The condo was perfect for our small family! We enjoyed having all the beach towels and beach toys provided and the kitchen was well-stocked. From the pictures I thought we would be right on the beach but our condo was not one that opened up to the beach (it was still a very short walk there). Elsa was very responsive and helpful! We would absolutely stay here again!

We went to get away, relax and enjoy the beach. We left having done all that PLUS made 2 new friends. It is Exactly as described, Quiet, Peaceful, Beautiful Ocean views, Steps to the Ocean, Great deck with comfy high chairs to watch the sunrise every morning. Absolutely great place & great hosts! Can’t recommend this place enough.

We really enjoyed the stay! We enjoyed sitting my the water at night. Our son got to see dolphins one morning from our window. It was clean, it was peaceful, and it felt like a safe place to stay. Location was perfect, it was close to a lot of stuff and just a bridge from the beaches.

We have not been so sure what we would find arriving just after hurricane Milton. But everything was perfect and Denis is such a great host. We enjoyed being so close to the Bach and having kind of a homebase for our family.

I had the pleasure of staying at Darlene's Airbnb and it was an absolute gem! This spacious, clean cottage above a garage offers stunning views of the Indian River, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The space is beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The cottage was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and incredibly comfortable. Waking up to the serene river views each morning was a highlight of the stay. Darlene was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring about making our stay enjoyable. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a base to explore the Merritt Island/Cocoa/Cocoa Beach area, I highly recommend this charming cottage. I can’t wait to return!

Review for Beachfront Bliss Airbnb ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb near the beach, and I loved it! The location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll to the beach. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the cozy bed and blackout curtains. The vibe of the place was perfect. It had a laid-back, beachy feel. I’d book again!

We could not have been happier with this place. The center of down town Cocoa Beach, everybody was so nice and friendly. So many places within walking distance, with a parking spot right outside the front door. The Air BNB was cute and very clean. Everything we needed and more. The beach is just feet away. This was our second stay here and will definitely be back.

The dock is faulous - bird watching from it is amazing! Saw dolphins from it regularly. Plenty of Mosquitos at times. Amazing views from house and really nice screened in porch area.

Perfect place for a large family, great location, clear instructions and clean house. We were a family of 7 and it was a great choice. The kids loved the pool and the decorations. The bathroom in the master bedroom is a real treat!! Would recommend this place and stay here again.

We had a wonderful family stay at Tim’s place- it was the perfect getaway. The home has all the amenities needed, the views are breathtaking, it’s very spacious and the pool was a plus when kids wanted a break from the ocean. It is far enough away from everything that it’s peaceful and relaxing but close enough for grocery trips and restaurants. Best part was the stars at night and catching a rocket launch. Truly felt like we were staying with family, warm and inviting. Would definitely return!

AirBnB "Paradise Palms" in Palm Bay, Florida is the perfect description for a great peaceful getaway! Our family spent Thanksgiving together and never left the place as it was so relaxing, cozy, peaceful, and comfortable. The location on Turkey Creek combined with a beautiful deck and firepit was our favorite place to relax and enjoy each other's company. The well appointed kitchen made creating our Thanksgiving dinner a delight. Beds were all very comfortable and each one of our 6 guests felt restored and recharged by our Thanksgiving together. The house was amazing with beach access and plenty of space. The house has been well maintained and was easy to access. All information was sent via email prior to arrival. The location could not have been better being close to Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, and an hour drive from Orlando. We made use of the full kitchen and laundry. It was also nice having 2.5 bathrooms. Beach gear was also available for use. My family is happily exhausted from this vacation. I will definitely book Amy’s house again when staying in the area.

What a wonderful house to accommodate our large family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked. Lots of extra bedding, pillows, and towels. A few hiccups, the hot tub didn’t work the entire stay. However, Michael was great to communicate with and problem solved. We would highly recommend this home! The beach is stunning!!! Found ourselves content to stay in and enjoy the view, beach, and home!!

We had a great stay at Donald's place. We stayed for a week while my daughter played at Spacecoast (softball). I'd like to start this review by suggesting that you check around Donald's place prior to doing your shopping, as it will save you some money. Donald has everything. I admire that he keeps useful things around instead of trashing them. We really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of space for 5 kids. The kids did lots of fishing and we seen a baby aligator, blue heron, and crab. I have a toddler so I did have to move some decor out of the way, but the house was pretty perfect. it was obvious it was someone's home, not a hotel. I think if you expect someone's home to be hotel quality, you should stay at a hotel (or even condo). we appreciate the fantastic stay, Donald. truly felt like a home away from home. Hopefully next time we see a manatee 🤞. we will be sure to bring you a Colts sign for your back porch on our next visit 😉

Jeanne was a wonderful host! She always responded to my questions and her place is beautiful. It was even more space than we needed and is a great location. You can easily get to the airport in less than an hour and then less than 15 minutes in the other direction is the beach . But the closeness to a main road did have some noise from the passing traffic but it wasn’t too bad while we were there. The grocery store and other necessities are very close and the property is well maintained (both the unit itself and the building and surroundings). We didn’t use the pool (a bit too cold when we were there) but it looked nice. The gym was a bonus and we loved being on the water! Have the restaurant Dolphin’s right there was also very convenient. We’d definitely stay there again!

A++. Monica (and Paul)'s place was as attractive as the live rocket launches, the huge cruise ships leaving the terminals, the beach. We loved the apartment. Monica has catered to every detail to make the guests time in the apartment very comfortable. All of us enjoyed the view of the ocean and the sound of waves right from the apartment. Walking to the beach was a breeze. One can walk to some good restaurants and others are short drives away. The kitchen is fully stocked, so cooking and having a drink at the apartment were great options as well. It was a pleasure communicating with Monica. We won't be thinking of another place to stay during our next visit to Cocoa Beach.

We had such a wonderful stay! Chris’s place is beautiful, pristine, and such a gorgeous oceanfront location. There was so much to do at the resort, and so fun to see the cruise ships leave port, right next door to the unit! We were also lucky enough to see a rocket launch from the beach. Chris was very responsive to all of our questions. We look forward to returning next year!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were as expected and the staff were supper helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and extremely relaxing. We could easily find our own spot on the beach with tourists season ending and the local kids being back in school. We hope to return in the years to come!

Wonderful stay had everything we needed. Would suggest renting a car which we did. Building work going on few blocks away but sold not bother us. Lovely having a swimming pool with jacuzzi and very easy walk to beach.

What can I say! Steps from the beach! Beautiful view. The condo was clean and tidy. Restaurants was close by. The only downfall was There was only one beach chair! Great place to stay and we would stay again!

My Fiancé & I loved Las Olas Beach Club! The staff is super friendly and helpful with anything you may need. They have fun activities during the week you can join too. Overall great experience & will definitely be back!

Loved this Cocoa Beach condo. The view and beach access are lovely. The condo itself is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
