We are so grateful to have been able to stay at Gwynn's place, it is so peaceful and lovely. Like a secret garden getaway. We loved all the small touches, and beauty of the space. Gwynn made us feel very welcome and comfortable! The pool is amazing and the outdoor spaces are delightful. Can't wait to stay here again.

Host is responsive through out our stay. Beds are comfy, WiFi is fast, plenty of space, pool and spa is great (even in February!), enough kitchen ware to cook a full meal and serve, so much space!! Our kids are young adults and they loved being able to be together with our extended family under one roof. The guest suite is great for a young couple to have privacy and still be together with everyone. A few things we gave the host feedback on and she was super receptive/honest on her follow up! For those who read this know your experience is what you make it! We enjoyed our stay and would seek staying here again in the future. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Vanessa’s place! The location was perfect - the bay is a block away and we could easily drive to restaurants and San Diego attractions. The pool and hot tub were spectacular and perfect for our daughter. We paid to have the pool heated and it meant we could swim everyday and be comfortable. The house layout was great for us and our two kiddos and we loved all the extras the house had to keep kiddos busy. Lots of books, toys, scooters, bikes, balls, etc. that we really appreciated having access to. As others have mentioned the house is older so the floors are squeaky - but with two young kids we don’t expect to sleep in. The couches are also well loved and could use an update. Overall we had an amazing stay and hope we can stay again the next time we visit!

Our stay was fantastic -- the home had everything we needed for our family of four (baby+toddler), and the pool/beach/hot tub were fantastic. We were able to travel to Legoland, San Diego, and nearby beaches very easily. The people around the community were also extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely return and stay here in the future!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay in San Diego and Tooraj made it even better! He was an excellent and detailed host to help in any way! The location was near so many restaurants and the house itself was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The decor made it feel like I was in a Hollywood movie. It felt so clean and smelled fresh. Would recommend this stay to anyone!

Love our stay atTiggs home. Was amazing dogs got to swim. We walked to the beach rode by to pickle ball all around great trip.

This home was beautiful! Plenty of space for the seven of us for our girls' trip. Helen was an excellent host. She was very responsive to any questions we had. The property was well-stocked with towels and linen, and had a washer and dryer in case you needed to do laundry. The backyard is beautiful. Extremely flexible check-in/check-out options. I would definitely stay again.

Kimberly’s place was beautiful! We wanted a place to relax for a few days and it’s exactly what we were able to do. The communication was great. We would definitely recommend Kimberly’s place and would definitely love to stay again in the future!

The house was so cute and spacious, comfy couch and beds, and cute private yard with a hot tub. We had a wedding in La Jolla and then stayed a week in the OB neighborhood. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit SD. Super walkable, beautiful neighborhood and about 4 blocks from the beach.

To be honest this visit was wonderful. The beds were comfy and memory foam bed in the masters was like heaven. We like the close distance to legoland. Showers were very clean.Trader Joe’s and costco are close by and so convenient. The hosts showed lots of convenience and hospitality we are so blessed to have Daniel and Emily as our host .the play area outside was beautiful and hot tub is super clean with no yucky sand in it. The gym was perfect for morning workouts to start the day with fresh air and super organized. Highly recommend this house. We came with eleven people and each had a nice bed. The ac was working and it made the kids feel nice and cozy. TV was nice and big and how the couches are laid out we could have good view. Everything was working super well. Dan and Emily are very flexible and nice. The house manual guided every step we needed help with. Thanks for spending your time to make it. I can’t express my feeling through 1000 characters . The kids were thankful.

- Convenient location 1 block from beach access, 2-3 blocks from restaurants, bars, and theater - Nice hot tub that hit 104 degrees - Easy check-in and responsive property manager - Right next to the train station, but we only heard one horn the entire time and they aren't allowed to use their horn near the station - would only be an issue if you are extremely sensitive to noise but we barely noticed it - Good outdoor space for grilling/dining

This home was stunning. Absolutely gorgeous. Well laid out back patio, fire-pit, hot-tub. The garden space was beautiful. Flowers. Lots of greenery. Beds are totally comfortable. Excellent Pillows, soft, fluffy yet still great volume. Excellent newish appliances. The "Ice Bites" from the freezer are so cute. Silly right, but you gotta try them. The home is well laid out. Lots of privacy. Great gathering spaces. The kitchen was well equipped. I love this AirBnB and will keep my eyes on it in the event that more friends or family come to visit us here in San Diego.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time at Susie’s place! It was so beautiful and so comfortable. It had everything we needed, and plenty of space for all of us. The location was amazing - very walkable to shops and restaurants, and the view was so gorgeous. Susie was so helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here for a relaxing getaway!!

Alex is an awesome host. He was always extremely helpful and responsive whenever we needed to communicate. We've stayed in places all over the country and world - this is among the very nicest and most comfortable places we've stayed. The house has everything we needed and more, the yard is great to hang out in, and the location is very convenient for getting around the city. There are lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and cafes in easy walking distance as well. We will definitely plan to stay at Alex's place again if we return to San Diego!

The home was perfect! It is very well supplied and very walkable to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable for 6 adults. We enjoyed playing the board games at night. Definitely would stay here again next time visiting Carlsbad.

My family, including 2 young kids, stayed at this condo for a week and absolutely loved the location and condo complex amenities (tennis, pools, hot tub, clubhouse with spectacular views, and beach access). the area feels quite safe and there is so much to do within walking distance. The condo is fairly basic, and the pillows could use a refresh, but overall the place met all our needs. The condo is very quiet and peaceful. No neighbor noise or road noise. Parking is easy. The hosts communicate promptly. We plan to return!

Will's cute cottage in Ocean Beach was perfect for our short getaway. The place is in a great location, near beaches and restaurants, but not in a busy, noisy area. We appreciated how thoughtfully the cottage was supplied with all we needed, plus a few extra treats! We would have liked to use the bikes and boogie boards, but the weather was not really conducive to such activities. Maybe next time!

We loved Jeff’s place! We came for spring break and it fit 8 of us with plenty of space! Well equipped kitchen and beach towels. Felt homey and comfortable! Nice having a fenced in yard for dogs!

We had a great family time while in town for a 40th birthday. Relaxed in the backyard and watched the hummingbird each morning. I will be back.

Amanda was one of the best host we’ve ever had! Photos don’t do home justice it is beautiful clean and has everything you need. Unfortunately we were unable to use the roof sitting and amenities due to weather conditions but we will just have to come again 😊. Our family felt safe and welcomed and had an amazing time. Location is perfect to whatever your heart desires food, shopping beach and more. Safe, warm welcoming neighborhood. We will stay here again and 100% recommend!

The place was amazing! First responded, clear instructions and above all else, a beautiful little spot! My family of 6 felt right at home. Thr area was perfect for any activity we were in the mood for. Don’t think twice, just book, count the days and enjoy your stay!
