This place exceeded our expectations! It truly is a Florida Gem. There is wildlife everywhere off the dock. There were dolphins everywhere. We caught some fish right off the dock. The backyard is a picture frame. We absolutely loved staying here. It had everything we needed to not go anywhere if we wanted. Thanks for a lovely stay!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts were super responsive and thoughtful, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, but still peaceful and quiet for a good night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels, coffee, and even a welcome note. It really felt like a home away from home. From the moment we walked in we felt like we were home! We are locals that live with extended family and had another family member in town. Needed a nice quiet home away from home close enough to my daughter's school, Brandon's place was it! The pool is absolutely amazing and wore our 3 kiddos out for the few days we were there. The lights around the yard are beautiful to see at night and the sound system outside just added to the Florida feel of the backyard set up! I was also impressed by the water pressure in the house! Super clean and comfy. Highly recommend and will keep in mind if we ever need that "home getaway" again! Thanks again Brandon!!!

He is a super responsive and friendly host! Went here with a few friends for a mini stay-cation and it was wonderful. The place was spotless when I went in, lots of amenities, a full kitchen with a plethora of utensils, and the pool & hot tub was amazing. Anytime I had any questions, Tim would respond within 10-15 minutes. Lovely place and definitely would book again.

This was our second time staying and it was just as amazing as we remembered. The home is modern with easy access to the beach, having the beach essentials Provided was a huge plus, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals when we stayed in.

We really enjoyed Sherilyn’s house! Was great for my adult kids to have their own rooms. The place looked exactly like the photos, and the back patio was really a nice spot to hang out. Very well stocked. Would’ve enjoyed spending more time there, and I’m pretty sure I’ll try to book it next time I’m in the area!

What a beautiful home, a perfect location, and the setting around the home is seriously like a little park oasis. The lights were on with music playing when we arrived, and we felt so at home. the screened in pool is amazing. Kids fishing the dock, watching the dolphins and manitee, and literally a one minute walk to the beach, just so much to do, we hardly left the house area. We had a couple problems with equipment on location, and Michael and his family were above and beyond responsive and strove to fix any problems as fast as possible. After meeting Michael, to me it's worth noting, these are also great people. My favorite place so far for spring break, and the most responsive owner. Would love to return. 11/10

It was a very spacious and beautiful home we spent 8 days in. It accommodated our family group of 11. Plenty of dishware and towels for everyone!! Pans were very nice! The pool was PERFECT! Clean and warm!! Location was perfect for beach and stores. Great memories made!! Communication was very timely and welcome instruction book had everything. Hope to stay again!!

Since the.momemt of my arrival it was absolutely peaceful smooth transition to vaction mode. The place was very neat clean relaxing i had tonfroce myself to go out because i rather stay and lounge around. Marias' beautiful garden of plants, flowers and orchids were so pleasant to sit among and soak up the sun. Maria truly was a gracious host Maria respects the privacy of her guest 100%. I had an amazing stay here! The beach access was so easy and there were lots of towels and sitting areas to relax on. The kitchen was super clean and had everything we needed. Additionally, the location was close to a ton of restaurants and bars, including the downtown area. There was lots to do! Lindsey was very responsive and checked in to make sure I was enjoying my stay. I would recommend this place to others.

This is a cozy little cottage style place. There is a gas fireplace that I used a few times. The kitchen is tiny but functional. Had dishes pots and pans. Ashely was very responsive and helpful with questions. The unit is 1 block off main street. Resturants were all walkable. Very close to the beach. I would stay here again.

The house and the view was amazing. The house had everything we needed plus some. Close to shops, and there were bicycles and everything needed for the beach. Watching the turtles at night was such a unique experience. Would 100% recommend staying here and will be booking again in the future. Thank you so much :)

Hedy gave me a good tour when I arrived. My pup and I needed a weekend away and the short walk to beach made it super easy for us to enjoy. Nice shower and bathroom. The whole place is cozy and perfect setting for the beach. Thanks Hedy!

Loved the location which is walkable to beach, stores, and restaurants. Condo was as described and located on a peaceful pond. Elaine was very responsive to messages.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laura's condo. It was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful! Laura is a very kind and responsive host. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

This airbnb deserves all the nice comments it has! Reality is better than the pictures (large room with nice decoration) and great attention to details makes you wanting for nothing (not even food, as homemade bread, fresh eggs and a variety of healthy snacks were available in the kitchen), plus Maria is very welcoming!

Rachina Serene Villa was spacious for our family. The pool was a highlight of our trip. Location of the house was perfect for our weekend plans. Only negative thing was the amount of reed diffusers in the house and plug-ins. I had to place them outside on the pool deck for the weekend too strong of mixed scents in the house.

Fouad is next level amazing at his job. We ran into some unforeseen hiccups. They happen. He handled himself absolutely perfectly. My guy handled the situation and made sure our stay was the best possible outcome. 10/10 recommend any of his stays!

It seems the rental fees are all getting inflated and becoming more difficult to justify, but we were oceanfront and it was a lovely home. There is a short walk through dunes to get to the beach which is a no brainer for younger people, but a bit more challenging for senior citizens. We would come again, it was very pleasant from the gazebo, the patio , the house or the beach. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay with Riccardo. His home is welcoming, clean, and spacious. There is a separate wing opposite his living quarters for our rooms and bathroom. It felt private and safe. He just finished remodeling his kitchen and it’s beautiful. We loved his espresso machine and his homemade low glycemic inflammatory sweetener mix. The property grounds felt very private and quiet, with fruit trees everywhere. Would highly recommend for someone who wants to stay with a host.

This property met our needs perfectly. The location worked well for us since we had a car. There is not much to eat nearby. We enjoyed the screened-in deck. It was great for playing games as a family. We also liked the pool and hot tub. The boogie boards and beach chairs were appreciated.
