What a special place! Not sure what was our favorite: the pool, dock, flat water to paddleboard on, ocean waves across the street…. Amazing, relaxing stay! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This place was great! It's as described and steps away from the beach. It was quiet, clean, and the kitchen was stocked with items to cook. They were proactive with communication regarding using the heat since it was cooler than usual. We can't wait to stay here again.

It was a pleasure to stay at Dimitrios place. The place was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location is great and convenient. Dimitrios was very responsive, accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. Would stay there again.

This is the second consective year that my wife and I stayed in Pat's condo on Cocoa Beach. We have family that live in Merritt Island, so condo is a perfect location for us. This year during our 2 week stay, we saw 5 SpaceX Launches with 2 Boosters return landings on the Cape. The weather every day was high 83 and low 73 in Nov. You have great ocean views from a large balcony, can hear the surf with sliding glass doors open, nice open kitchen/dining/living room, elevator for easy access for all ages, covered car parking spot, Publix & restaurants nearby, and much more! Very much enjoyed our stay here for a weekend at the beach! Great location to just walk, or drive down if you have lots of gear. Perfectly clean and very well equipped. We also took full advantage of the yard/patio in the evenings, great spot!

Had an issue with an odd smell that went throughout the home, but they sent out a maintenance and cleaning person immediately and got to work. super accommodating and friendly, lovely amenities, great for if you're not looking to do a whole lot of excitement in the immediate area, but are wanting something pleasant and calming to unwind in

Steve's place was bigger than we expected, especially the kitchen area. It had a dinette and a built in desk so we had two separate work spaces. Very fast wifi, great shower pressure and comfortable bed. A number of people have complained about train noise; we did not have any problem with that. The train track is off in the distance, they are very infrequent, and from the time you first hear a train horn until it's over, it's literally only a matter of seconds. Clean place to stay at a good price!

Areen’s place is a peaceful oasis. She has crafted a really stylish space with a quiet outdoor space complete with bubbling water feature. The rooms are spotless and Areen treats her guests with lots of thoughtful amenities. I would highly recommend Areen’s accommodation.

Very clean, well organized, and comfortable. Francisco was very kind and responsive to my questions. A nice, quiet place to stay while exploring the nearby Palm Bay and Melbourne attractions.

Frank's place was exactly as listed and of quality that made you really feel at home. He was very reposive, proactive and polite. The king bed was very comfortable and the room was very nicely put together as the pics show. The big bathroom also very nice. Would highly recommend and stay again!

This was the perfect location. The hosts were very easy to talk to and easy to coordinate with.

Chris and Gibbs provided a peaceful and cozy place to stay. The nearby beach was beautiful and had tons of beautiful shells. Villon's coffee shop has great iced coffee. When we had a question about something both Chris and Gibbs were quick to respond.

We have stayed in many Airbnb’s, and Christopher‘s place stands out as one of the absolute nicest! Everything was extremely clean and very nicely planned out for guests; compact and nicely appointed! In addition, the outside area to sit out is just charming! Christopher was very responsive and an accommodating host! We would definitely recommend to others!

Dale and Karen are awesome hosts. We arrived, Dale met us at the 1st level suite. The air conditioning was having trouble in that suite. Dale and Karen quickly moved us to an upgraded unit. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. Everything was wonderful! Couldn’t have asked for a better host, location, or trip! We highly recommend this property!

The room was spotless and very cute! Tony and Kathy were responsive and very helpful. I'll be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this “shabby chic” aerie, which is convenient to Melbourne’s amenities but feels secluded. That said, the property has hazards for seniors including narrow treads on the stairs, a big step up from the deck to the entry, scalding hot water, poor indoor lighting at night, loose flooring, shower doors that are not secured, and a shower faucet that is difficult to operate, as examples. My elderly husband slipped in the shower and grabbed a towel rack, which came out of the sheetrock wall. We were charged for the repair.

We had a wonderful time at the Sunrise King Suite!! The location is walking distance to the beach, and the apartment is updated and very clean. The basic necessities are included (toilet paper, soap, beach towels, dishes, etc). We look forward to staying at this property again in the future!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Mandy's place. This was our second time staying at Mandy's. It's close to the port if you're cruising out of Cape Canaveral.

Trace and Deb go above and beyond with their air bnb providing everything a traveler could want in both a short term or long term stay. From their smooth and easy check in procedure to their binder that provides you information and answers to any question you can think of. 10/10 I would recommend and stay again in a heart beat.

James was a great host, and was quick to welcome us when we arrived.
