Street parking is free but limited at times.

Centrally located! Our place is very close to the I-5 and I-52 entrances. 8 minutes to La Jolla, 10 minutes to Pacific Beach, 12 minutes to USD, 15 minutes to downtown (ZOO), 15 minutes to Torrey Pines state park. Also 12 minutes away from “Convoy Area” Asian district with many great restaurants.

Complete with sink, water boiler, french press coffee, queen loft bed, electric off-grid toilet, and private outdoor shower. The shower was custom designed with solid free standing stone- you’ll feel like you stepped into a water fall! I just recently added a dedicated 5g network high speed wifi. I have other Airbnb rooms inside my home so backyard and hot tub are shared with myself and other guests.
