We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! Was honestly concerned it was gonna be a scam since it was practically too good to be true. The space was clean, comfortable, and the hot tub and game room were great. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive . The location was perfect, with easy access to local golf courses. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning

This was overall a very balanced, very nice house with all the features you would love. The movie theater was very fun to use while watching movies. Not to mention the short distance from the beach. This was a perfect family getaway.

The place was really nice and easy to get to. The area was so nice! There are like restaurants down the block and everything is within walking distance. There are a bunch of people walking so it never seems lonely. Nice bar 5 minutes away walking distance too!

Came here when I needed a last minute place to stay for my 70.3 Oceanside race. Pictures don't do this place justice. Completely beautiful stay with all the amenities one would need. Mark was extremely responsive and proactive. Couldn't ask for a better host. Will definitely be back and would recommend any and all friends/family to stay here if they're ever in the area.

I can’t even count how many times we’ve stayed here! Love this spot. 10/10 will always recommend to anyone coming into San Diego. SD local so we’re aware of the downtown lifestyle, just needed a mid-week getaway! I WFH so fast, reliable wifi was a must and I had no issues here. Everything was exactly as stated! This spot never misses, and we love staying at KK’s spot. Hosts were extremely responsive when we needed them, and I can’t say enough good things about them!

Great place to stay in TJ! Uber easily located the location. Rosarito is close by too if you’re going to papas & beer. Only complaint is no A/C or Heater. Also the shower was either super hot or cold! It is listed in the description but did not notice. Huge TV in living room and the kitchen is great.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stylish, spacious interiors and the peaceful ambiance. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal because it was close to the beach, great restaurants, and perfect when my family wanted to go out for a walk. We truly had a memorable time for our new year’s stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone. We can’t wait to come back for a different memorable occasion.

Dutch was an amazing host. We enjoyed the home and it’s all its amenities, even more than we’re listed. He was very quick to respond to any and all of our questions. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a private stay but still only minutes away from shops and restaurants. The nature surrounding the home was absolutely beautiful. We would definitely book again if given the chance! Thank you for everything!

Me and my friend from college landed on Leigh’s place and it was perfect for our little kid free getaway. You can’t beat the location. It feels very private and I checked in after dark and appreciated all the lighting Leigh had to make it feel safe and easy to see. Her instructions were clear and helpful. Everything you need is within a half mile. Leigh was very responsive for the few questions we had. We would absolutely stay again!

We were hosting a wedding at Monserate Winery, and were looking for a spacious house with at least 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that we could share with 4 of our older and best couple friends for 3 days. The house, the grounds, pool/spa, game room were all top notch. We had a few extra friends/family come by the house for a casual dinner, and the kitchen, bbq, and overall living/dining space worked out perfectly. We would highly recommend this property.

Our family of four had a wonderful week long stay at Nina’s. So much for the kids to do, from the outside equipment, to the basketball hoop and swing, to board games and books, and the playground down the road. Easy access to I-5 to get downtown or north to Legoland. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy booking. It is a hop/skip/jump right over to the SD Safari Park in the morning from this AirBnB. The house is on a busy street and ear plugs are provided in the room adjacent to the street. Though, the traffic dies down at night - understandably. You won't need the ear plugs. We didn’t find cooking oil and she graciously dropped off a huge bottle at our door while we were out. The house was very nice and comfortable for us and the perfect size for us, my mom, and two toddlers. There were also toys that entertained our toddlers.

Socratex was an amazing host. He happened to be on-site when we arrived. He helped us with our luggage and showed us around the property. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the projector that is set up on the downstairs patio because we couldn't make it past the couch. That couch is huge and sooo comfortable. The home smelled so good and was so beautiful and clean. Plenty of space and beds. I also appreciated the large supply of extra towels, linens and blankets. A lot of airb&b's don't have a large supply. I would 100% stay here any time I am back in San Diego.

Close to all the amenities, kiddos loved movie night with the big screen, and though we didn’t get to try the escape room because our schedule was jam packed with other activities, I could tell it was well thought out. Very clean and cozy. Easy to find, but still secluded and even though the hosts live upstairs, it was still quiet enough for kiddos to stay asleep all night.
