This 4 bedroom home with a large backyard and 2nd-story balcony is the perfect getaway for your family and friends. Beautiful beaches nearby and a short 3 miles away from the border. There is plenty to explore nearby this home. We are a military family with busy fulfilling careers, and welcome you to our comfortable home.

Nicely located close to bus stop, trolley station, and freeway entrance. We are about 4 blocks from Broadway St. Chula Vista. Close to stores like Target and Costco, but also far enough in a quiet cul-de-sac residential street. We are 15 minutes from Downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, and the famous San Diego Zoo. Near Imperial Beach and The International border to Tijuana. Two bedrooms, one bathroom home with private yard can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably.

The Airbnb is located in a family residential area 15 minutes from the border and 5 minutes from the Caliente Stadium. It was designed to make you feel at home. The bedroom has a 45-inch TV with a queen-size bed, a large closet. It has a fully-equipped kitchen. The living room armchair is very comfortable so you can enjoy some of your favorite Netflix series. It has a nice terrace where you can enjoy a coffee, a glass of wine, read or just spend the afternoon.
