcoming. The kitchen was impressively stocked with every amenity we could have asked for, which made preparing meals a breeze. Although our visit was brief, the condo had everything we needed to feel right at home. Thank you, Konstantin, for creating such a wonderful space for guests. We hope to return for a longer stay next time!

We've stayed in many condos and this one was by far the best appointed and equipped one we have ever stayed at. My husband loves to cook and the kitchen had everything he could possibly need for meal preparation. The view was lovely and the surrounding were peaceful and quiet. All of our communications were timely and easy. The condo was exceptionaly clean and many extras were provided. We definitely plan on returning in the future.

This is a beautiful condo in a great location. All the amenities and well stocked kitchen. Happy to stay here again and recommend to friends!

Tony was very communicative about the property. The location was great. We had a few problems that were sorted out during our stay that wasn’t Tony’s fault. We would stay again if back in the area! Neighborhood is quiet, close to the beach and just a few minutes away from restaurants and shops. Thanks again!

Jean's property was a perfect pad for launching a quaint beach-side getaway. The property was very nice and quiet. The pool seemed nice and most importantly the beautiful beach was RIGHT THERE. The kitchen was well accompanied and ready to have guests. The bathrooms were complete with linens and toiletries and shampoo. Beds were pretty comfy (there were 2). Finally, I got the pleasure of watching a rocket launch (Falcon 9) early in the morning. it was bright and crazy and loud. A better locale for that could not be imagined, unless you were at KSC itself. Truly amazing!

Selene was a great host and we loved her place; would definitely recommend. Can’t beat the location, cleanliness, and amenities for the price!

Great home. Well appointed and very clean. 45 seconds from the beach. Rocket launches are VERY close. Bring your kids to this home for the vacation of the year. We had such a comfortable experience. Robert responds almost immediately and is a 5 star host no doubt. Thanks!

3 night stay with the family, we enjoyed the he spacious house and the pool itself, close to the beach and 25min ride to Kennedy Space Center. It was great

We absolutely loved our stay! Suzy was amazing! She gave us great recommendations for food, things to do, let us know about the rocket launch and best place to watch it. The place was beautiful and felt like home! We already are planning our next trip! My 6yr old cried leaving she loved the place so much. The place had everything we needed from beach toys to kitchen cooking supplies bs utensils. We are already planning our next trip!

The place was beautiful and we loved the private path to the beach. We arrived early and were able to reach the host to get in to the place since it was available and ready. Very much appreciated with two tired children in tow!

Charming cottage - beach within walking distance. Beautiful river setting with stunning sunsets and dolphins! Great stay!

We had such a nice time and Jan made the trip extra special with a birthday treat while I was celebrating turning 45. Very close walk to the beach and lots of beach stuff to take along with us made our trip even better. We couldn’t have asked for better communication or a better place to stay for such a great price. We plan to come back soon.

This location is BETTER than described. The rental is clean and comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing beach escape. The property is kept clean inside and out, it’s a great neighborhood and incredibly convenient beach access.

Very comfortable space. Clean when we arrived and kitchen was well stocked. Large TVs were a help for all of us to watch tv. The location is very close the beach and easy to walk there. Great location for watching rocket launches. Close to grocery stores and other shopping.

We loved Mark's place-the view of the beach was amazing, beautiful sunrises over the water from upstairs master bedroom. It was private, comfortable, and spacious. The beach was wonderful for walking and relaxing. Mark was responsive when I reached out for any reason. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

I cannot say enough great things about Jeanne and her beautiful beachfront condo. It has everything you could ever need, is spotless and so well taken care of. Jeanne is an amazing hostess and is so helpful. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!
