Vacation rentals with a patio in Brevard County

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay here. And we had an awesome dinner at Coconuts, which Erin recommended. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed!

My stay exceeded my expectations. Great place. Quiet, clean, and had everything you would need. I would definitely recommend the La Casita.

Pineapple Oasis was roomy, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Wade is responsive and kind. It was located close to many activities we wanted to do. It was just the right balance of completely functional, and not too luxurious. It made our vacation with young folks feel easy and stress-free!

This place was a great home away from home. The dogs had a spot of their own outsides which helped. The owner was very responsive and worked with us to make our stay feel great.

I was looking for a place close to the beach and clean and this was definitely it! Super short walk to the beach made even easier with the wagon and beach gear provided. I’m usually skeptical of places without many pics but I trusted the reviews that this place was clean and it did not disappoint. Pretty tiny kitchen but I wasn’t trying to cook much. Would happily stay here again.

Marlene’s place is very clean and welcoming. She has sweet treats and candies.She has everything you need for a short stay including bathroom essentials, kitchen supplies/spices/jams. It is fully renovated, with brand new appliences. 5 mins walk from beach, 5 mins drive from bars and restaurants. Highly recommend Marlene’s place

This was a great stay! My wife and I stayed here the night before Hurricane Milton passed through and they were so nice and responsive. I know I must have been annoying with all of the questions and concerns, due to us not being familiar with hurricanes and us being a little scared. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The layout of this house is amazing. You could have lots of people and everyone could go to areas and have privacy. (We only had 4) We all enjoyed our time and could not stop going outside and trying to get the manatee or dolphins to come back. We saw one of each. We are animal lovers and this was so exciting for us. We are planning on coming back when it is warmer so we can enjoy all of the outside amenities. We could only dip our toes in the pool. It was great to have all of the extras in the home. The shampoo, the coffee, and the condiments. It made me feel comfortable about leaving a few things. Knowing the next visitors could use them, and they would not get thrown away. The cute little hand written notes around were a sweet touch. Made use feel at home. Can’t wait to come back!

The long drive leading to the home sets the tone of a relaxed home just waiting to be explored. There’s a beautiful garden area with winding path with flora and fauna pique one’s curiosity. There’s a great seating area/deck at the top of the stairs. The home is very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. One of the many things I liked the most was the comfortable king-sized bed. The home is gloriously decorated with friendly images of cats and mermaids sprinkled with artistic items like art glass and paintings of daisies and interesting tile applications. Privacy is the cherry on top while knowing that Susan was a text message away. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed at Tara's place with our two dogs for a few weeks and had a great time. The location was very walkable and the yard was perfect. Plenty of parking and the use of the garage was a nice bonus. The bedding in the house was very comfortable and the kitchen was well setup for cooking. The bar across the street was a bit loud on Halloween, but that seemed out of the norm. A good place to stay!

What a beautiful place to recharge. My husband and I needed a weekend away to reset. We enjoyed sunrises & coffee on dock. I truly enjoyed a nice afternoon nap in the sunroom with the windows open. The home is well stocked. I offers cozy beds and linens. The location is beautiful if you enjoy the river and historical architecture. The homes that surround it are breathtaking. The drive to historic cocoa is one of a kind. We are planning another weekend soon.

This was our second time staying here and it is amazing. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is nicely stocked and the backyard oasis is amazing. Can’t wait to come back again!!!

This AirBnB was amazing! May have been the best one I’ve ever stayed at. As soon as we came in, the home smelt amazing and clean. The carpet was very clean and they even placed water bottles in the fridge for us. Great stay, and we’d love to stay with them again!

great place, very clean and well stocked with everything needed for a stay. had an issue with the cable pin, but was able to stream from my phone with the wifi. Only recommendation would be to look into tvs in the bedrooms, but otherwise was a great stay! thanks Alain!

Jeanne was a wonderful host! She always responded to my questions and her place is beautiful. It was even more space than we needed and is a great location. You can easily get to the airport in less than an hour and then less than 15 minutes in the other direction is the beach . But the closeness to a main road did have some noise from the passing traffic but it wasn’t too bad while we were there. The grocery store and other necessities are very close and the property is well maintained (both the unit itself and the building and surroundings). We didn’t use the pool (a bit too cold when we were there) but it looked nice. The gym was a bonus and we loved being on the water! Have the restaurant Dolphin’s right there was also very convenient. We’d definitely stay there again!

OMG listen if there was a 10 star special system this place would have received all 10. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!!! I felt like I was home. It was actually perfect! I was blown away at how clean and tidy the place was. Simply beautiful home! David was / is an amazing host!! True story so I forgot the gate key in my bag that was a $200 fine. David was so understanding and is allowing me to mail it back whew! I appreciate that so much! You will not regret staying here at all!!!!! I wish my stay was longer. But if I am ever in the area I will be definitely staying here again!!!!

Tony was very communicative about the property. The location was great. We had a few problems that were sorted out during our stay that wasn’t Tony’s fault. We would stay again if back in the area! Neighborhood is quiet, close to the beach and just a few minutes away from restaurants and shops. Thanks again!

Great place to stay. And for the price I couldn’t beat it! I never write reviews but I saw some reviews talked about noise, from my experience it wasn’t like that at all. There are some stairs it’s a nice hidden spot like a speak easy my thoughts about it. Has a washer for you to clean your clothes which is a bonus.

The place was beautiful and we loved the private path to the beach. We arrived early and were able to reach the host to get in to the place since it was available and ready. Very much appreciated with two tired children in tow!
