Kim and Kiva were amazing hosts! Their mini ranch is a hidden gem and we enjoyed our stay in the airstream with our young toddler very much. My little boy had a lot of fun feeding and running around with the animals. There are lots of things to do around the area. We have definitely recommended this Airbnb to our friends and family!

Our stay was really wonderful. We felt immediatly at home. It was also a very well decorated space, with all the amenities as described. Very cozy and cute. We'll be back for sure!

Great Airbnb for what I was needing. I love the decor, cleanliness and all the wonderful offerings in kitchen. Coffee and some food items . I was impressed with the decor and lovely setting outside to enjoy and lounge . The linens were clean and new. I was impressed with size of shower and bedroom . The shades were cool never seen that before. My only negative remark was at night before bed there were neighbors with a few dogs that were barking for about ten minutes whenever they heard us. Happened a few times but luckily it didn’t continue all night. We were able to sleep quietly throughout night . That was not the host fault some neighbor has dog issue. Luckily it was only for a short period of about 2 ten min before bed

This mother in law suite is a gem for the area! It’s easy to find and close to some of our favorite beaches and restaurants! Has all the amenities you need with kitchen and washer/dryer- much more affordable than any hotel or most other Airbnb around. I would definitely stay here again with my husband!

amazing home that is very cozy nestled under the trees and very close to Palomar observatory and hiking. The host was extremely gracious and thoughtful even leaving a little homemade surprise for my wife's bday. highly recommended and we will be back

My sister and I had a wonderful nights stay. Suggestion for night arrivals is it is very dark in that area. Also, GPS could take you to the “other” street (the street is broken up). Just look at the picture Irene sends and you should find it without a problem. Her place is cozy, clean, and private. The backyard was green and landscaping nicely laid out. There is a semi-steep walk-way with a few steps from the driveway to the unit, and depending on age and balance might be harder at night. I did not have a problem. Just go slowly at night and you’ll find a little paradise at the bottom. I recommend!

Great place to stay. Well appointed with nice extra touches. Very private feel in the tucked away stand alone in-law unit. Plenty of street parking and an easy flat 1 mile walk to downtown North Park as well as just a couple blocks from a little market and a few restaurants. Will definitely stay here again when in town
