Vacation rentals with a sauna in Brevard County

This stay was absolutely 5 stars across the board! I would give 10 if there were an option! We booked last minute due to our previously scheduled rental cancelling on us last minute. We were panicking and our host responded extremely quick, accepting our request for a stay approval immediately. We were in within minutes, we are so thankful because they saved our entire trip! It was directly on the beach, super clean and relaxing and the view of the beach on the patio was my absolute favorite! I sat out there and enjoyed the cool salty ocean air and beautiful ocean line for hours. It was very clean and there were several extra linens available. The kitchen is fully stocked. The beds are SO comfortable and the furniture is beautiful. There are a ton of beach items available (beach bag, tent, chairs, beach toys, a cooler to name a few). There is a paper in the drawer of the stand (next to table) that has suggestions for local places to check out which was super helpful! There is a lifeguard at the private beach behind the condo for most of the day, so that’s nice for people who have kiddos! There is a rinse off station just outside the beach area. The elevator is locked with a code so no one random can get in. The condos offer carts to help you get your things upstairs more easily and that’s super convenient as well especially if you have lots of items!! There is plenty of parking and it is free to park. The entire condo is gated in so it’s super safe. The pool is fantastic and the hot tub is super warm. This is located right off the main strip of A1A and is close to everything. Our host checked in with us a few times and was super responsive. We will definitely be back again. I would not stay anywhere else!!

If you are looking for a clean and comfortable stay that has a patio with beach views, don’t wait to book Melanie’s place! The bed is super comfortable, AC works great, and amenities are super nice. The pool and hot tub are great to stop by after sitting on the beach and the bathrooms in them are very clean. Melanie has beach bags, chairs, and towels stocked for your use which is so nice. Overall, we are so happy we booked this place. And will definitely be back!

very nice building. Pooll and hot tub were really nice. amazing view from the balcony. super clean beach area. All the common areas were very clean and updated. The only real complaint we had were birds landing on the balcony and going to the bathroom on the furniture. But that is what it is. we will definitely be staying in this same unit again. We had a problem with the door lock code not working. Called and they gave us the emergency key code that had a physical key which we used for our stay.

Beautiful and clean condo. Exactly like the pictures. Perfect location to stay before our cruise. Close to the ports and walking distance to a restaurant.

Wonderful family vacation. Felt right at home. Everything in the condo was immaculate and comfortable with clear instructions. Hallway closet was stocked with everything you’d need for the beach. We’ll be back.

Excellent vacation spot for our family of 5. Perfect location for beach & pool, and easy parking. Jennifer was extremely responsive. The beach area in front of the condo has amazing surfing, and also has a life guard. The condo pool & hot tub area are clean and convenient. Definitely recommend!!! Hope to stay here again :)

Jennifer was a very accomodating and responsive host. The unit we stayed in was not the one we originally booked due to unforseen renovation issues. Jennifer luckily had another unit available in the same building. Overall the unit was well equipped with everything we needed and our family had a wonderful time staying in this unit. Perfect location for watching all the action at thunder on cocoa beach.

We loved our stay here! The host was very responsive and thoughtful. We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. The area was very quiet and was located next to the local sheriffs office. There are plenty of attractions nearby with great dining options. Make sure to check out the “Southern Charm” restaurant for a great breakfast and “Coconuts” for some authentic seafood dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location in the future. 14/10 would recommend!!

This property was a perfect getaway for the 4th of July with our family! Location was very convenient to the beach. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. The home was very clean and cozy! Will definitely book again in the future!

Location is perfect! Beach and view of the launchpad. Close to everything too. Host was awesome. My wife was running the local marathon and got injured and we needed a late check out. Thanks!!!!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The amenities were top-notch, with the pool being a perfect spot for daily exercise. I also made full use of the steam room, sauna, and outdoor shower, which added a spa-like experience to my stay. The location is incredibly convenient, being close to grocery stores, hair salons, and a wide variety of food options. Plus, it's just a short drive from the beach. The host is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

I can't say enough good things about Sarah's house! We stayed there for 2 months when we first moved to the area, and we immediately felt right at home. The house had everything we needed for a long term stay, plus plenty of room for our family of 4. The whole family loved the sauna and the pool, and I loved the full-size washer and dryer! The location is great - close to the beach, the mall, lots of restaurants, and downtown Melbourne. We recommend Flying Burro for awesome Mexican food! Sarah is an amazing host and was exceptionally responsive to all of questions and requests. Thank you, Sarah, for welcoming us to Melbourne and making our first "home" here so memorable!

The place was so amazing. So many comforts of home! It was QUIET even with being right by the pool and beach entrance. It was a great size for 4 of us. Everything is high quality too. There are so many amenities and beach towels, you really don’t need to worry! Melanie was a responsive host too, any questions and she was getting back to us quickly.
