Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Brevard County

The place was perfect for us and Sean was responsive for whatever we needed. Will definitely stay in the future when in Florida.

Great family place to stay, very affordable for the price. The ocean access is fantastic (we hunted for seashells multiple times) and the location is great for being a staging area to do other activities while vacationing in Florida. We were able to watch a SpaceX launch from the beach across the street which was a highlight of our stay. Only thing to be aware of, is that the parking for the condo is limited and the street leading to the condo is narrow when vehicles are parked in the street. Overall, we would highly recommend!

This Airbnb was perfect! It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was close to Port Canaveral where we were working. I highly recommend it and will book it again in the future.

We planned to stay here and visit some Port Canaveral/Orlando attractions. Due to hurricane Milton, our cruise was delayed by one day. I contacted Joel right away and he refunded me one night even though it was non-refundable and then was able to shift our reservation over a day to give us our two nights after all. He was very accommodating, very friendly, and the home was a wonderful space to spend time with our family. The pool table was an added bonus and we enjoyed the hot tub. The beds were comfortable, the soaking tub in the master was so relaxing, and the washer and dryer were very convenient after a week on a cruise ship. We would gladly book with Joel again!

Kayla and David were fantastic hosts of this little gem on Merritt Island. The space is both very welcoming and relaxing. The backyard is really where it shines. Figuratively and literally! From a refreshing morning pool swim to taking a nice little nap on the hammock in the afternoon. The days just flew by. Next time I plan to come back down to Florida, this is the first place I'm checking for availability. Thank you again, Kayla and David!

Wonderful place and peaceful staying, my family and me enjoyed the stay. It was wonderful.

We had a family reunion for my husband's family over thanksgiving weekend. Tim was very responsive, and helped us out with whatever we needed. The pool is a heated pool which is really nice because all the kids got to enjoy it during this time of the year. Will come back again next time in Melbourne. Thank you Tim again.

We enjoyed our stay in Melbourne. The host was extremely responsive and friendly. The house was exactly as pictured and very clean. The square footage was a little bit smaller than anticipated but the design and furniture enabled enough space for our comfort. The rooms had enough dressers for our clothes and essentials. The beds were clean and comfortable. There were plenty of linens for four people and they even had beach towels for the hot tub (in the laundry room). We felt safe in the surroundings although the house was in an older neighborhood. The neighbors were quiet and we were undisturbed during our stay. The hot tub was perfect and just as listed. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay again in the future!

We totally enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful, short walk to the beach, and the back yard was amazing. The only thing it needed was a hammock.

Beautiful home and so great for a large family group! The kids loved it and so did the parents! So comfy and the kitchen was great! Back porch and pool were amazing!

We had to book Manatee Key very last minute when our first rental was not appropriate. William was great at getting us in earlier than planned. The house was immaculate. So much attention to detail and amenities beyond what was listed. I previously lived in Cocoa Beach and knew the area well. Manatees, dolphins, fishing and even a beautiful rocket launch. Everything you need for the beach including surf boards, ice machine, cooler, beach chairs and even beach towels. Thank you for an amazing vacation when it started pretty rough. Manatee Key saved the day! We will be back.

Probably the cutest Airbnb we have ever stayed at! Very well stocked. My kids loves the Putt putt and the wall pac man machines! We were able to see a satellite launch from the master balcony too! The hosts were awesome and very responsive. Would definitely stay there again!!!!
