This place has it all: access to the Banana River, a private pool, and Cocoa Beach just a couple of blocks away. Plus the backyard is beautiful and the home charming! It was a great place to relax and we appreciated how easy it was to communicate with Jennifer.

Our family stayed in this beautiful home for our daughter’s soccer tournament in Melbourne. The beds were comfy, the fire pit a hit, and the sunsets were absolutely stunning! We loved the home so much that we chose to stay in and relax during the little bit of free time we had versus going out and sightseeing! We got lucky on our last day and saw a pod of dolphins from the dock jumping around too! Eric, the host, was extremely accommodating and very responsive whenever we had any questions or needed anything. We will definitely rebook the next time we are in the area! We booked Alexander’s house last-minute and were very impressed when we arrived. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and the beds were huge. Also the fold-out couch with memory foam was great for one of our guests. It was super comfortable for us to play board games and just chill after a long day of sightseeing. Thank you. We will be back!

Went with a couple of friends and everyone loved it. There is plenty of stuff to do at the house but when we wanted to go out, it was only a short drive. Overall our stay was excellent and I recommend staying here if you are thinking about it.

Genna’s place was perfect for our short stay. Her place was very clean and inviting. There was plenty to do in the surrounding area. We landed early due to flight changes and Genna was very accommodating in allowing us to enter a little earlier than the check in time. Would definitely stay again if in the area in the future.

Walking onto this property is like taking a step into an oasis. Martyn greeted us with a big smile and warm welcome and showed us around. It’s spacious, and clean. The pool was just wonderful! You can hear the ocean from the property and at night we could hear the tree frogs serenading us to sleep. The outdoor living room is great, and this really gives you a feel for indoor outdoor living in Florida. He and Tracey are very kind and caring and thoughtful human beings and we are lucky to be sharing the planet with them. The location is amazing. It is such a pristine area that is well preserved, and the beach was private and just beautiful. We highly recommend this wonderful apartment and hope to get back one day soon.

This property is beautiful. I loved all of the finishes in the home and every detail is considered. The back yard is large and has a fire pit with all the supplies needed to have a nice evening by the fire. Robert was a responsive host and easily available for any questions. The home is in a quiet area and feels so secluded and tucked away. Plenty of privacy and all the amenities you need. Highly recommend!

What a gem of a place! Had a great time fishing off the dock and the host was amazing with helping me figure out changing my reservation due to the hurricane. Lovely accommodations and a great spot on the river!

I went for my son's birthday and it was the best choice I made.He had so much fun with his cousins. The bungalows right on the water so when you wake up you can see the sunrise and at night we got to see the moon right over the water. We Got to see dolphins that made are day.We had a wonderful time.walk to the community center and play basketball that was great. Just a lovely place we can't wait to come back and stay again. If you want to have a good time Stephen bungalow is were you want to go. Great host and places

I had an amazing time at this cozy cabin in Titusville. The cabin looks exactly as shown in the pictures and feels even more welcoming in person. It was the perfect spot for a quiet, private retreat, surrounded by nature. I especially enjoyed hearing the owls at night—it added a peaceful touch to the stay. The space is incredibly comfortable, and I loved the thoughtful decor, including beautiful oil paintings that enhanced the ambiance. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, from a Keurig coffee machine (with plenty of coffee pods, sugar, and creamer) to handy essentials like mayonnaise and salad dressing in the fridge. The host clearly put effort into making sure guests have everything they need. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and serene getaway. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great stay at this cute unit on the Sebastian River. It was perfect as a home base for a week of fishing. The place had everything we needed. The best part was being allowed to dock the boat onsite so no need to trailer daily to the marina. Pam and the local community were very responsive, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
